I’m going to give them a 5 star review because the customer service was absolutely excellent when we went! Our server was really great. When my friends and I went here April 6, 2023 everything was good except my food and my 2 friends food. The mashed potatoes were hard, the burger was really over cooked and the Cajun pasta was very bland. My friends salad was delicious! I got the blue Long Island iced tea. It was AMAZING. My absolute favorite.

Been awhile since we have been here. We ordered a French dip, teriyaki chicken, Roadhouse burger &a rib eye. Our server, Sarah, was constantly looking at her apple watch to check messages, telling us how there are no breaks here and how she's so tired and not enough help here. When the orders came the French dip was cold & 2 of the meals were supposed to have waffle fries...our server made it clear we did not order that. But the choices were waffle fries or chips and they said fries. Good Customer service would be to say no problem I'll get waffle fries...not "you didn't order that". We won't be back. I understand good workers are hard to find in this pandemic, so maybe offer more $ hourly and get better quality staff.

We sat at the bar … excellent service! I had the ribs and my wife had the salmon. Everything came out just the way we like it! Plenty of tvs to watch what ever sporting event you would want to see! The bar is such that they can take care of your every need!

I had the best Ptime Rib I have had in a long time. Order the holiday family Christmas Special and it was fantastic. It was so good the next week I ordered another beautiful Prime Rib Dinner cooked and ready to eat. Got the mashed potatoes and the apples and a dozen of rolls. Absolutely the best deal. Cooked perfect and it melted in your mouth.

We haven't been to this Logan's in years but have been several times. We've always been satisfied with the food and service offered. Tonight I decided on the half rack with baked beans and coleslaw, also, I added on the shrimp because I was in the mood for a little seafood with my BBQ (weird I know) but had I known my 7 dollars would only bring me 5 small shrimp I would have passed or just gotten seafood, you can see the size in the pictures. Everything but the coleslaw was excellent. The coleslaw was possibly the worst I've ever had, completely bland, like what you might expect from a hospital or prison... literally cabbage and maybe mayonnaise, not sure exactly what it was...but salt and pepper didn't even help it. Everything else, including the service was top notch.

Don't go here unless you want covid or food poisoning Took the family out to eat been here before with no issues in the past. today was a nightmare Waited 45 minutes for a table I never thought I would would need a reservation . Then another 50 minutes for food when it got there it was cold to the touch and waiter said sorry they put it at wrong table. I sent mine back but we had 3 screaming hungry kids that had to eat cold food. Didn't think about what the waiter said until they were half way into eatting. THEY PUT OUR FOOD AT SOMEONE ELSES TABLE AND DIDN'T OFFER TO REMAKE THE ORDER INCASE IT CAME IN CONTACT WITH SOMEONE THAT HAD COVID.

Ordered loaded potatoes as appetizer and more than 1/2 not done. Replaced it with Cheese Sticks, should have gone with them first. Asked for Medium Well Sirloin Steak and one of best steaks eaten. May give it a second chance.....

I loved my salmon, cooked to perfection! Sweet potato was huge and delicious! My husband ordered the Logan and although it was cooked a perfect medium it was a little tough and his baked potato was small!! Grandson ordered popcorn shrimp and he ate it all! Our waitress was phenomenal!!

Update: My husband had the Salmon and it was Delicious! Our waitress at the bar area was good & the Manager was Very Attentive! Our order was messed up, but still good. Delicious Food and Great Service! The Manager came by tables picking up dishes, refills, and asking how everything was. Great, Attentive Manager and our Waiter was Excellent (Joshua S.), too!!! My husband had The Logan Steak cooked perfectly and I had the Teriyaki Chicken and Sweet Potato which was Delicious! Definitely Recommend if you want a GREAT MEAL, SERVICE, & a CLEAN ESTABLISHMENT!

I love the food, the service and the environment but the only reason I'm giving 3 stars is due to the amount of time we wait for food anytime we do come here. Its worth it but definitely not when your starving and out for a bite to eat.

They have an amazing peach tea made with peach schnapps called Southern Peach officially on my must have list... the loaded potato skins omg so good, the fried okra was best ever had steak was good with topping but ok alone had to swap steaks with my wife due to mine being way more rare and hers done done although ordered same cut same way definitely not a 50$ per person meal but good

Customer service was amazing. But I won’t be back. The steak. Was so bland and chewy that it wasn’t worth the amount they were charging. There was absolutely no flavor. The most flavor out of everything I got was baked beans. We didn’t even eat our steak. We tried to but absolutely could not. We came home and just gave it to our cat. Chilis is better that Logan’s and that might be saying something.

