Shenita was a wonderful person at the front desk. She is kind considerate and a genuinely friendly person. My whole family and wedding party loves her. She made our stay so much better. She is an excellent person who knows customer service. The 2 ladies at the breakfast were very nice and helpful and very sweet to speak with. Great service they provided also.

We've been coming here for 20 years, the entire hotel is mold and mildew infested. They "renovated" by painting walls and putting laminate floors down, but behind the walls there's mold from the hurricanes that hit. Floors one and two smell horrific. Of course, there's no accommodations near River Landing, so anyone who is having a wedding is going to stay in this dump. This used to be a Holiday inn Express and that was changed to "The inn at River landing" which doesn't really show nicely to the River landing name when you need a mask to breathe clean air in your guest room. The staff, however, is excellent and they are very kind and courteous. Getting rid of the warm cinnamon buns in the morning is another cost savings by River landing which is surprising considering they print money there. Bottom line, if you're having a wedding at River landing you have no choice but to stay here. Just make sure no one with any breathing problems is in your party because they probably will end up coughing up a lung on the dance floor.

Fantastic stay, will definitely be on my top 5 for the area. Very safe, clean, peaceful. Close to a convenience store and nice restaurant called Mad Boar.

It was a good room and good stay. A little pricey for the location but we were there for an Event. The customer service was great overall! They do have breakfast which I appreciated but they didn’t have a lot of options. The egg omelette wasn’t the best.

Stayed three nights at the Inn.. Room was neat & clean, but sink didn't drain and water damage to floor in front of window causing soft spot.. staff very nice and helpful... But, got up to head back to PA and someone had taken a hole saw and cut a hole in our gas tank.. there are NO security cameras in the parking areas of the hotel..

The room did not have carpets - great. The a/c unit was noisy. They painted the tiles in the bathroom as an update - good idea to save money. Should have put the money in a toilet that is at a good height.

The place was clean and the continental breakfast was one of the better ones I have had. It was close by to the winery we went down to. Not much to do around the area.

I am coming into town for a wedding on Memorial Day weekend and changed my reservation from 2 nights to 1 night. I had to switch it back to 2 nights and was unable to at first but Natasha was so kind and made the 2 night stay possible for me. I understand it is a busy weekend and the hotel is booked but I just wanted to give her a shout out and say that she and the hotel are awesome!
