Delicious, well prepared food. Wait staff was patient as we made up our mind and expeditious with service. Even during dinner rush he checked on us multiple times during the meal.

Ordered the all you can eat clam chowder (husband got the lobster bisque $2 extra) and house salad (lemon vinaigrette dressing) lunch special for $9.99 with cheddar biscuits. The food was good and our server was great!

Look, it’s red lobster, it’s a chain. It’s only a 4 giving them the benefit of the doubt. We waited almost 50 mins for the food with a 25% full dining room. The food was cold to maybe slightly warm..maybe.. The biscuit's best part. The green beans were great!

We had a good experience and our waiter was funny who kept us laughing. I had the dragon shrimp, which was fully of flavor and crunchy. I also had a side of fries, and I love the fries here.

Started out wondering while waiting for a table. It seemed clear they were understaffed for a Sunday lunch rush. While we were waiting it became apparent they were scrambling and doing the best they could. After a slightly longer than promised wait, we were seated and then served by what appeared to be a manager pitching in. Our drinks and food came promptly, as did shrimp refills (endless shrimp). I finally asked if she was a manager and she confirmed it. Tori handled a pressure filled lobby full of people gracefully and took great care of us. Thank you Tori! Our fish and and chips and endless shrimp dishes were hot and delicious.

Clean place,nice location, the cheddar biscuit were hot,moist and delicious. Our server was pleasant and attentive.I think the menu did not represent the item, or the cook was a bit confused. The meals were fully plated portions, which was good.Never serve a hot soup cold. Not servers fault,just saying. Overall, my friends and I had a good experience.

I went to a Birthday party at Red Lobster in Snellville on hwy 78. Upon enter the bathroom smell hits you in the face. Then our waiter kept messing up my order. Once we got finished with our food our waitress gave us our checks. I chose not to give a tip because I wasn't impressed with her service. She chose to come over to my table and ask. If we were given her cash because she notice a zero on the tip. I then expressed to her how unprofessional it was and ask for her boss. Upon talking with her boss he expressed that he would talk with her once the restaurant cleared for the evening. I was not impressed with his response. However they really need to do better.

Good food and customer service

Best Greek out this way! The food is delicious and the orders are always packed full, great for leftovers. The desserts, like everything else, is homemade there and so good. We've always gotten take out, so the new to-go only works fine. If you call ahead with your order, know that it won't be prepared until you pay in full. You never have to wait too long for the food, but there is only one person answering phones and taking orders and payment. I think there are only two people in the back preparing food. Not a problem, just be aware and patient as everyone is very nice and the food is worth the wait!

I haven’t been to Red Lobster in a long time, yet they have just simply improved since I was there the last time. Fresh seafood, amazing taste, and quicker server than ever on Saturday. An amazing location for Red Lobster I would say.

Our food was amazing! We had a large party and it was Father's day so I called ahead and they made sure to accommodate us. Our waitress was very nice as well. Our food did take a long time (some longer than others) but once it arrived it was really good. The first order taken was the last to arrive. I tried the lobster, shrimp and scallops over pasta and it was simply amazing. Red lobster is not my first choice but I am glad we went because it was really great 😊.

I had a steamed lobster 🦞, my husband had the fish 🐠, and our granddaughter had chicken 🐔 tenders. The service was incredible, our server Brooklyn was awesome! If you want GREAT service ask for Brooklyn! The lobster 🦞 was great still full 2 days later. My husband said the fish was wonderful and my granddaughter, what can I say, all kids love chicken 🐔 tenders. I highly recommend Red Lobster 🦞 in Snellville!

Boy, has this place gone downhill! Everyone there needs coaching, and the place is badly in need of a re-furb. Once finally seated, it took the better part of an hour to get food. The waitress was pleasant but didn't know a lot about the menu items (I asked how the scallops were cooked, and she said she didn't know, nor did she ask anyone if they were grilled or fried). The fried scallops and clam strips were barely done and could have used more time in the fryer since the coating was far from golden. My oven-roasted brussel sprouts were crowded onto the plate rather than a separate bowl, as usual. When the food was brought out, we received a lot of extra food, which I initially thought was my dinner partner's sides ... it was not. We let the waitress know, and she replied that the food was on her tray to take out to us, so no charge (another words, she didn't refer to her order slip to see that the extra meal was not ours). It was clear that there was not enough staff to handle the Saturday night crowd, so it was very chaotic. Overall, I wish we'd gone to any other restaurant rather than this one. It's sad because it used to be a nice restaurant, and we really need more nice places to eat out in this area... unfortunately, management needs to up their game to be able to charge patrons for this lackluster experience.

