We were on a trip to Daman when booked the hotel for One day. We booked room under classification of Superior Queen. Size of the room was really huge. Two large size beds were available in the room with all the basic amenities . Cupboards were available, place for ironing was also available. However ,Showcase of the property is its pool with attached bar. Complimentary breakfast was also included in the price which was really good. Staff was polite and courteous. Only negative I found was that we were asked for a security deposit for the room. Rather than that , it was a nice stay and worth the penny.

I was invited to attend a corporate event here. The hospitality and services provided by each staff of the hotel were excellent, they attended us well at all times and we were impressed by their courtesy. The pool area is very nice, clean with top class service. We enjoyed our stay so much that would like to convey thanks to all associated with the hotel with this writing.

Don't miss the small left that goes there or else you add atleast 20 mins to your travel. Go slow when close.. although Google maps is accurate. Good place for big functions. Big property. Staff is nice.

Very Poor and Unprofessional staff, specially Mrs. Drishti Chakravarty, at the Reception. Never experienced such bad hospitality at any Hotel or Resort. They did not allow my Food Order Delivery person to even come till the reception to deliver my order, they said I have to go to the Main Gate which is 10 minutes away to collect it. The delivery guy had been waiting there since a pretty long time. Unprofessional Staff, Unwelcoming Behaviour, much Rudeness and Attitude. Would never recommend anyone to stay at this property.

The stay was nice but there are few points I would like to mention to management: 1. Why so much time to allocate the room even if it was booked in advance? In our case, we were given the room 1 hour late. 2. Why to give essentials for one person only when we have booked a room for two_couple room. 3. If your policy is to take 3000 rs at the time of check in, which refundable in 3 days, ( if using credit card) then may be please mention in your website or the details where hotel room details are mentioned. I hope management will look into this. Breakfast was nice. Loved the ambience.

Not very happy with the management. A friend visiting after 8pm wasn't allowed in the room. (This is not mentioned on any websites) Later agreed but they charged me Rs 1500 + taxes extra for the visitor. I didn't expect such a behaviour from a 5 star hotel..

Great hotel with reasonable price. Reception desk is very fast to check you in. Rooms are spacious and cozy, WIFI good. The quality of the food was fine. Staff and management very friendly. Swimming pool and fitness center. Morning breakfast is including in the room charge. Actually we forgot one of our garment in the room and when we informed them about this, they sent it by courier with free of charge.

The property is huge and beautiful. Very well made with ample space. The front desk staff was not helpful or courteous. The concierge was of great help. The sky high restaurant has a great ambience but food was OK. The Vegas restaurant has very courteous staff and the food was also amazing! Loved the Vegas restaurant!

The hotel is beautiful . Located at a good place . Interiors are something that caught my eye. the entire trip was best! Housekeeping department was very spontaneous. Completed all the requests at the same time . the food too reached us early. no delay in anything what so ever. great place. Thanks to Mr. Raj and Mr. Arvind g from housekeeping who took it on a personal level ensuring our stay was comfortable. The duty manager at reception was very genuine and smiled throughout

The staff, particularly Mrs. Drishti Chakravarty at the Reception, exhibited poor professionalism and unwelcoming behavior. My food delivery person was not allowed to come to the reception for delivery; instead, I was instructed to go to the Main Gate, which is a 10-minute walk away. This experience was unlike any other hotel or resort, and the staff displayed attitude. I cannot recommend staying at this property due to the unprofessionalism and lack of hospitality.

By far the best hotel in Daman. We spent 4 days at the hotel during the Diwali break. I would say the hotel more than made for the relative disappointment of Daman as a location. The hotel has all amenities, service is excellent and food is good and reasonably priced. Maintenance and upkeep could be better though.

The air-conditioning system in the rooms are not well engineered. The controls are not provided. Hence rooms are either too chilly or hot. Observed the same even after changing rooms. Considering this the place is overpriced and overrated. I had bad experiences during my two night stay. The restaurants are good. The breakfast spread offered is not great and not well managed when there is a crowd.

Its a nice hotel in Daman. Had visited with family in April 2022. Ambience is nice & have a good crowd. However, with just 2 lifts in place, if your room is right at the end of any floor then you need to walk a long distance. Also the bathtub tap was not working so had to contact the plumber a number of times. The food is good & the poolside restaurant setup in the evening is an attraction with live music & big screen. Surely a nice place to visit in Daman.

We went for buffet dinner at The Vegas Restaurant on 13th November 2023. The food counters were inadequate as compared to other star restaurants. It is an Overly priced Restaurant. Ambience was average..Think twice before visiting here. Would not recommend.

A five star property in Daman with very good hospitality. Rooms are very big with two king size beds. Some rooms have balconies. Pool is very big with bar. Over all ambience is very good. Casino is still not operational. Spa is very good. This was my second stay at Deltin . Me and my family loved staying here and we had a great time.

Rooms are very spacious and bath room is very small. Bathing Is great difficult in the bathroom. Toilet flush is not working and complained there is no response. After having discussion with the reception for 10 minutes they changed the room. Room prices are on the higher side. Pl avoid the rooms on the railway station side it may create some sounds. The rooms are well furnished, sparkling clean and have large windows. Approach to the hotel car park is bad - it is very difficult for an Innova to get inside. Breakfast menu is very limited. The charges for the room are so high around 8050 for three persons per night. The breakfast menu could be more for the prices they are taking. The restaurant is okay. Decent. Nothing remarkable.

