    Worst place ever I took my car first of all awful customer service, they take way too long. I use to go because it is closer to my house but it’s so not worth it. I’m never taking my car there again. First of all the guy I was talking to hung up on me. Second of all the last time I took my car they made a dent in the hood of my car and took no responsibility at all!! And last I keep on calling to the day for a freaking quote and all they say is I’ll have a service advisor call you back HAHA!! Yeah right! Never happens, still waiting. Do not take your car here. From now on I’m only using the Marietta location. Their prices are cheaper, the advisor actually works with you and are super friendly!! Great customer service. It’s worth the drive

    I was looking to purchase a cash car went to several car dealerships wasn’t pleased about certain things so I decided to go to AutoNation which wasn’t far from home. Never the less my salesman Eli’s Garippa forgive me I know I spell his name wrong 😑 but was informative and kept it a buck with me on there is not a lot of cash cars available an things are very different from when I brought my first cash car in 2001 😂 with the pandemic definitely changed my financial status an credit 😔😔 but with a lot of Convincing and looking at logic I decided to get a note an they helped me with that small note too and love my used car only had 1 owner no accidents 🥰🥰 definitely will go back next year for a new whip. AutoNation is alright with me 💯🙌

    I’m a give this place a 3 start. If you schedule a appointment you still will be waiting for hours just to get your car back. I went in for a oil change and to see why my car was burning gas fast and I was not pleased with the results. The oil change was 80(+) right off the back when online they have a sales deal going on and I didn’t get it. Then the Diagnostics was another 80(+) For them to only change my oil and a fuel injector that I could of got myself and put in. My appointment was at 1 I did not get out untill 240-3pm The waiting area the seats needs to be cleaned and sanitized. There was crumbs in the seats (should be vacuumed out) every day around closing time. Some of the sales personnel’s was not very friendly. They was just bland.

    I have an appointment for oil change at 3pm, showed up 10 mins earlier and they took my car key and told me to wait in the waiting room and will come get me when it is done. One hour passed, I asked someone is it done, they said they will check, and did not hear back from them. 30 more mins went by I try to look for someone else, and that guy told me there was no ticket generated for my car to be taken back for an oil change. So now I have to wait another hour before they can take my car back for a basic oil change, spent 3 hours at this place just to get an oil change... First and last time I will be here for any kind of service. Save your self and leave and drive further, it will still be much faster.

    Had my car towed here after hours on a Thursday after it wouldn't start, filled out the after-hours paperwork and left in drop box. Call Friday morning and no one knows anything about the vehicle it was not checked in. Took down my information after I already had written down on after-hours. Went up there physically a few hours later Friday and made me write down again the same information but said they may not get to it till Saturday or Monday, said because I was a new customer it was more of a process to get it checked in? Unsure what that means. Called back on Monday, once again car not checked in no one knows anything about the vehicle and I provided the same information now for the 4th time. Person said they would look into and call me back. It has now been a few hours and no one has gotten back any information to me. Likely going to have to pay to tow it elsewhere because it does not appear it will even get diagnosed within the next week. Frustrating that it is an approved triple AAA location but provides terrible service. Only reason I originally towed here was because triple AAA approved and within 5 mile tow range.

    I give it three stars because the process was relatively easy and the customer service was good. Now, the issues: 1. The diagnostic fee is $169.99 and they say they’ll take that off if you end up doing service, but if you don’t make your decision right when they give you the quote, the game starts and they tell you they might not be able to take it off later. some people really can’t afford to drop more than one or $200 at a moments notice. 2. I brought my car in on Friday, let them know I would need to talk to my partner, then brought it back in on Saturday with the expectation of the same cost from Friday. When the service rep was about to have me sign, I asked for a confirmation of the cost because he had not gone over that with me. It turns out that the $169.99 battery was suddenly $270 a day later. They told me that was the only battery available for my car, but yesterday told me the cost would be $169.99 for the battery and $610 total for all of the service not including them taking the diagnostic fee off so about $450 total today. That total cost as well as the cost of the battery is actually what made me make the decision to come back. I find Saturday’s experience dishonest and misleading, and I was already wary about taking my car to a dealer service center. I’m glad I know what’s wrong and can fix it myself but I wish they had been honest in the beginning so I didn’t waste more time. I definitely felt pressured by them to make a decision that ultimately would have cost me a lot more money. Basically I paid $170 for a diagnostic and some playtime for my dog which is ok

