On Dec 27. 2023 around 8:30pm. Order several Pizza and chicken for a business meeting. The pizza was delivered passed the time frame that it was set to come..it was stated that the driver might be at another location and we were up next. Once the pizza arrived it was cold. We had to put it in a microwave. Open the chicken and it was white. Not done at all. I called the store and the manager took it to heart about my complaint and told me I should recook the chicken to my liking. I informed him that it was raw, He stated he can resend 1 chicken and thats it. Anything else call his manager in a few days. We asked him to note that we did not want any more food delivered being this order was wrong and the time frame was long. So he said ok well there isn't anything else he can do. I Asked was the conversation being recorded because he was rude with his reply. He said tou can record if you want and how he has to go This is the 2nd time about this location. Many ppl i have spoke to said they do not have a good review about this location because the customer service is not up to par. I now see why. Till today. JAN 7, 2024. i still have not receive a call back. So I called again today. Spoke to someone who stated he is the manager, I said I need the store Manager, General manager someone above. He stated that was him. Once I told him my complaint he instructed me to call back at 530pm to speak to his general manager 😒. These Kids play games with these calls and its annoying to get the run around. I would like to have a refund or store credit to another location because I will not be repeating my services at this location, nor sending anyone else here. I have contacted BBB and will also send corporate a letter,

It’s amazing how this place is even still open. Whenever you try to order from this location online it always says “unavailable for online orders.” If you call the store directly you will remain on hold and nobody will ever pick up. Literally you cannot order unless you’re in the damn store. This isn’t the first time or the second time. Whole staff is incompetent, the few times I’ve attempted to go here the service is always rude. Not going to be ordering from dominos again

Garbage way to make pizza This operation location sucks Just do your job or close up shop They need a zero star for the owner manager & staff who makes the pizza

Pizza arrived 30 minutes after app tracker said it was delivered. Driver said he was lost. Also pizza box was crushed and wet and forgot some items from the order. I talked to Jeff who said was the manager and was really rude and did not fixed anything

If I could give no stars I would …. 1 hour and 30 min for “delivery”. I drove up to the store and requested my order to cancelled and for a full refund. I understand that places get busy but delivery should be off if store doesn’t haven’t enough people or reach out to the customer at least . Good luck

We have ordered from this location twice. The first time the pizza burnt and inedible. We decided to try a second time and same result. The whole order was burnt. The potatoes were a pile of grease with burnt cheese and potatoes. The pizza was also burned. The cheesesteak was a dried up burned sandwich. The Ct ew doesn’t care and the happily tell you they have no manager so there is no one to complain to.

Every time I come here and get a pizza the whole outside is burnt including most of the cheese on top. They need to fix the heat of their oven. I came in and the worker said did I want anything else I didn’t hear him and said “huh” he proceeds with a attitude repeating himself as he’s walking over with the pizza i’m like that’s mine? Because it very burnt. He exclaims how it’s not so I decided to cancel my order and the Worker who was serving me was even more upset and snatched the receipt and threw the pizza box behind him.

I ordered pizza from here and every time they forget to give me the sauces. This time they forgot our lava cake too. Then when I call them, the guy on the phone always has an attitude and rudely hangs up without answering my question. Very unprofessional. Will not be ordering from here ever again.

So I got a large thin crust pizza with onion’s. I received a pizza with out sauce. When I did order sauce. Usually I would not have a problem with this but the guy on the phone idk if it was the manager he was being super rude and he just hung up on me.

If I can give 0 stars I would. Ordered delivery on the app and it took over 2 hours called and called they kept putting us on hold and eventually hung up...had to go to the location South Bound Brook NJ, because my order was over $50 and didn't want to waste the money. My kids were so hungry, thanks South Bound Brook Dominos...the absolute worst
