I
recently
dined
at
Lime
and
Lemon
Restaurant
in
Raleigh
and
had
a
mixed
experience
with
the
food.
However,
the
exceptional
service
and
pleasant
ambience
made
up
for
it
to
some
extent.
Here's
my
detailed
review:
The
Mango
Lassi
was
delightful,
with
a
good
quantity
and
consistency.
It
was
definitely
worth
the
price.
I
thoroughly
enjoyed
the
refreshing
taste
and
smooth
texture
of
the
lassi.
The
Mocktail
Lime
&
Jal
Jeera
drink
was
a
perfect
blend
of
lime
soda
and
cumin
seed
flavors.
The
mixture
was
well-balanced,
creating
a
refreshing
and
unique
beverage.
It
was
a
great
choice
for
those
looking
for
a
non-alcoholic
option.
Moving
on
to
the
appetizers,
we
ordered
the
Knockout
Chicken.
Initially,
it
seemed
a
bit
underseasoned,
but
once
we
added
some
salt
to
suit
our
taste,
it
turned
out
to
be
pretty
good.
The
chicken
was
tender,
and
the
flavors
were
satisfying
after
the
adjustment.
For
the
main
course,
we
opted
for
the
Karaikudi
Chicken.
Unfortunately,
it
wasn't
as
spicy
as
we
expected,
and
it
didn't
exactly
resemble
an
authentic
Karaikudi
chicken
dish.
It
felt
more
like
a
home-style
chicken
preparation
with
a
hint
of
Karaikudi
masala.
While
it
was
enjoyable,
it
didn't
meet
our
expectations
in
terms
of
authenticity.
The
Butter
Naan,
although
tasty,
felt
overpriced
for
a
single
piece.
Additionally,
it
was
disappointing
that
there
was
no
butter
served
with
the
butter
naan.
It
would
have
enhanced
the
flavor
and
made
it
a
more
satisfying
accompaniment
to
the
main
course.
Despite
the
mixed
reviews
on
the
food,
I
would
like
to
highlight
the
exceptional
service
we
received
throughout
our
visit.
The
staff
was
attentive,
friendly,
and
prompt
in
addressing
our
needs.
They
made
us
feel
welcome
and
comfortable,
enhancing
the
overall
dining
experience.
Furthermore,
the
ambience
of
the
restaurant
is
truly
inviting.
The
interior
decor
and
lighting
create
a
pleasant
and
relaxing
atmosphere,
perfect
for
a
casual
meal
or
special
occasion.
In
conclusion,
Lime
and
Lemon
Restaurant
in
Raleigh
offers
a
mixed
dining
experience.
While
the
Mango
Lassi
and
Mocktail
Lime
&
Jal
Jeera
drink
were
enjoyable,
some
dishes
like
the
Karaikudi
Chicken
lacked
the
expected
level
of
spice
and
authenticity.
The
Butter
Naan
was
tasty
but
overpriced
for
one
piece,
and
there
was
no
butter
served
with
it.
However,
the
exceptional
service
and
inviting
ambience
add
value
to
the
overall
dining
experience.
I
would
rate
it
4
stars
considering
the
positives
mentioned
above.
