Does this look like a Double Bacon and Egg?! I even stressed when making my order make sure its bacon!! This happens every single time I visit this McDonalds drive thru, what is going on its surely not a difficult thing to know the difference between Bacon and Sausage?! Its now 11:03 and too late for me to even go back and get what I actually wanted for breakfast..!!

How can you cheat people like that, I was very disappointed as not the first time on your wraps. half empty, little sauce, no vegetables, cheating

I'm an Uber Eats driver who frequently picks up orders from this McDonald's. Today, I picked up two orders, and upon delivering the second order, the customer informed me that they only received one half of the order. When I contacted McDonald's to address the issue, I encountered a rude female employee who insisted that they had provided the complete order. Despite my attempts to explain the situation and offer to pick up the missing items immediately (no extra charge), I was met with dismissiveness and was abruptly hung up on. This lack of accountability and unprofessional behavior is unacceptable. As an Uber Eats driver, I am left to deal with upset customers who, of course, hold me responsible for incomplete orders. It's disheartening that McDonald's employees are unwilling to admit mistakes and handle such situations with the necessary professionalism and courtesy. I urge this McDonald's to prioritize training process for their employees, especially considering that this is not an isolated incident. The evident lack of seriousness and respect towards other service workers from these teenage employees is very concerning and hope that my feedback prompts positive changes

Linda served our food but every time we eat here she is so helpful and pleasant. She seems to be non stop always busy. I hope McDonald's appreciates her service.

Food can be hit or miss, depends on the day and your luck. If is your lucky day, Food can be amazing. Staff most of the time surely doesn't want to be there. So that's the atmosphere....

The Chicken Big Mac Meal was lovely even though I had to re-heat it, It was still beautiful. I love the fact that the food you see on the app is presented to you the same way when delivered to you. The Cappuccino was hot and also nice. Fast delivery.

Pretty much every time I visit this place they forget to put the full order in the bag. Nothing to cry about, but today 0 hash browns put in the bag. More annoying than anything as I always ask the staff if everything is in the bag before I drive off.

The quality of food and service had dropped recently. Orders tend to take longer, and the food is often of a poorer standard than other McDonald’s restaurants. I would recommend travelling to the other McDonald’s near Broadwood where I have had a better experience.
