    I have been doing PIlates with Jane for nearly a year now and really enjoy it. I work at home at a laptop all day so the mobilisation is perfect for me and really helps me loosen up.     I’ve been coming to Jane’s class for a year now, on the recommendation of a friend and haven’t looked back. She has incredible physiological knowledge and takes great care to manage exercise to individuals needs and level of experience. The classes are small but in no way intimidating to anyone new as she has a lovely way about her. Really enjoy my class each week, currently via Zoom but hopefully back in the studio before too long. Highly recommend to anyone.

    I started online Pilates classes with Jane in mid 2021, primarily to strengthen muscles around my lower back. Well 6 months later, my lower back has improved dramatically, and in addition, my core, balance, suppleness, strength and posture have all greatly improved. Jane is an amazing teacher and provided me with additional tailored moves for limited movement of my right shoulder (previously frozen), which have clearly worked. Classes are small and different levels of moves are normally available to suit each individual. What is there not to like. Give it a go, you won’t be disappointed.

    Jane is a fantastic pilates teather: calm and precise in her descriptions of the moves. She never assumes that you have remembered anything from previous classes whic is great. Her classes are always challenging but fun. I have been doing Jane's classes for a year and I have really felt the benefit. All sorts of muscles I didn't know I had now work!. The moves have gradually become easier as time has gone by and I feel that my posture has improved. I would wholeheartedly recommend Jane's classes.

    I have been doing Pilates classes with Jane for several years now and would highly recommend! Jane is a fantastic teacher and tailors the moves during the class if you have any injuries or back/shoulder pain etc . The classes are kept small so Jane is able to ensure everyone is doing the moves correctly to get the most out of each exercise. Over the years I have seen my flexibility, balance and strength improve massively. The classes online have also been amazing, still tailored for the individual and each class focuses on full body flexibility and strength.

    I started doing Jane's classes over the summer and they've been great. Jane's mat classes are precise and reflect her training. In addition to having more stability overall, I can happily report a flatter tummy and, for the first time in my life, I have deltoids.

    Jane is a very experienced massage therapist who continues to build on her considerable knowledge. The treatment she has given me over many years has kept me fit and active, despite a few injuries along the way. A monthly massage is the perfect way to keep the body in shape and Jane combines professional expertise with a warm and sympathetic personal approach. I have much to thank her for!

    I started going to Jane's live online pilates classes during lockdown and have really enjoyed them and I could start to see the benefits very quickly. Jane caters for all abilities and is very conscious about ensuring that everyone is comfortable. There are no more than 8 people in a class in order for Jane to able to check how we are doing so it feels like you're being properly taught even though virtually. She also tailors exercises to look after any niggles we may have. I am a keen runner and she makes sure there are exercises in there to help strengthen the key muscle groups. I am definitely going to keep attending Jane's online classes and highly recommend them!

    I have been gong to Jane’s Pilates classes for about 3 years and where I used to have frequent back pain I no longer suffer with this at all. Jane is extremely knowledgeable about the human body and how it all works, and is always happy to share this information so that we have a better understanding of what we are working on. Jane is always attentive to each individual’s needs, she is always professional and she keeps the classes varied and fun. I look forward to going each week. I have also had sports massage with Jane from time to time, and again she is very professional, knowledgeable and experienced. She really does know what she is doing and I would be very happy to recommend her for both Pilates and for sports massage therapy.

    After a massage from Jane to help severe headaches that I have had for 30 years I feel like a new person. Her skill and expertise is fantastic - a miracle worker . I have also been going to Pilates classes as a complete beginner . The classes are small and Jane has endless patience and enthusiasm. I'm already feeling the benefits.
