If you are in Joplin stay at this hotel!!!! The hotel looks to be brand new, the rooms are amazing and the whole hotel is SUPER CLEAN. I couldn’t believe the room we got for the price. I’ve stayed at hotels that are $500 a night and they weren’t as nice as this one. I’m not a “free breakfast” person but we were in a hurry in the morning. The spread was fantastic and delicious. Great hotel. Would definitely stay again.

Very clean rooms, late check out and all staff except one bios hateful desk person was amazing. Free dinner, beer and wine every wensday, free popcorn at night, privacy is respected, all essentials for bath are provided, long term stay rooms with kitchenettes available. Complete with pots, pans, dishes, stove, fridge, microwave, dishwasher & garbage disposal. Bar b que grill and fire pit gathering area, pool & hot tub always clean & towels provided. Complimentary breakfast is fresh made, host always available, seating area is comfortable, modern, spacious and has a big screen. The only bad thing is this location does not have enough parking spaces for even 1/2 the guests. Pets are allowed w/deposit, contracted with most homeowners insurance and they are prompt and caring to assist with emergency lodging. Highly recommend for short or long term stay . Assistant general manager Kirsten is extremely personable, considerate to guests needs, engaging, kind and goes above and beyond to assist guests whatever the issue or special needs.

Comfortable room with separate living, kitchen area. Breakfast menu changes. Sidewalk runs for miles. So easily got my steps in. Behind the hotel is another Hilton hotel with inside restaurant. M-F. Convenient when I did not feel like driving anywhere. Indoor pool. I did not use but several families did. Food 4 Less grocery nearby and I utilized the refrigerator.

It was last minute booking while driving to Texas. I google and saw this hotel with good reviews and decided to book. Reserved it over the phone with ease. When we checked in it was even better and fully justified the reviews. Place was super clean and rooms were spacious, washroom was huge and clean. Complimentary breakfast was great. Overall very pleasant experience and highly recommended.

I absolutely love this hotel! The staff are always so nice, on top of things, and making sure we have everything we need. The rooms are clean, fresh and spacious. Love the new renovations too!!!

This hotel was perfect. I learned it was completely remodeled last year. There is free parking and breakfast and there is even a dinner social on Wednesdays. It is a very safe area. Beds are so comfortable and housekeeping personnel were awesome. The front desk staff and kitchen staff were the best! Kudos to another wonderful visit at Homewood Suites by Hilton. This is one the best hotels we have ever stayed at!! Everything was top notch. The Wednesday evening social was AMAZING with homemade dinner and dessert. Breakfast was great too. Samantha and Bailey among the other staff members (feel bad I can’t remember all the names) were just incredible, welcoming, accommodating etc. If we are ever in the Joplin area again, would def stay here.

Their ratings are deserved. An absolutely wonderful staff makes you feel welcomed and appreciated. My room was clean and spacious. It’s close to great amenities including Joplin Greenhouse & Coffee Shop and Brickhouse Brewery. Thank you!

First of all, the bed & pillows were exceptionally comfortable! OMG! The location of the hotel was just off a main street in Joplin h very easy to get to. The room felt like it was a brand new hotel & the breakfast was phenomenal. The attendant was constantly in the breakfast area & everything was clean and well maintained. Man oh man! I am so glad our stop was @ this IHG!

This place was so wonderful after a lllllllllong leg of our trip. We arrived before the evening reception ended and our room was so clean and spacious I think my kid would have happily just moved in and lived in Joplin forever lol. Quiet, great bedding... Yes, wonderful. Breakfast was less impressive than I expected but there was fresh cut cantaloupe and that was great.

The BEST Homewood I’ve been at, no doubts about it. The people and service are amazing, always with a good attitude and willing to help! I looooved those breakfast biscuits and the Wednesday evening catering. Congrats for your great job!

During my month stay for work, nearly all of the staff was super helpful and nice. Even turning down tips for cleaning my room. I did notice that before I arrived to check it a pair of work shoes I ordered had arrived, the clerk was very rude. After our conversation had finished, they thought they hung up and proceeded to make fun of me, swear, and complain how annoying I was because I apparently was too friendly and talked to them too long. Also I didn’t enjoy that my room was not regularly cleaned. I ended up washing my own bedding because no one ever asked if I needed new blankets or sheets during the month that I stayed there. Front desk was otherwise helpful with questions and friendly. I worked at a Hilton front desk for 4 years and never treated a guest that way. And I thought people in the Midwest were supposed to be nicer than in New York. Lastly, hotel has paper thin walls - I could hear my neighbors watching football and shouting on one side of the room. On the other side, I listened to my other neighbor snore all night. For a month stay, however, I generally had little problems. Room had everything to make me miss home less, though some appliances were a bit older. The extensive dishes given to us, including a dishwasher, and the full-size fridge were nice touches. Please offer free use of the washing machines.

My stay started off a little shaky when I was heckled by passing man on a bike, but David helped me feel safe and walked me to a different exit so I could grab my bags. I always enjoy my stay here! The suites are great and the staff are always nice and helpful! Thanks again David!

