Timing
is
everything,
especially
when
it
comes
to
takeout.
I
ordered,
expecting
that
my
food
would
be
ready
in
10-15
minutes.
After
15
minutes,
I
walk
in,
pay
for
my
take
out,
then
was
asked
for
my
phone
number,
which
I
gave.
The
lady
behind
the
counter
tells
me
she
will
call
me
when
my
order
is
ready
and
suggests
I
wait
in
my
car.
Ok.
Another
15
minutes
goes
by
without
a
call.
I
step
back
in
and
the
lady
behind
the
counter
says
she's
sorry,
but
it
will
be
another
5
or
10
minutes.
I
say
OK.
After
10
minutes,
I'm
back,
she
says
it
is
almost
ready,
and
she'll
call.
I
ordered
pork
BBQ
without
any
warning
about
delay,
I've
waited
45
minutes
since
my
order
and
it's
STILL
NOT
READY,
so
I
cancelled
my
order
and
got
my
money
back.
Still,
this
didn't
make
up
for
the
delay,
my
now
cold
other
take
out
I'd
ordered
second
and
picked
up
first
(SHOUT
OUT:
Fantastic
Malaysian
cuisine
at
Mamak
in
the
same
shopping
center),
or
the
fact
that
I
should
have
already
traveled
back
home
and
eaten
by
the
time
I
found
out
it
would
take
more
than
45
minutes
to
make
one
order
of
your
signature
dish.
So,
if
you
plan
to
order
BBQ
at
Ming's,
make
sure
you
get
a
clear
and
believable
time
that
your
order
will
be
ready.