We attended a two day Company organised gathering here. Rooms are spacious with Jacuzzi and the biggest letdown was the service but will give benefit of doubt due to the higher count from our side. Breakfast spread in Vegas restaurant was good but there is no authentic local cuisine, couldn’t comment on room fare as it was paid by Company. You can enjoy food and beverages alongside pool with some great views.

Deltin Daman surpassed expectations! The luxurious rooms, exquisite dining, and top-notch entertainment created an unforgettable experience. The staff's warmth and attention to guests were the icing on the cake. A perfect blend of indulgence and hospitality!

One of the pathetic experiences we have ever had. They don't give more than 2 device WiFi access per room and you don't get a mobile network. Shabby Kids play area. Super expensive. Horrible welcome drink. Horrible checkin experience. They don't trust their customers you need to make a security deposit separately. Etcc. Etc..

Very poor maintenence of amenities.. eg Game room not a single game is in order .. pool table stich with broken tips, ball collector torn, table are not balanced[tilted on one side], swimming pool not clean, filtration plant always off.. no fresh water is added .. rooms glasses not clean, do they know what to say. I stayed fron 2nd June to 4th June 2023

Had a Sunday Brunch with friends and family 13 members, had an amazing food choices and great hospitality. Service was top class and ambience was fantastic. Swimming pool was not heated, sad 😞 but guys try in Sumner months for huge pool to enjoy, if allowed with Brunch entry 😀

Excellent place to have your lifetime memorable events like Marriages, Parties n all celebrations. The Resort is 10/10 for all the categories that one can think of. Be it Rooms, Food, Ambience, Services etc. I visited this resort for my friends Daughter Marriage. All the 3 days that I was there were full of excitement n fun. This was definitely possible due to superb planning n execution by my friend. However it won't have been possible without the support of The Deltin Team.

Front desk reception is too slow and very rude ... Rooms are spacious... Restaurant staff is very good and helpful... It took them 20mins for us to do the check out. They use the word "formalities" as if they are an airport. Towels are over used. Water is very hard it makes ur hair go hard. Water softener can be installed. Hair dryer is on request. And it takes them alot of time to get things done. Not a pleasant stay.

These people cannot handle more guests. To get a simple quilt, we had to call 5 times, go to reception, which was quite a long walk and even after that we received the quilt after 1 and a half hours. You may prefer staying somewhere else! THEY CANNOT HANDLE MORE GUESTS!

Excellent food & accomodation I have been there for my business event. I must say that the service, the stay facility, the food and the overall maintenance of the hotel is really awesome. The rooms are good. Reception services, room service, in room dining, house keeping are all excellent. Very well trained and responsive staff. I had a great experience there.

Would have been better if tooth brush and paste are provided in room. And also we had to wait till 2:00 for check in and check out is at 12:00. Foods were delicious. Try fish items, they are so delicious 😋

Property is huge but what's the point! Not toddler friendly... No inside play or outside play zone! I was bit shocked to see this! Have kept two slides for the namesake! The floor was so rough ... My child could not even walk barefoot! And staff services SUCKS! LITERALLY THEY R JUST NOT FRIENDLY ... EVEN THEIR SERVICES, MANAGEMENT HOPELESS!!!! I have seen much better hospitality and efficient services with less rated hotels! So called five star hotel! Think twice before going!!!!!

The only thing 5 star here is the rooms. Its usually crowded here and the place is understaffed. The pools have no life gaurds, pool rules aren't followed. The food at the pool restaurant is horrible. The Chinese was good but one plate of fried rice is 650 or something. I recommend going out for food. The rooms are the only good thing here, and the cleanliness.

Well i have visited here twice. And i have not stayed but yeah have enjoyed to drink and have the good quality food. Spacious everywhere. But i guess few of the hotel staff seems unhappy with their jobs may be...no happy faces dunno why 😁..!! But yeah calm surrounding so you can enjoy your time.!😎🥃

Its a huge property with multiple restaurants, we had been to the restaurant named Vegas which is a multi cuisine restaurant. The portions were quite generous and well priced. The staff is helpful but the service is a little slow however. The casino on this property has not been operational since its opening.

Nice weekend getaway, which is nearest to Mumbai. Nice Family resort for the full family. One off the most affordable in its category. Nice food and ambience ,dinner staff and overall staff very helpful and friendly. Everyone enjoyed the stay and made the maximum use of the well designed swimming pool.

Superb property. Has a huge and very clean pool. The rooms are spacious. The entire place is very aesthetically made and buffet breakfast has an amazing spread, very delicious. Not a beach property, but let's face it, in daman the sea is quite bad and black, it's better to stay at this place. Thoroughly enjoyed. They have a very peaceful spa too. Must try.

Lots of hype around this place. Its highly overpriced for what it is. Service was really bad and the room we had was passable as a 3 star room at best. The games room was good. Pool was good too but no shades around the pool. The umbrellas are all too small and provide no covering from direct sunlight. They have a lot of weddings I suppose and other guests are ignored in trying to ensure the wedding party gets the best service.
