This
place
is
about
1-2
hours
from
the
municipal
town
proper
of
Naguilian,
La
Union.
We
went
there
on
motorcycle
but
I
did
see
public
jeepneys
in
the
barangay
where
we
had
our
jump
off.
I
was
told
there
are
only
certain
schedules
of
public
ride
within
the
day.
Road
to
the
place
is
very
similar
to
the
way
going
to
Baguio
if
via
Naguilian
Rd,
mostly
steep,
uphill
and
zigzagging.
Upon
reaching
jump
off,
it's
a
good
20
minutes
trek
to
Bulalakaw
Falls.
It
isn't
only
the
falls
that
is
worth
visiting.
The
rock
formations
along
the
mountain
cliffs
are
also
a
sight
to
behold!
And
there
is
a
river
running
between
mountains,
too.
My
fellow
trekkers
tried
fishing
in
the
river,
but
were
not
lucky
to
catch
any!
.
The
falls
drops
into
a
pool
of
clear
water
with
bluish
green
reflection
and
flows
directly
to
the
river
below.
Another
beautiful
not
too
known
jewel
of
La
Union!
It
is
in
exploring
that
we
discover
gems,
and
Bulalakaw
falls
is
truly
one
natural
beauty
that
is
worth
visiting!