Waited an hour for our steaks then when they came out one was charred and burned to a crisp the other obviously sat under a heat lamp for at least 20 min. Fries were cold they forgot to put croutons on the salad. Manager comped half price on one steak and 25 percent off on other. Won't be back!!

The porterhouse steak is melt in your mouth delicious. If you're a vodka drinker I would definitely recommend the hunch punch. Such a yummy frozen lemonade. Prompt service and amazing customer service!!!

Came in last minute with a party of 10 people, and we all had a blast! Great food, reasonably priced, and excellent service! Our server Anna and another gentleman helped us, they were amazing!

Above, the stars. Ok staff, just the food not so good. Took a long time to bring it, even the second round of bread. While others were eating, we kept waiting. Food finally arrived. My husband ordered a Peppered Bacon Chicken sandwich. Kitchen forgot to added the bacon and, it wasn't peppered bacon like advertised. I ordered the Cobb Steak salad. My steak was hard, sadly, and the croutons were old, also didn't offer me a refill of my water, some luck, right?

My husband and I had never eaten at a Logan's before, since it was near by, we decided to try it out. We were seated quickly by the hostess, it was a Monday around 7pm. Our Waitress took our drink order, 2 sodas, as soon as we we were seated and asked if we wanted to order an appetizer, we declined. She had about 5 tables including us. 15 min later she came by and checked on her other tables, while she was near our table, I tried getting her attention to ask about our drinks. Obviously she didn't hear me call out to her but I wish she had. 5 min later we still didn't have drinks so we decided to leave. As we were leaving I let the hostess know that we were leaving due to not receiving our drinks yet. I usually just sit and wait but we were tired, hungry and had a rough day. The Manager stopped us and ask if she could have the opportunity to fix it. We said sure and she sat us in the bar area. The Manager let us know that our previous Waitress is new, which explains what happened. The Manager offered to buy us an appetizer, when it was ready, our previous Waitress was the person who delivered it. The Manager asked her to bring our appetizer so she could apologize, I am very impressed with the Manager because she handled everything well and the Waitress for talking to us about what happened. I had a porterhouse and he had the ribs, food was amazing!!!! I am glad this Manager asked us to stay. I hope this Manager gets paid what she is worth. I wish I knew her name she is a young gal with blonde hair, glasses and is vertically challenged 😊. She worked Monday 6/27/23 between 7-8.

Used the curbside pickup , they text me that my order was ready . Took a little longer to get there than the designated time , let them know I was there . They said they would be right out , waited about 10 min. never came out . I called them and she said the same thing , will be right out . Another 10 or more go by and nothing. I finally just go in , they aren't busy at all . A waiter comes up and I tell him I had a curbside I had been waiting quite awhile on . No I'm sorry or any sign that he cared at all , walks to a shelf where my order was sitting. He asked if I had drinks I said no , he hands me my order and walks off. Was wishing I could take my tip back after the extremely poor service .

Visited Logan’s in a Joplin while traveling. I have to say how wonderful this location is! Ordered pick up and was pleasantly surprised to find the food quality was great, service was excellent and restaurant appearance clean and orderly. I recently had a bad experience at a Logan’s so this was wonderful to have this experience be so great!

Had left a 1 star review a couple of years ago and swore I would never come back because the experience and food were really bad! However my family insisted on having mother's day dinner at Logans and things have changed for the better! The food was great and our waiter was awesome, all of our orders were correct and did not take long to arrive even though we had a group of about 12 people. Whatever changes you have made keep it up we really enjoyed the experience! I deleted the one star review and replaced it with this one!

You call this a Loaded Sweet Potato & charge me $1.50 extra to load it? We have been to Logan's Roadhouse many times & enjoyed it. My rating above is based on last night. I ordered a loaded sweet potato. See photo. I did not see visible cinnamon & sugar, just black blotches. I thought loaded might include marshmallow cream or even sour cream, but there was none. I paid $1.50 extra for loaded. Also my understanding is I would be called when ready. We were parked curbside, but no call. My husband went inside. It was sacked & ready.