    Good morning good people just wanted to say take your vehicle somewhere else been a customer of Toyota for over 10 years they really don't care anymore I took my Toyota RAV4 at 140,000 miles to have my transmission service they put the wrong transmission fluid in cost me about a thousand bucks to get it right they rotated my tires incorrectly now my front tires are going bald I have to get them put on the back try working with them nobody from corporate would adhere to so now I'm lobbying mycaseys small claims court suing for Max I suggest any customers that are having the same problems do the same I found a better mechanic 184 ledbetter road Villa Rica mechanic's name is Tony the service is all been in business for 38 years that's how I found out on my sealed unit that the wrong transmission fluid was put in system was saved by grace of God so customers be mindful if you're having this situation reach out to me on Google I'm a 24-hour State notary just bad business the weights too long you all have a great day godspeed may God have mercy on AutoNation Thornton road

    Appointment at 2pm. Showed up at 1:30 to be sure I won’t miss my appointment. 3 others waiting in waiting room and front looks normal, not busy. 2 hours later my car is still sitting there, the person that was supposed to generate the ticket for me is no longer there. Someone else said there is no ticket for me. And said it will be another hour and a half for my car to get oil change. I am already late to my 4:30pm appointment. So I told them no thanks and just left. Terrible service. Wouldn’t recommend.

    I was in the market for a car but not able physically to get it done so I called (prayed first) to find the right car and get it taken care of over the phone. I called and my Angel Answered Mr. Alton Threats . He was a perfect man to talk to . He promised me he’d find my car and he did! Came in on his day off so I could come and pick it up.     I purchased a 2022 Rav4, XLE from William McNiece. He was very professional during the sales process. William called me with updates on the shipping of the car as it had to be ordered. He did everything he said he would. He went over all the features on the car and called me back promptly when I had a question the next day. He followed-up with me afterwards which I appreciated. I would highly recommend William if you are looking for a car.

    If I could give 0 stars I would! I have never had such a terrible experience at a service department. My concerns were not listened to nor addressed. Money was put towards the repair and they wanted me to pay $2000 even tho there was no solution and my car was not fixed. The “service advisor” tried to lie to me and when I called him out on it he would back peddle. Had he just been upfront and told me to start with he didn’t know that would have been fine. The sheer lack of communication was absurd. I will NEVERRRRRR go back here. I went to the dealership area and the first person I spoke to openly admitted that he use to work in their service dept and that it sucked and he was sorry

    The inspection was highly overpriced for what they found. The service was not prompt. I was assisted well when I was actually tended to, but the staff is constantly overwhelmed with receiving too many appointments & vehicles at once. The financing options are also limited. I was waiting over 4 hours and paid 169 for them to tell me about a battery, spark plugs, low tire pressure, and an air filter. Just go to auto zone first or a local shop. Will likely not return or recommend

    While service does take a while, the people here really go out of their way to get it right. Terrance was a fantastic service advisor and did much to address my concerns regarding an issue with with my vehicle. Staff was patient, courteous, and professional as we worked toward a resolution. Don, Terrance, and the team took their time to help come to a reasonable solution. As a result, I’ll definitely come back.

    The only reason I gave them a 2 is because at least 1 mechanic is friendly. He's the only one that acknowledged us and got our car in for maintenance. The other employees were rude on the phone and in person. Acted like it was inconvenient for them to do their jobs, so the 1 guy stepped in. We had this appointment setup for at least a week so it wasn't a surprise walk in. Wish there was a service center closer with friendlier staff. It's almost worth just going to a local oil change/mechanic for maintenance.

