At first while booking the hall I had an amazing experience, 2 weeks prior to my baby shower I get a call that someone double booked the hall with a party starting exactly at the time mine was supposed to end so we were asked to end my shower a little early. A couple days prior to my event I was contacted by the guy that booked us originally asking to end a hour earlier and they would give us money back from what we had already paid as I expressed how unhappy about because the overbooking was their mistake . Fast forward to my event at 6:40 they were allowing people from the next scheduled event in basically rushing us out while my function was still going it wasn’t even 7pm when that party started to set up their stuff meanwhile we still had guest . When we tried to talk to person who runs the hall he was very ride and nasty and his son reasoning is - “oh he is sick” horrible customer service, unrealiable don’t waste your time with this hall if you want to risk your function being messed up by their mistakes of overbooking .

I just called this place looking for a hall for just an hour or two and I am still in shock at what happened. I have never been treated so rudely in my life. I am not sure what went wrong but one minute I was asking questions to find out a suitable date and a rate that worked for me and the next minute this man was hanging up on me talking about "we don't want your business ". What was it he didn't like about me? Wow , just wow.

I previously rated the hall at 1 star on accident. The hall is really nice. It has a lot of room and is decorated beautifully! The staff is great! I apologize for the screw up. Thanks for noticing!

The best part of this place is the fact they had LTW, KPW, and RBW there. Every other fed that runs out of this place sucks. These three Feds are great.

The hall was very spacious. Everyone was very friendly and helped set up quickly. It accomodated over 120 people with space for a DJ and a section for games for the kids. With alot of room for the buffet table. This is definitely somewhere I would book again!

Wow... what a fantastic hall, we used it for our Cub Scouts Blue and Gold Dinner our most important event of the year. The hall easily fit our over 100 attendants and the caterer was great and reasonable too. I would not hesitate to recommend this hall for communion parties or small weddings it’s so nice. The amenities like Kitchen, Bathrooms, Bar and they even have a smaller Cocktail Room were clean and upscale. Just a marvelous place to have an event without the hassle of home clean up or not enough space issues.

I just had my daughter's first birthday party here over the weekend and it was wonderful. The room is very large and spacious, we were even able to have a corn hole game set up. The banquet manager was timely and responsive with answering questions/booking and the bartender day of was great.

Great place for a celebration, handicap accommodations, nice staff. Reasonable prices.

As a business owner i have never experienced someone talk themselves out of business before. I called this place for a 1 year old birthday party after seeing in their reviews a similar party in their hall. I proceeded to tell him the size of my party which was 35 people and the response i got was "my hall is too big for you, you will pay TOO MUCH" i had to ask multiple times for him to please give me a price as i am a resident of the township and was still interested in price information. The total price was $650 with $50 fee for a bartender. Overall very affordable, even If i wanted to rent the hall and have 5 people there, what's the difference as long as they are getting paid. The representative was rude, and so unprofessional. Please save your money and your time and don't even bother contacting them. My advice to the owners FIND NEW STAFF!

My husband and I went there for a Tricky Tray to benefit Happy Homes, it was a great event.
