My brief experience with this place felt like a factory farm. During my initial consultation I told the doctor in great detail what I was experiencing, how I felt, symptoms, things Iā€™ve triedā€¦etc. After getting some imagery done I came back for a follow up where a different doctor reviewed my images and gave me a ā€œdiagnosisā€ and wanted to immediately move forward with her ā€œsolutionā€. She had no information on my story, what happened, and what my symptoms were. She simply found an abnormality in the images and made the assumption that that must be my issue. I did not feel genuinely cared about or invested in as a person. I was just tossed around between doctors and treated like an object to be fixed. Going elsewhere for more compassionate care.

I had a review of my MRI report and I was blown away. The time the doctor ( Dr. Wood) took with me and the detailed explanation was absolutely the best experience I have had with a doctor in a long time. I am very grateful to him and his staff! Thankyou! Only downside is they are out of network with my insurance and I won't be able to be under their care. There should be more doctors like this!

Although I'm a new patient still Dr. Katzman went out of his way to make sure I had an MRI and was super quick contacting me with results. So far so good!

Was told that the results of my x-ray would be available the following day. I called the following day and left a message. I continued to leave messages every day for one week. I then called and spoke to the receptionist. I explained the problem and was told that the wrong date for my x-ray was input into the system (the wrong date was a week after the actual date). Was told I would receive a phone call back from the doctor by three pm the day. It has been over two weeks and I still have not heard anything regarding my x-ray. No patient should ever have to wait this long for the results of a potentially harrowing diagnosis. Unacceptable.

My first interaction was with Dr. Wood. He was very thorough and had a great sense of humor. After the initial call with the doctor, I have been dealing with Caleb in the office. He is so easy to deal with, friendly, and very good at his job. He has gone out of the way, helping me get through all of the hoops. I even had a concern about a xray and he immediately went and got one of the doctors to take a look at it. I have been dealing with work injuries for the past two years and it is really refreshing to deal with medical clinic that actually cares.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Three ā€œoops my badā€ from Patel. Leaving me still in excruciating pain. Heā€™s completely unprofessional. Hopefully the doctors can give their staff more training. Iā€™m sure the doctors are wonderful but Iā€™ve moved on to another doctor.

I sent in a request for an MRI Review and someone contacted me the same day for an appointment with Dr.Wood over the phone and he was very informative, polite, and down to earth. He explained things in a way that I could understand and listened when I had questions and answered each one that I had. If you have questions or need a second opinion these are the doctors to call!!!

So happy to use their service. Their scheduler Corey called me several times after hours to keep me updated on approval for my imaging and surgery. The communication kept me calm throughout the whole process. I am on the road to recovery and just getting PT and will be returning to work soon!

Dr. Woods was amazing. He took the time to explain to me and my elderly father in great detail in a humorous and understandable way. I was really stressing about the plan for dad, but doctor changed that. Melanie was great too in setting up the appointment. In my books, this phone consult was A++++ from ease of set up to time spent to courteousness and professionalism .

Had my first appointment recently. The staff is friendly, kind and helpful particularly patient advocate Corey. Was seen by Dr Slaughter & PA Savoy, they were both compassionate & though.
