Wow!!! The best in customer service and comfort food....pizza! I give it a 10! Called 10 mins before closing & the lady over the phone happily took my order! I got there after 8pm & met the owner (assuming Randy) & he had the pizza fresh, hot and ready! Gave an extra discount & coupon for future. I was the last order of the night and felt like I was their first. Class A hospitality and amazing pizza! Definitely will be returning! Highly recommend! This is the best Randy’s Pizza location in the triangle. Customer service is spot on. I came in the other day to get some fresh made pizza dough and they even threw in a little extra since I had a bad experience at another location. They aren’t even franchise owners of the other location and they took care of the issue without a problem. So I came home and made some excellent “homemade pizza” hahaha. Also will be stopping by for the fast lunches as well! Thanks guys!!

I love pizza and Randy's has never disappointed me. Their white pizza is absolutely delicious! Everyone is nice, whether in person or over the phone. I called an order in, and it was hot and ready waiting for me when I got there. Delish.

Great place for a slice or more. Food was amazing, service was quick and super friendly, prices were good. We ordered two pizzas and wings and got our food in about 15 mins from ordering until the pizza hit out table and the other party in our group waited even less for their one pizza, wings, and salad. When I read NY style pizza in NC I was sceptical, but after that first bite I expected to see lady liberty out the front window. If you are in the Durham NC area this definitely is a must add to your dining destination list.

Well Well Well...... Wow! Ok Randy's 🍕 I have to give you much props. First time here. The pizza was very good; great taste! Reminded me of NYC mom and pop pizza joints. Ryan shout out to you! Nice jokes and chat. Great personality. The woman working the register was very friendly. Matter of fact the entire staff was super 👍. I will included a picture; but I'm a bit embarrassed because this is the third piece of 🍕 of a 18" pie. So yeah, it was good. 😂😂😂 Picture speaks volumes!! No folding; just chowed down. This 🇺🇲 Army Veteran's belly was happy and full by time I reached my third piece. 😁 Cheese cake was off the ⛓️. Thank you God Bless

Tried their veggie pizza and waffle fries, both very good! I like the way the restaurant is set up, it maximizes the sitting room and streamlines order and pickup without feeling crowded.

I have had a few different items here and they were all very good. The meatball sub has great flavor. The pizza is always good too. I would definitely recommend giving them a try if you haven't been there. Today I got 2 slices of pizza with extra cheese and a drink for $9.

I really like this place! The staff is so nice to everyone, and some people have been there for over 15 years. The pizza is great and the daily specials are awesome. The meatball sub is the best meatball sub I've ever had! The desserts are so decadent, and the brownies are my favorite.

Plenty of table for the lunch time rush. I sat out side where there is even more tables. Nice day with a breeze. Food. Big slices, two of the Wednesday meat lover special is more than enough. The line to order is pretty quick even if it looks long. A must is to take notice of a few of the people ahead of you in line so as they are called for their order, you know yours is getting close.

REALLY GOOD New York style pizza! The slices are humongous and literally dripping with oil. The prices are very reasonable. Although 2 giant slices were delicious, I might get a slice and a salad next time! Definitely worth a shot for people who love NY style pizza (or pizza in general).

NY style thin sliced pepperoni pizza had a great taste but it needed more cheese and also it could have had more pepperoni. Sitting in the dinning room, I could see back into the kitchen and there is some dirt buildup in the back of the house its very noticeable. A good cleaning would make the atmosphere much better and more appealing! The service was very friendly and fairly fast.

Haven't been to Randy's since before the Pandemic occured. After today's experience, I have no reason to return. I ordered a Stromboli at 12:15pm. Asked for an update on my order at 12:40pm and was assured it would be coming soon. Asked for another update at 12:50 and was informed that my order was given to another person and that I would be given a refund and 2 slices of pepperoni as compensation. Asked for an update at 1pm on the 2 comp'd pepperoni slice and was told they would be out soon (as they continued to server other customers pepperoni slices). Asked for another update at 1:05pm and was given 2 lukewarm slices. Love supporting local businesses, but not if the service is as atrocious as today. Will take my business elsewhere.

