Yesterday my therapist and I had lunch delivered to us and the nachos was off the chain they were good the chicken could of been a little smaller with the pieces but the beans and toppings I got were good and the cucumbers were an extra touch ! Great job will eat there again

Great, fresh Mexican food at a great price! This place has all your standard Mexican favorites but it's not your standard Mexican joint. Everything here is prepared fresh with fresh ingredients, and the portions won't leave you hungry. Order at the counter (or online) and grab a booth or get it to go. Quick, clean, fresh and tasty - a great choice for a great meal.

Katie and Gracia are fabulous employees. They are very kind and helpful! My first time at Willy’s was a great experience because of their excellent customer service and great food. I even came close to closing time and they were as helpful and nice as they could be. 10/10!

Disgusting! Glad I used the 50% off coupon so I didn’t have to pay full price. How are you out of almost everything at 6:30pm during the weekday. No chipotle ranch, no corn, no hot sauce, no peppers and onions the rice is hard. Glad I only paid $4.00, that’s all this location is worth paying for, then look how small my portions are. It doesn’t even fill out the bowl. Better off making my own chipotle bowl at home, at-least I’m not stingy with the chicken and veggies.

Ordered veggie quesadilla with Cilantro and Sereno. Guess what I got inside just cheese and Cilantro. Where are my veggies i.e. green pepper and onion. What a waste of my money. Very disappointed. If you order chicken quesadillas you expect chicken inside right? So why can't you expect veggies inside a veggie quesadillas. Fix your app.

This location has gone downhill in the last 60 days. Employees are rude and will knowingly rip you off on to go orders by leaving items out. Zero management in the store. Soft taco shells are burnt, quesadillas undercooked, salsa bar empty and a mess. Used to be one of my favorite restaurants. Do yourself a favor and go to the one on Roswell Road. If this place wasn’t one of the few food options for the 3 hospitals less than a half mile away, it would be gone.

Probably the best Tex Mex food in town. Absolutely love the variety of fresh ingredients to add to your food. And their Willy Philly........ Totally awesome.

Did a take away few days back.. Had a Chicken Adobe Quesadilla and bowl with rice beans and all veggies.. liked the food ..I have taken once prior to this and the standard was the maintained.. feel the price is reasonable as well

I went to your location on Peachtree Dunwoody Rd. There was one person in line. Between 4:00-4:30 there was a guy cutting the cheese with his mask pulled under his chin eating the cheese 🤮 all the meats where dry like from lunch. I know there are cameras in that location to see what I seen. You just lost a customer

I go to this location every 2 weeks, I spend about $30. do the match about $1500 a year. I am good loyal customer, but they just lost one after the cashier/manager that day charged me $20 for quesadilla grandee' because my daughter asked for everything on side.

Loved this place once again! My favorite place to come and eat, all the staff members are so kind and the place is neat and clean. Everything here is so good and I recommend for everyone to come!

My experience at Willy’s yesterday was none less than absolutely perfect. When I arrived it was a few people in line before me so I had a chance to watch the team working hard to get everyone’s order correct. The worked really well together. The guy before me ordered Nachos and until that point I didn’t know what to get. When I saw “T” preparing those nachos I knew I had my heart and stomach set. Then it was my turn… he made those nachos with the love of every Taco Tuesday enthusiast and it was Wednesday lol. I’m thankful and I will definitely visit again. Keep up the good work team.

Pleas ensure your staff respond when customers have questions about the menu. More specifically just be nice and do what you advertise. Provide chips, tell your customers about any extra charge items, and most importantly act like you care about your product. Rude staff except the person making the bowls/burritos. Won’t return.

Customer service needs major improvement. This is not the first subpar service at this location. Young people should have the opportunity to manage when they can fully understand the importance of Customer service. Don't question a customer that is willing to pay for extra condiments. I like willys to much yo stop going but I might not go to this particular location.

Great location. Staff is really cool and the food is always great. Haven't always had great luck here, but it's great to see how things have come around. SO MUCH better than MoE's 🙄🙄🙄

The staff was quite rude to me. It was almost like they didnt want me in there and it was a chore for them to take my order. It was very interesting, that the next customer that came in,they were very friendly too. Was it because they were the same race as them? I hope not but sure seemed like it. I have been here quite a few times and it is usually extremely pleasant so just hoping this was an off day or just the wrong crew.

