I came to get highlights, waiting all day since they told me I couldn't make an appointment ahead of time. He was in a rush did not get the color I wanted. Had to come back the next day to get the color fixed and still waited. I will never go back. After asking why it took so long, no real explanation was given.BTW. the color still not what I wanted.

Horrible , We had told the lady to cut the hair underneath our chest and she cut it up to our chin , and it wasnt how we wanted it , i don't recommend this salon .

I asked for a simple haircut.. and they literally cut my hair uneven… don’t come here unless you want to ruin your hair! Very disappointed.

This is the only place I will go!! I usually cut and dye my own hair... not since my husband brought me here!

I told them exactly what I wanted and told them throughout the haircut. They decided to do whatever they want and now I look like im balding. My brother looks like his hairline is gone and my dad has a bald spot right in front. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

The worst service they are gossip talking and criticizing all Custumer they laughing a lot about custumers bad service also, they said one prize and at the End, other cost disappointedly

i use to love coming here, but over the years it has completely changed. i told the person that was cutting my hair i only wanted a inch and a half to be cut. my hair was about below my breast, he ended up cutting my hair shorter than shoulder length. *note that as he was cutting my hair i asked him why it was so short, he told me that was the layers and i would still have a lot of length left* IT'S ABOVE MY SHOULDERS. not even remotely close to what i wanted. I even explained to the man the reason why i didn't want to cut to much off was because my hair takes forever to grow, its been almost 3 years since i've been trying to grow out my hair. SIGGH