The food was delicious. This visit was for a birthday lunch slash celebration. We had lobsters, shrimps, steak, the famous bread, lemonade original and mango limonade. I was hoping for a staff birth song. However, it was just a birthday cake/desert just brought to the table. The food was so good it overshadowed the price. I definitely recommend the place.

I ordered my husbands favorite for his birthday. It used to be delicious. We both agreed that the quality has gone down significantly. It was the Cajun chicken Alfredo Linguine. There was 40% less chicken (only 3 bites of chicken) and it was very dry. There was 30% less pasta and it was covered with even less sauce. Big disappointment. I can’t recommend it. We didn’t even finish half of it because it was so dry and tasteless.

We went here for dinner and immediately got seated and then waited for 20 minutes for them to even take our order. Then once they did they never submitted it to the cooks. An hour later they come back and tell us the food is finally getting cooked. Barely had time to enjoy the meal because we had another appointment to be at! Really disappointed in the lack of communication and attention to detail.

We ordered to go from here. Got everything home, thought everything was fine; but we were missing some of our sauces. The rice that came with one of the meals was totally bland..... no seasoning no butter no nothing. Tasted like they boiled it and just put it in the container. We've had other experiences with Red Lobster and it went well because it was a dine in experience and whatever you needed the server will bring to the table. Overall it was fine. The kids loved it. We will be ordering again.

Undercooked green beans. Undercooked rice. Seasonless blackened salmon. It took about 40 plus minutes to get our food and it wasn't even crowded. There was 1 server in our area serving 5 FULL tables... I asked for extra condiments that the server never bought back. They are usually better than this.

I guess location is everything. I am currently enjoying a pleasant afternoon here. The wait was not long at long and I was greeted immediately by both hostess and server/bartender. I originally placed my order for pick up but when I requested to change my preference to dine in, they made the necessary arrangements and was very pleasant about it. I am thankful for this experience during such trying times.

Almost 5stars however I didn't get a slice of lemon for my catfish which would have made it SUPERB! & the juice from the greens beans made my catfish soggy. I Ordered via Uber Eats altho my driver had a 45 min route food was still hot & packaged safely. I use to dine in here years ago, never had an issue. Blackend Catfish Meal w/mash & green beans..

I come to this location solely for the manager Oggy. He has the best customer service that I have ever seen and I highly value it. I hope that he continues to stay here, he deserves a raise for all of the stuff he's been through in life and he still shows up for work daily, even after getting hit by a car the same day he ended up working his entire shift. Covid has really messed up everything, Menu was slim pickings, not alot of choices. Food was good. Waiter I would have to say was not that great. He seem to have a problem understanding what was asked, I had 4 different issues that caused me to shake my head. I told my daughter no tip for him she said no mom give him a break, so that's what I did.

Great service, great food! The lunch gyros have a lot of meat, barely contained by the sandwich wrap (also red onion, tomatoes, and taziki sauce). The Greek potatoes have been hot and crispy - careful not to burn your tongue. Even a shady spot to the side we've used to park-and-eat; note that it's not a thru driveway, though. The homemade lemonade is pretty good as well.

The staff are friendly and fast service. The food is great and portions very large! You certainly get your money worth.

Where do I begin? This was my third time ordering here. I honestly have only had a gyro 5 times and they've all happened in the last year. I absolutely love this place. The food is always amazing and the Greek potatoes will make you mad when you run out. When I find something I like I stick to it for years to come. Please go try it for yourself!

The best gyro around Atlanta, portions are huge. Meat is never over cooked, its always juicy and fresh. Prices are great for what you get. I have eaten gyros around the US and Europe and this place is definitely one of the best.

