I have been back to visit Mack at Regal Studio and he has once again done a fantastic job. Not only did he flawless repair a too small bracelet and made it perfect. Mack also does what he does best and created a beautiful one of a kind piece of jewelry. He worked with me to set a stone into an incredible new ring and I couldn’t be happier. Thank you Mack! I’ve used Mack at Regal Studio for everything; repairing damaged jewelry, ring sizing, replacing stones, appraisals, refurbishing and custom design work. Mack even created a custom piece using a broken portion of my one of grandmother’s rings that had sentimental value, into a striking modern masculine design. Nowhere else I would go to get a ring! From start to finish Fati and Mack treated us professionally and like family. Mack took excellent care of my ring and my experience with Regal Studio was wonderful. I was fortunate enough to get my late Mimi’s wedding ring when she passed away and my fiancé proposed to me with it. After losing the diamond, I was devastated. I first came to Regal a few weeks ago to have my mother’s wedding and engagement rings cleaned and fused together, but while there, I was so impressed with all the custom made pieces I saw that I wanted to “redo” my engagement ring and wedding band. Mack and I discussed and drew several different designs before settling on one that included a wide 14k gold band, several diamonds surrounding the original marquise diamond, and 12 new diamonds on the band. This is exactly the look I wanted: vintage, engagement ring, and wedding ring. Mack’s quality of work is impeccable and personal. This is definitely my ring! Oh, and you become part of the Regal family as they welcome you warmly each time you stop by. I will never go anywhere else! ❤️

I needed to take a couple of links out of a watch band that requires a special tool. I went to a jewelry repair in a strip center and he wanted to charge me $20 for two minutes worth of work. Instead I came to see Mack at Regal, and he did it for me without charging! Such a pleasant experience! I’ll definitely be back.

My sister took me to Regal as I wanted to upgrade my wedding ring for our 10 year anniversary. My sister always talked about how great her experience has been when she purchased her wedding ring set from Regal 11 years ago. I, also, experienced an excellent customer service as I was searching for the perfect upgrade. Fatima spent a lot of time with me and was very patient and understanding. Even though I changed my mind a couple of times during my search, I was treated like family until I found what I was looking for. I found out about Regal Studio from a family member who is originally from Georgia. Being from Rhode Island I wasn’t sure how it would go ordering an engagement ring from out of State. It went BETTER than I expected! Mack was SO HELPFUL and sent me pictures AND videos throughout the entire process. The ring was shipped certified via FedEx priority overnight and it was very safe. The quality of Mack’s diamonds are second to none. The diamonds are GIA certified which is the gold standard of diamond appraisals. I will order from him again in the future! I couldn’t imagine buying diamonds from anyone else! A+++

Mack created my dream engagement ring! It far exceeded my expectations and just takes my breath away! I get numerous compliments daily on just how beautiful my ring is. I had an exceptional experience at Regal Studio. I went to Regal to have my custom diamond engagement ring made, and it was truly an eye opening experience. I have used several custom jewelers in the past but this experience was unique. Mack met with me several time before even beginning to work on the rings construction. He made sure that my vision for the engagement ring was perfect for my fiancé. He also sourced the diamond for me and I was amazed at the quality and very fair pricing of the stones that he provided for me to select from. I received a beautiful Cartier watch for my birthday and it was a little big. I contacted Cartier first and NO ONE answered the phone; I went to the website and there were no appts available soon!