This was a really nice, clean, comfortable room. We are fans of Homewood Suites and stay at a lot of them across the country - this was one of our favorites. The hotel was clean and modern, furnishings in the room were comfortable, the room was spacious and the staff was pleasant and helpful. This may seem like a small thing, but it was significant to us - many hotels are moving to putting Keurigs in the room, but this hotel gave us an actual 12 cup coffee maker. That is such a convenience in the morning that we appreciated. The hotel is located in a nice area with lots of restaurants nearby, and convenient to the highway. We will definitely stay here again the next time we're coming through Joplin.

I can't say enough about this location in Joplin. Traveling from the west coast was really getting old by the time we got to MO and, having family from the area we knew it would be a great stop. What we didnt expect was the incredible building, room, lobby, store, and amenities. The staff were all kind, incredibly accommodating and helpful, and just an absolute pleasure to interact with in the lobby. The room was amazing, the kitchen was stocked with anything we could have needed, and it was just beautiful to rest in. I wish every hotel could be so nice! Thank you, Joplin Homewood!

We stay at A LOT of Hotels for baseball tournaments and work. This hotel is TOP NOTCH! Extremely clean --from the rooms and the breakfast area, to the pool and fitness room. We even saw one of the housekeepers cleaning the ELEVATOR! We asked for extra towels and they had them brought up in about 5 minutes. Extremely friendly and helpful front desk staff and the two ladies working the complimentary breakfast (which was very good and fresh) were very hard working and worked it more like a restaurant than a hotel breakfast. Would definitely recommend this hotel and stay here again if we are in Joplin!

I booked here out of disgust for the other Hilton behind the Homewood Suites. As soon as I called off-hours, I was booked right away, and got out of the Garden Inn. I felt so much relief that I walked into a suite that was clean, quiet, and actually had a working heater in 30 degree weather. I never got the lady's name at the front desk, but thank you for making my first time trip in Joplin painless! I'd definitely stay here again when I come back!

We enjoyed our short stay at this hotel. The front desk clerk was kind at checkin. There was a great selection for breakfast. The rooms were clean and cozy. The free microwave popcorn was a nice touch. My kiddos enjoyed playing in the pools. If your travels lead you to Joplin, I would highly recommend this hotel.

Always stay here when passing through guy at front desk was nice and professional room was clean pull was not freezing cold lol and hot tub was hot. Breakfast was a hot breakfast filled us up and was top shelf will always be my spot when passing through thank you Homewood suites for being awesome!

Nice clean hotel...Plenty of room for group gatherings both inside and outside with plenty of seating, a grill and even a green to practice your golf put. Pool and hot tub are immaculate. Wonderful and friendly staff!

Great stay. Second to none as far as Homewood Suites go. Immaculately clean room, perfect size for what we needed it for. Good breakfast. Very friendly staff. We voted on the best Halloween display they has out front. If in Joplin to stay, will definitely consider staying here again. This is a Hilton property that shows a great deal of pride in taking care of their customers.

We stay at this location frequently when we visit to work on my mom’s home. However, this trip was for a death in the family. The staff were so kind and helpful. The gathering area adjacent to the lobby was an excellent place to be able to visit with other relatives in town. To top it off, the staff always welcomes us & our Alaskan Malamute, Taz, with dog treats & a warm smile. Taz loves to visit them. Thank you for the always great service!

One of the best hotels we have stayed at. This will be the hotel we use every time we visit family in Joplin. Clean, rooms were great, bed was great, service was great, and the breakfast was delicious. Thank you for a great stay!

What a great Hotel ! Now NO covid restrictions ! And you get plates & silverware & glasses, etc. Very clean& quiet . Super breakfast with fresh fruits & very nice eating lounge area. Great hit tub ! New carpet all over to help it be quiet!

This is the cleanest hotel I have stayed in during the last three years. Staff was professional. Rooms were up to date. Halls were quiet(we were close to the elevator but heard no hall noises once we were in our room. I would highly recommend this location!

I usually hate staying in hotels, as there’s always something that is bad, even if the rest is good. Boy this place was stellar in every sense! People were great, room was beautiful, and clean, place was quite, complimentary food/ coffee was delicious, shower was perfect, and bed was comfy. I would give more stars if I could. Love this place!

I highly recommend. The hotel is very clean. Walls are thick; so you can't hear your neighbor. Large refrigerator; good microwave; sizable sink and many dishes. Comfortable king-sized bed in your room. Sitting area where you can see the TV from both the sitting area and the bed. Excellent breakfast with cereal, egg dishes, meats, fresh fruits, yogurt. Nice little shop for microwavable food and drink. Easy access; 10 minutes from downtown Joplin; a few minutes from I-44. Lots of restaurants nearby.

We spent 5 days at this location. Couldn't have ask for a better experience. Staff was awesome, friendly and helpful.Our kids came to visit with dinner in our room and the staff brought us extra chairs. Room was perfect. Most comfortable bed I've slept in a hotel ever!! The entire hotel has recently been remodeled. We were on the first floor and it was very quite all day and night. Thank you to the staff for making our trip so comfortable. Perfect location to Interstate and food. Look forward to staying with you again.