Fantastic experience with this Willie's location. We had a last minute need for catering on a Sunday afternoon and we contacted Gracia late Saturday. With vert little lead time they were able to not only accommodate me but they delivered above and beyond with quality and great service. I would highly recommend them.

The queso is delicious. I also got a taco salad which was delicious as well. It was on the more pricey side but it was definitely good.

The food was delicious. I went in on my lunch break and they were able to serve me my southwest chicken salad in time for to go back to work. Granted I work 10 minutes away. I actually been back more times and now I’m giving it a review. Five stars because Willy’s staff dosnt deserve anything less.They have an awesome atmosphere and the efficiency of coming in and getting exactly what I needed.

Cristina is the most absolute, sweetest employee there, who is always so efficient, hard working and always makes my experience enjoyable. The food is also always so delicious and fresh. (: Cristina is great, when it comes to all the specifics to my order, every time and she's super patient. She's so friendly and I never leave feeling disappointed. The rest of the staff is great as well, so be sure to pop in, if your in the area! I recommend that you check out this specific location and be sure to try out all the options that there menu has to offer. Everything is delicious!

Willy's is awesome. All of them. The on Howell Mill Rd is the best but this one is good too. It just tastes fresher than other places

Willy's throws down some amazing tex-mex in a hurry! They give great portions, and the meat and sides are always fresh and full of flavor. I work nearby and Willy's is our go-to for burritos, even if there's a line, they move quickly, and it's always worth the wait.

Just went and got some food from here Sunday night ( 11/13 ) and the two ladies working behind the counter made my night! They were having a good time and cracking me up! Super nice people! Excellent experience! Food made with love!

I am from the west and was in ATL and figured I would try some Mexican food to see how it was out here. I am glade I did, I was impressed with the food. I ordered the citrus chicken quesadilla and it was good. You can add what u want so I just added some onions and veggies but the food is seasoned really good. Even the vegetables had some seasoning or something because it didn't just taste like onions and veggies. The guacamole was fresh and real quacamole with tomato, etc and was flavorful not just avocado called quacamole like some places. The chicken was nicely seasoned, could have just eaten that by itself.

I came when it was very busy. So if it was messy then I expected it to be as they had no time to clean or stock. However the lids, napkins, straws, and plastic forks were stocked as far as I could see. The restaurant was packed as it is in a prime business location. I am disabled and on a walker. The front staff at the register was more than willing to help me to my table with my food. But there are a couple of ( what looked like to be nurses ) that helped me instead which I was grateful for. The staff members Mike, Eddie, and Cristina were very good at their job and really seemed to care about making my experience a good one. I am highly satisfied with this location. I only wish the Norcross location would run as smoothly as this store does cause that store is closer to me. Keep up the good work Dunwoody crew ya'll are doing great!!

Pretty uninterested staff. Food is great, but it's pretty awkward to stand in line for 2 minutes while the staff just hangout and talk, looking at you but not bothering to take your order until you ask for help. I would probably avoid this location.

I would like to give a huge thank you to Gloria who was the manager on duty the last few times that I have visited this location. She's always friendly and offers great customer service. The staff always seem to be on top of their game and the restaurant is always clean.

We stop in from time to time when we are in town for a Braves game. We discovered it sort of by chance and were impressed with the flavors and quality of the food as well as the great service. The chips are thin and crispy and the salsas are great! I usually get a bowl, but everything my family has tried has been thoroughly enjoyed. It was my choice for my Mother's Day lunch! Thanks for another yummy lunch, guys! I even got a "Happy Mother's Day!" on the way out. :)

I visited this place tonight on 11/21 with my significant other it was near closing time. We went up to order and was never greeted. My significant other proceeded to ask the young gentleman who was working and 2 young ladies if it get his order taken. The worker responded I am doing something as if we were invincible. We were visiting from Houston saw good reviews and thought we we try it out. I just said let's go and the young man started cursing. The worst customer service ever. These people are rude as hell. Never again....If I could give it a half star I would.

I love Willy's. This particular Willy's was extra delicious. Their queso was perfect, and their salad dressing was on point. The chips there were also cooked better too.
