First thing first their office staff is useless...second the bus was unclean and without proper bedding arrangements...if you are of 6 ft. height avoid travelling with them. Travelling experience was...bad

One of the worst and slowest mode of transport to mumbai. It shows 8 hr journey and take 13-14 hr every time you travel. Takes halt of 1 hr everytime

3rd class bus and better take local bus those are better than this bus unclear bus I travelled to pune to vapi bus should took 6-7 hee but bus took 10hrs seats are not clean they charge so high for bus traveling

I travel today on 30/8/2015 from Nashik to Shirdi by neeta travels bus Volvo at 12015 pm from Nashik to Shirdi , Bust seat no 8 allotted was faulty & back fully behind , AC in bus not working as driver keep temp at 27 degree to save Diesel . Entry door was faulty so working very fast so dash of door to me. In Bus HULCHUL movie shown but CD palyer faulty. Bus stopped at Amrapali hotel near Sinnar for 1 hour as Driver & conductor get free food

Staff is not supportive at all..rude and unprofessional. Bus condition is good but driver was on phone calls continually and that was too risky when you are travelling at night time.
