Dr Mary Kate Ryan was amazing. Down to earth. For a nervous client she immediately made me feel at ease. The Mummy MOT was fantastic to get a proper post partum assessment. She took time to show each exercise and worked fully on the areas discussed. I left feeling motivated and confident I now have the tools to recover. Detailed descriptions of the exercises were emailed within minutes. I couldn't rate this experience highly enough.

She was very thorough with her review and assessment, and also shared a lot of new information I hadn’t come across previously, with regards to diastasis recti repair research. I found it very helpful and it has really given me peace of mind with regards to what exercises I am doing and should do more of. Highly recommend!
