1st time I went, after 11:20 at night after work, ordered chicken sandwich and fries...got home and opened it up...it was awful, so I threw it all away even though I was hungry. I let some weeks go by before I went back, so I went tonight at late night, Joshua was working and was out in the parking lot with someone when I pulled in the driveway at Wendy's. After telling me how sorry he was for the wait and all the things they didn't have and so on...I gave my order for a Dave's double w/o mayonnaise and asked for mayonnaise packets. "He said his food was always made right. ( he must've been trying to give me some kind of fake security on the food I was about to get). When I got home there was no mayonnaise packets in the bag, but I could have been okay with that. But the burger was half raw, once again I was left to go to bed hungry I can't eat it like that. I am a cancer survivor and I'm not suppose to eat raw meats. So I will be taking it back plus the drink which was too weak to enjoy and the receipt and asking for my money back tomorrow before work I can't afford to just blow my money like that twice. I work in Healthcare and we don't make alot to be wasting. Once I get my money back, I will never go back there again. Taco Bell really has the most reliable fast food and workers in Wallace and that's about it- So use your own judgment everybody...it's your money-

Been there twice after work at night. Both times when I got home had to throw the food away. (Drive through) mp- Late Thursday night I bought a Dave's double cheese burger, I requested no mayo...instead asked for mayonnaise packets, looked like Joshua was putting them in there...and raving about how his food is made right...but when I got home both pieces of hamburger were half raw. Had to throw it away I won't be back except to get my money back before work friday September 22 2023. Taco Bell is the best in Wallace.

This is one of nicest Wendy’s locations I have been to. I do not know how to scan the rewards app offer at touch pad, so we went to counter. This location was busy. The drive thru was wrapped around the building the whole time we were there. The drive thru lane blocks cars from going the right way around building to park to dine in. We drove the wrong way to the left to go to park. The inside is really clean but kind of small. The line to order food kind of blocks the path to get to the restrooms. There is a separate large sink to wash hands near the restroom which is kind of cool. The food was decent and the frosty tasted great.

Very cold and flat burger picked up via drive-thru a few days ago. The strawberry frosty was also very liquidy.

I ordered a taco salad, the young man taking my order was kind. But I wanted extra chili and a strawberry lemonade. I took my receipt and was standing to the side, I saw the back door prompt open so I could see the drive-thru. I thought that was bad. Then I observed the manager come to the lobby area and started playing with a toddler and a woman, not sure if that was friend or family. I looked at her a couple times like “you out here playing and the drive-thru backed up, and there were 3 orders in the lobby waiting to be filled.” She finally rinsed her hands and fixed my order. The manager she finally started helping the staff. She proceeded to complete my order and she walked to the back of the store and came back stating they didn’t have the crunchy tortillas for the salad but had crackers. I said thanks to the crackers it’s not a taco salad without the crunchy tortillas. I asked for my money back. She was rude to the young man telling him to not take any other orders if he don’t know if they have the products. I thought that was the manager’s job. Is he suppose to stop taking orders and ask if they have hamburger patties? That was so wrong. I was asking the manager if I could still get my strawberry lemonade and she told me to wait a minute! She was so rude!!! So after she finished she asked if I still wanted the lemonade and I refused, I wanted nothing but my money back! That was a wasteful 20 minutes I sent at Wendy’s today!

1st visit today. Went inside to order takeout and a Manager named Larry waited on me at the register. He must hate his job here. Very unfriendly and looked like he was mad at the world. What a bad customer service role model for the other employees! Did not even try to show the slightest smile or appreciation for my business. Menu items are pricey like the other fast food restaurants in the area. I can get a healthy meal for a couple dollars more than a meal at fast food restaurants now.

I stopped through from a roadtrip to grab lunch and use the restroom.... what a mistake One bathroom was our of order & the other was occupied for over 30 min. Wasn't sure if it was occupied or if someone was still in there. Tried to knock and I couldn't hear a single thing in there with how insanely noise it was. An employee rolled out of the restroom and it was trashed inside. It clearly had non been cleaned in some time. I got out as quick as I could and tried to order but couldn't. So I ordered through the kiosk in the lobby and paid with my card. Went to wait at the counter and it was pure chaos. Employees weren't rude, infact they were attentive and the manager even made correction to the items waiting in bags on the counter. Quoting "we aren't serving cold fries" so that's appreciated. When the items were completed the food WAS hot but missing a few small things like dips. At that point I didn't care and just wanted to get back on the road. As I was leaving the drive thru line wrapped around the building. I just dont understand how when there were SOOO many employees! Food was good and hot but if you're in a rush... be prepared to wait.

I started out with a lady with my drive thru order. Half way through a man started taking the order. Very confusing. They also did not have BBQ sauce or nuggets. Get it together. Highly unprofessional! Very confusing
