reading
all
the
great
reviews
I’m
very
disappointed
with
my
experience.
My
first
point
of
contact
was
through
email
which
first
off
lacked
a
professional
response.
I
was
informed
just
to
call
them
which
is
fine
and
I
did
so
the
following
day.
When
I
first
called
I
felt
the
lady
was
a
little
confused
with
what
her
role
was
and
was
really
slow
on
the
phone
which
made
the
conversation
awkward.
It
was
apparent
after
some
time
that
she
was
working
from
home
as
I
could
her
her
child
talking
in
the
background.
I
understand
it’s
the
school
holidays
but
when
your
struggling
and
trying
to
get
testing
done
for
IVF
it’s
extremely
frustrating
to
be
on
the
phone
to
someone
who
isn’t
aware
of
protocols
and
lacked
a
professional
phone
presence.
She
was
lovely
and
explained
she
hadn’t
been
at
work
for
some
time
so
wasn’t
up
to
date
and
did
call
me
back
with
the
answers
that
were
needed
but
it
was
very
frustrating.
I
was
then
told
if
I
bought
a
package
for
a
scan
which
comes
with
a
blood
test
I
can’t
actually
use
that
one
blood
test
on
another
day.
I
informed
her
I
need
5
bloods
on
a
certain
day
and
a
scan
on
another
separate
day
and
it’s
required
on
different
cycle
days
by
my
IVF
clinic.
She
said
on
the
phone
that
I
was
actually
the
first
person
to
request
hormone
bloods
on
cycle
day
3
and
the
ultrasound
mid
cycle,
which
I
find
very
strange
since
my
IVF
clinic
recommends
ultrasound
direct
and
I
know
it’s
extremely
common
to
do
these
tests
on
certain
days.
I
felt
by
the
end
of
the
conversation
I
couldn’t
really
trust
the
clinic
anymore
as
a
simple
request
seemed
quite
difficult,
also
with
the
high
cost
of
roughly
£500
it
seemed
pointless
since
I’ve
now
found
the
tests
at
another
location
for
half
the
price
and
half
the
hassle.
I
think
this
clinic
is
great
for
baby
scans
etc
but
if
your
looking
for
diagnostic
tests
I’d
recommend
looking
around
at
other
clinics.