Our waitress acted like we really irritated her. She was not friendly. They brought out 5 lunches and not mine. I asked about. 10 minutes later I got my meal. The fried buttermilk chicken was excellent. The rolls were wonderful. Waitress did not make it a pleasant experience.

Great food had a good night

Sirloin tips were good and the baked sweet potato was enormous. The service was a little slow.

Spinach artichoke dip was mediocre in flavor. Parts of it were hot and other parts like warm leading us to believe it was just preheated in the microwave. My burger was cooked correctly and good but nothing put it over the top as far as flavor. It needed more sauce. The service, however, was top notch. Our server was attentive, never let a drink go empty, and checked on us regularly. She's the only thing worth returning for.

I haven't been there in about 7 years decide to give it a try again set in the booths along the bar had six television sets going simultaneously above the bar hanging from the ceiling my server was very nice she introduce herself to me I bought a New York strip steak she made recommendations to me about appetizers and dessert the appetizers came fast I asked for a cold beer in. a smaller mug she came with a huge mug that could float a boat ,I was pleased with this, I got to the main course my steak was done perfectly the way I asked it to be medium ,I have sliced apples for dessert this food was so much I could not finish it all, I took some home with me the server came over to me every so often to check on me to see if I needed anything and when I was going to leave I was pleasantly surprised to see that you paid a the server at your table put your tip down and you don't have to go to the checkout ,the food was excellent ,the service was actually wonderful and the food was superb. I would highly recommend this to One, Two, Three, or even Four people in one party who are possibly out for an evening and looking for some good food this is the place to go Logan's

Cocktails were good, service was fantastic, and the hot rolls to die for. This trip was prime rib -! ooh lalal cooked perfectly with both raw and creamy horseradish available. Only one small issue, the loaded potato was just warm and not as "loaded" as we are accustomed. Not complaining as the taste was great.

I had the Porterhouse Steak, salad and sweet potato. Yum, yum. Good service. Didn't have to wait to pay. I don't like to wait to leave. I don't mind waiting to get in. This is important to me.

The wife and I stopped in for dinner the other day 1/28/21. We always have a good time there. I ordered 12oz ribeye well done and she had the chopped steak well done. So we thought. My steak was almost mooing at me when it came out. And as she began to eat hers was red all over as well. We had already sent mine back to be cooked as requested and then sent hers back. After we ate our sides my steak came back and it was still not cooked as desired. Her chopped steak came back and seemed ok but we saw it was still red and she did not want to send back and make anyone upset at us. So she ate some and we took the rest back to our dogs. Mine came out a 3rd time and was cooked well and little crunchy but I could handle it. The server Jasmin was very nice. We did not ask for any special treatment /discount but was hoping to at least have a manager come over and talk to us and apologize.

A single whiskey neat coast my 12 dollars. Never spend that much not even in Dallas Tx.

My meat was overcooked, my husband's was overcooked. My broccoli was soggy and room temperature, not hot. My husband's potatoes and gravy were luke warm. Everybody had croutons on their salad....but not us. Very very very disappointed. $51 wasted, and we still left a tip.

Excellent steak! Good service!

Came in with family, wait was a little long but understandable for a Friday night. Food came out in phases, entrees then we had to ask about sides. I had the 22 oz tbone, asked for medium rare. My steak was medium well and actually looked like it had been boiled a little as opposed to grilled. 2nd steak came out and temp was right, however a tbone is a filet and strip, and mine was strip on one side of the bone, and nothing on the other. After I trimmed the meat from bone and fat, there was probably less than my daughter's 12 oz NY strip. Was seriously dissapointed.

Always good food when Ethan the manager is in the kitchen but the logans cut is my goto. Logans usually offers gift cards with bonuses but I get mine from Sam's club usually for a bit cheaper and near the holidays the offers are better.

I used to love going to Logan's Roadhouse but after today my family won't be back. The waitress was rude but the two people in management treated us so much worse than she did. The manager brought our food out and didn't wait for us to check our food and all three entrées were cooked the wrong way but told the person over her that we told her it was all great, not once through the visit did we tell anyone was great. The visit just got worse not better as time went on.

I'm a firm believer in places having a bad day. But this was strike three for me. My order wasn't right. Both mine and my wife's steaks were over cooked plus the service was poor to put it nicely.