Haven’t tried it yet but they said 7 minutes and 20 minutes later I’m still waiting. I wouldn’t have ordered if they’d said it was going to take 20 minutes and now I’m running late for work. Ok - still miffed I had to wait so long and was late back to work but that was one excellent sandwich.

BEST GYROS EVER

Tonight we were served by Brandon, he was PHENOMENAL! We received excellent service, he went above and beyond - very attentive, memorized our names, incredibly funny/personable. My husband and I were blown away by his amazing service. Food was great, came out in a timely manner, just an all around great experience. The other servers sounded attentive and lovely as well, but if you visit definitely ask to sit in Brandon’s section, and you won’t be disappointed!

There was not a long waiting period. The waiter's was very professional and helpful. He answered all our questions. So we selected two great tasting meals. First meal was salmon,broiled bay scallops , French fries and clam chowder bowl. Second meal fried flounder and house salad. The staff was great. We will return

Slowest service ever. It took an hour to get a server to take our order. Then a long wait to get our food. Our quick lunch was over two hours! Unacceptable. We had to get back to work. Prices went up, but food portions went down. The food tasted good, but everything else was poor. I felt they did not care about making sure the customer got timely service. If you plan to decrease the portions, lowe the price - don't make it more expensive.

I will always love Res Lobster! Wade was the absolute best waiter we could’ve asked for! He was so friendly, courteous, and attentive. I ordered an Admiral’s Feast and my husband enjoyed a medium well 12oz steak. We had a blast for date night! Thank you, Wade, for being so awesome!

So thrilled with my cake pickup today. The manager Sean is such a personable guy and I observed him just taking care of any questions or things brought to his attention by customers and just handling them with great customer service. Sean was very observant about what was going on in the restaurant and quick take care of those things without expecting anyone else to do it. I absolutely love that and I'll definitely come back here to eat.

My family and I (party of 12), walked in last minute to celebrate my nephew going off to college. They were able to quickly get us in. We only had one waitress and she was amazing, fast, and very attentive (especially to have a larger party). I highly recommend and will be back!!

The food was delicious, hot, and seasoned well. My leftovers were delicious too. The waitress (Savannah) was very cordial. She allowed my friend and I to remain there long after completing our meal. She was happy to fill my friend's water glass more than five times. Red Lobster will continue to get my business.

We had dinner there tonight attending a seminar on air purification systems. The girl at the front desk was extremely sweet and nice and even got me a sweet tea to go before I left. Our server never came back to give us refills on our drinks we were so thirsty. I normally don't put a bad review on anybody but I've been a server for almost 30 years. Not sure of any of the girls' names but we all know had a great meal. Thank you

Maybe our waitress Aniyah was new, but I’ve never had such lack luster service. Literally took over 5 minutes to even come to the table after we were seated, food was ice cold and why risk sending it back when they’re just gonna send the same thing back out maybe slightly warmer. For it to be $100 plus for two people, I expected much better quality both with service and food. Maybe don’t leave your table waiting forever for everything when you’ve got hardly anybody in your section.

The wait to be seated was not bad and the waitress was friendly. However, once seated, it took longer than expected to get our food (it took longer to get our food than to be seated which should never be the case). When the food finally came, it appeared hot and fresh. They serve good portions. Everyone in our party was satisfied with the quality and taste of their food. Our waitress made sure we had everything we needed once our food was finally served. Overall, I would recommend this location if you don't mind waiting over an hour+ to be seated and served.

Katie and Tori were the best part of this experience! Phenomenal and above and beyond with the service. The food was excellent as well. Fresh and yummy. This Red Lobster had been in Snellville for at least 40 years. It’s easy to see why. If you go, I hope Katie and Tori are there!

My issue today wasn’t not with the food but with the manager. The guy who was on duty this evening was so rude that I had to write this review. Since being diagnosed with cancer l often order takeout from this location. For some reason the website wasn’t working and I got charged twice for my meal. No big deal, just needed to be canceled. The manager told me “that’s a problem between you and your bank.” What? He then proceeded to tell me why he wasn’t going to help me and best thing for me to do is call my bank in the morning. Never have I seen someone in a managerial position be so dismissive. I have seen this guy being rude before, but it was obvious I was sick and needed help and he could have cared less. Best thing about tonight was the kind young lady who did takeout. This location deserves a better leader.