Randy’s Pizza located at 5311 S Miami Blvd, Durham, NC 27703 is a large pizza chain in the Raleigh area. Many locations across the area. Their slices are quite large, huge actually, and cheaply priced. Crust is a soft bottom crust, and the cheese and toppings are generous. It was good, not great at all. I only got 2 slices, which is ate about half of and discarded them. My slice of mushroom, the toppings were added on after taking a slice of cheese and heating it up. That never melds the flavors!! Manager who was at the register was great and welcoming to everyone.

Giving 5 stars, not just for the food which was great buttttt! I ordered not realizing they were about to close. I arrived after closing and the staff was extremely kind. I wasn’t sure if I could still get my food but they let me know it was nothing to worry about and they were waiting. I truly appreciate the customer service and will definitely be back to this location! I got the Chicken Philly by the way… BUSSIINNNN!

I looked up for a pizza within four stars rating in my Area and found Randy’s pizza! I did have it for a pick up order and when I got there, they were waiting for me, (BY NAME) and they were still cooking my pizza but when I receive my pizza it was the hottest pizza I think I’ve ever had plus the crust was amazing and a little crisp (not burnt but close) and the toppings were perfect.! 🤘I must say the customer service is top notch. they are really good if you are looking for a good pizza that has the taste like New York style, well you found here! Also I never leave reviews so this means something from me. thanks Randy

Best pizza i have ate in a long time. Service top notch also. Driver brought a incorrect item with delivery and ran back to the store got the correct item and brought it back. Good food and good service 👌 i will definitely be eating here again

This is a very traditional NY pizza shop. The pies are good but more impressive is the staff. Very efficient work flow and it is clear they care about the customers and the quality. Neighborhood is growing, more people and restaurants in RTP, but they appreciate your business here.

We went to this place after a karate tournament. Even though it was packed, the food was delivered quickly and man it was delicious. This is a New York style pizza place and we had a couple of different items I had the Randy's stromboli and it was fantastic but I also got to taste some of the pizza that the people I was with got and it was also fantastic. This place is definitely going to check out if you're in the area

I'm a big fan of Randy's pizza, especially this location. It's easy to order online and food is usually done quicker than they say it will be. They do close a little on the early side, but this is in a business area and not super close to too many residences. The pizza is delicious and the garlic knots are amazing. My friends and I enjoyed ordering almost every Sunday when we watched football. I grew up in the Northeast and like to think I know pizza. I have high standards, but this is worth it! I ordered from another location once and it was not as great, but still good. This is a go to franchise for the triangle!

I ordered from this place last night I have limited funds delivery person said at my door are you going to add a tip I explained why I couldn't I paid with my card mind you ok so this morning I get an alert stating that Randy's pizza went ahead and added a tip to last night's order this morning ! Needless to say I am not happy disgusted really that is stealing that tip they decided to add themselves a day later out my card in the negative all done without my permission. I'm very very very disappointed. I'm going to call the better business bureau and file a proper complaint .. normally I would leave a tip always however this time I just last night arrived in this state and had very limited funds now I have 0 funds thanks to this establishment decided for themselves to add a tip 12 hrs after the initial order without permission!! Very very very bad business ethics

Look I'm from New Orleans area. Wasn't going in to stop hear but the place across the street Mr well I can't say that, ok, so I came hear. Best choice I could have made, great service good people, next time I come threw totally going to be my spot

I don't know what the bad reviews are talking about. The Davis drive location is still providing excellent service like always. I ordered a delivery order to Amberley Lake area. Randy's Pizza said it would take an hour to receive pizza. No problem. 30 minutes later, I received my pizza. Hot and cheesy meat lovers like always. I would take a picture of the whole pizza but was hot and cheesy. We couldn't let that opportunity go to waste

This was a random stop after track practice with my family. We were greeted upon arrival, which I love. The place was clean, and we were served promptly. Very spacious inside. The pizza was slightly above average. The wings came out undercooked...twice. We took the last order home and finished cooking them. Outside of that it was a great experience. Would definitely return..but not for wings.

The pizza is amazing! They have many different pizzas to choose from. You will not be disappointed. One thing I would recommend is to order ahead of time, they are usually busy during lunch.
