A part of me doesn’t want to leave a review because this place is one of the best kept secrets around. However, the park deserves an excellent review. The park offers a small RV area with water and electric. Make sure you have 50 feet of house with you, as some of the water spigots are pretty far away. There is a bath house available, but we never used it. We stayed for the week, and we were the only ones in the RV sites until Friday. The lake is gorgeous. The trail around the lake is well kept too. The canoes and peddle boats are only 7 dollars an hour. Also, they have two playgrounds for the kiddos. Overall, we loved this campsite. It’s quiet, relaxing, and perfect to just get away. There are ample amounts of fishing piers. We spent hours on the lake. This place is awesome. We love it and we will be back!

Great place to relax, with your kiddos or alone. Paddle boats available super cheap and lots of fun! 2 different playground areas for the Littles to enjoy, picnic and fishing and lots more! Quickly becoming a favorite.

What a lovely park! Not super busy or crowded. You can tent camp or RV. There is a boat ramp to access the lake. You can rent paddle boats and canoes. There is also a small beach area where you can get safely in the water and it's roped off to tell you where it gets deeper. There are picnic tables, a shelter with picnic tables for events and public restrooms. It is county owned and seems to be well kept. The day we were there they were celebrating patron appreciation day and were serving hot dogs, hamburgers, chips, macaroni salad and drinks to anyone that showed up. The men that were cooking and serving were very nice and welcoming. They also were sanitation minded and wore gloves. AND two playground areas for children. One close to the boat ramp and shelter. The other was at the beach area on the sand. We plan on coming back and bringing our grandchildren!

Loved it! Just be sure you bring at least 75 feet of water hose and a splitter. Some sites are far from water connections. Sites are nice, spacious, and wooded. Nice walking trails

This is one of our favorite places to camp. The sites are large enough to accommodate our travel trailer. The rates for the sites and activities are very reasonable. We used a pedal boat for an hour for only $7. We rode our bikes on the trail around the grounds. The trails are wide and well-kept.

They accept dogs and have a discounts for veterans and seniors. After hours there is a gate that a code is required for access which I think is good. The campground is well set up, I feel safe here. They have showers and bathrooms with operating toilets. The bathroom is a bit cold and there really is no where to set your personal items at while getting ready so stuff drops on the floor alot but other than that it's a wonderful set up! I highly recommend this place.

Very nice campground on a very nice lake. Limited number of sites. Worked great for us for the six nights we stayed there. Keep in mind when making reservations. The water hookups are at every other site so if you get a site away from the water you will need extra hose. In addition the dump station is on the opposite side of the RV so you may need two sewer hoses to dump. We stayed on site 1 which was perfect for the water hook up

Our church away from home had a cardboard box boat race at cabin lake and we had a great day and the park was clean and the people were very friendly πŸ˜€ πŸ‘Œ πŸ‘