    Buying a car here is a total nightmare. Tony Thornton and Winston are liars. First I went there with my used Toyota to get new tires. Unfortunately the services providers couldn’t take the tires off. So I brought tires from somewhere else. Then 15 minutes later they called and said they wanted buy my car to get me into a new one. They said they were going to reimburse me for the new tires and they never did. Every time I call they give me the run around. Also the protector came off my car the first day I recieved it. They never replaced that as well. Then they lost or stole my old license plate tag on my older car.

    Hello I would not recommend this Dealership/Service, My wife recently purchased a used 2023 Rav4 from this exact dealership. Doing so she figured she would get all her services done at this dealership for warranty reason. The first oil change went smooth so we thought, Until the second came around. We were told our skid plate was missing and if we took it to another shop. That the car even had a orange oil filter, which is not a OEM part. So what I'm getting at is they completely lied about doing the first oil change, even thought we took it up their for that specific reason.... Or they never checked over the vehicle before they sold it to us, This specific part retails at $500 dollars. Updated info- dealership claims they only do oil change every 10000 miles, Then why was the oil life reset the first time we took it? Junior claims they would have not had known the skid plate was missing or someone could had stole if from in the 2 months we had it. How would you had not known? Does Toyota dealership not check the used vehicles they are going to sell? Crazy Mind Blowing Very greedy to be such a big dealership, If they can get over on you it seems they will take the opportunity.

    Very excellent I bought a car from Rodney Cyriaque he was very patience with me because I was all over the place thinking about the payment. He got my payment down to what I could afford, then the finance team got it even lower. It was a surprise to me. I would recommend anyone to buy their vehicle from them.

    Be aware this dealership has the Worst customer service and car experience. They treated my daughter so bad and my daughter just became a Registered Nurse. They were dishonest and they tried to sell her an overpriced used Toyota Corolla for $30,000 car and they told her that her car payments would be $800. Also their advertising was false because it was advertised with USAA car buying service for half of that price. I told my daughter if she was a white young lady they probably wouldn’t have tried to deceive her and take advantage of her. I’m pretty sure they would have treated her much better. It’s sad that some people agree with this BS. My daughter has very good credit too and I told her she should have left and ran out of that dealership like Forest Gump 😂😂. Ripoff car salesmen still exist.

    I bought two cars for this location and have been using their Service Department for 6 years and today I decided to NEVER return. I was transferred 6 times on the phone between Parts and Service to attempt to order 2 tires. Bradley works in parts and gave me a quote told me he could not help me order the tires I need for my car and transferred me to the Service Department who then transferred me right back to Bradley. Then Bradley has the nerve to tell me he can transfer me back to the Service Department. I had to explain to him that is called poor customer service and I do not want to be transferred again. He then tells me to come in and someone can order my tires. Keep in mind I have done this before and ordered tires over the phone and scheduled an appointment. I am not new to this. Clearly he didn't get it because he offers to transfer me back to the Service Department. Between the poor customer service and inability to perform job duties. I will not return. The customer service here has gone DOWN! I would not recommend anyone go here unless it is an emergency.

    I visited Auto Nation Toyota Lithia Springs Georgia on Thorton rd. After my service I talked with the Service manager Corey Williams about our Vehicle He was very compromising, and professional. I really appreciate him taking the time to listen to all my concerns. I appreciated his personality traits and work ethics. I would recommend this service department to my family and friends.

    25 days my car was in for “service” . The check engine light is back on 2 days later. I took it back to this location only to find out the fuel cap was never replaced. I paid for it at the same time I paid for the parts for the catalytic converter repair ( $$$$) . The new interim manager Steve graciously replaced it. What I don't like is having to return to the dealership for something that should have been addressed initially.

    The worst experience I have ever had. I was told I had to purchase add-ons to purchase the vehicle. I felt like I was bullied and was treated very rudely by sales managers and the general manager refused to talk to me.

    Ive been in the Toyota family since my mother had a 1997 Toyota. Ever since then anybody that could buy a car in my family , has had a toyota. I ended up at Autonation Toyota because it was down the street from my house. However, when i got here , the Sales people and GM took as best care of me and my 1st car ended up being 2017Toyota Corolla , that i got in 2018 for 289 a month. Its been a great relationship since and not im back for my second car.
