Always enjoy going to cheesec cake factory!! Their cheese cake is absolutely delicious, but never have room after eating a meal. I recommend going for lunch time around 11:30, no wait. There is always a long wait around 5:00pm.

The dine in was nice, the food was tasty. The staff were friendly, but the downside was the wait time was around 40 mins. We did opt in for take out a couple of times, there was no consistency in taste for some dishes. It's always been a nice experience when dining in.

Didn’t have ice cream for a while. But today i had two big balls: one is pistachio ice-cream, the other is sea-salt chocolate ice cream. And bf tried two other flavors. Deeeeelicious. Bought chacolate truffle too. They do have many varieties and the portion is quite big. Very sweet. I did not finish.

Update: Another positive Street Corn experience!! Key lime and lemon meringue cheesecake are both life changing! The street corn is the best I've had outside of Mexico. The flavors and ingredients are the perfect combination. Spinach dip and tortilla chips are really good. Topped off with key lime cheesecake...mmmmm!

I usually love Cheesecake Factory chicken tenders they’re always huge and crispy and I never had a bad experience with them until today. I ordered a pickup of chicken tenders and they were pitiful. Dry and had no flavor and they were TINY like the size of shrimp.. the employees were not very nice as well. Again never had that problem before usually the employees are friendly. I have no idea what’s going on but I’m very disappointed. I only got 6 tiny tenders and my corn tasted metallic I had to spit it out. The only good thing is that the mashed potatoes were fine.. almost paid $20 for this and I feel like I was scammed out of my money

I love Cheesecake Factory we choose here when we don’t have idea what eat bc there are a lot of options. This time we ordered the chicken Parmesan “pizza style” and the Famous factory meatloaf. Our waiter was super kind and we offer fries bc the bread wasn’t ready. I don’t like the AC is too cold.

Just stopped by for 2 slices of cheesecake. Got 1 pineapple upside down cheesecake and 1 red velvet cheesecake. Both were great. Service at the cheesecake counter was great. All of the workers told us different cakes were the #1 best seller. 😆

Had a fabulous early lunch here today - sat at the bar and got spectacular service from Ryan. The club sandwich was one of the best I’ve ever had and I’m a connoisseur - the turkey was thin cut and flavorful, they salted the tomatoes, the bacon was crisp, and they didn’t over lettuce. Loved the cocktails too.

Our food and drinks were delicious. Our waitress was amazing. We started out with the Eggroll Sampler (I apologize, the family dug in before I could take the pic). It was amazing. I also had a Bloody Mary, my husband ordered a beer, and my son ordered a Strawberry lemonade. The Herb Salmon with Potatoes and Spinach (substituted for Asparagus) was amazing. We also had the Bacon Cheeseburger. Husband and son thoroughly enjoyed. He said the bacon was auspiciously baked to perfection. We also ordered the Mango Keylime Cheesecake and the Strawberry Cheesecake. I can't wait to return to try something else on the menu.

Cheesecake Factory has so many options, it’s insane! We got the avocado egg rolls as a starter and when I tell you we finished the plate in like a minute, it was so good! I got the spicy rigatoni vodka and my friend got the fettuccine Alfredo, which were both yummy. Lastly, we got the strawberry cheesecake and white chocolate raspberry truffle cheesecake. These were so incredibly delicious, even though we were so full from the entire meal, we finished our plates clean. Would definitely go back just for the cheesecake!!

Went to this Cheesecake Factory location for dinner. So much went wrong…Based on all of our previous meals there, we really expected a good meal, service, etc., but that did not happen. Where to start? None of the tables in our section had napkins. We asked for them, but saw other patrons getting up and getting their own. They ran out of bread, and we finally got it after the appetizer. There’s the good thing…the calamari was very good! While waiting for the entrees, a trip to the bathroom was, in a word, traumatizing. The level of filth was astounding. It really didn’t help the ambiance or the appetite. It took over an HOUR for the entrees to come and they were practically refrigerator cold. Not only that the tiny, tiny NY Strip steak that was ordered medium was well, well, well done. No steak knife even after I asked for one. No salad dressing for the salad. The salad was paltry. Let’s leave it at that. And the ‘medium rare’ tuna was ice box cold. The server was conscientious, but spent most of the time apologizing for the various issues. We asked for to-go boxes because the food was just not edible. The plan is to warm it up at home to rescue our $129+ meal. We’re also taking home the Godiva Cheesecake and Linda’s triple fudge cake. And we’re holding out hope that the desserts will rescue our anniversary celebration!

The Cheesecake Factory in South Point Mall is my go-to place. The combination of a welcoming atmosphere, diverse menu, and outstanding cheesecakes makes it a must-visit for any food lover. We haven't been here in years and only twice at that. Back then we found the food to be just so-so and expensive. Fast forward to tonight and it was a completely different experience. Starting with our server, Jo, who was friendly, answered our questions, and attentive throughout. From start to finish, 5 stars for Jo! The complimentary bread was warm, really good, and enough to bring home. My spouse had the steak Diane in a nice mushroom sauce, which she really enjoyed. It came with a very generous amount of mashed potatoes, much of which will be leftovers. I ordered the Thai coconut lime chicken, which was fabulous. It seriously exceeded my expectations! It's chicken, snow peas, shiitike mushrooms, onions and garlic in a Thai coconut curry sauce with cashews and pineapple served with white or brown rice. With all these ingredients it was just an explosion of so many flavors and I loved every bite! There was so much I brought more than half home. We topped off dinner with a Hershey chocolate bar cheesecake. It's Hershey cheesecake between two slices of chocolate cake topped with chocolate frosting and chocolate chips on the edge. There's was also a huge dollop of the best whipped cream I've ever tasted. It's was all so rich and we brought most of it home too! The menu is so huge! Needless to say, we'll be returning.

Our server was very kind and helpful, and the food was pretty good - just maybe a tad pricier than the quantity or quality demanded. It was very packed inside.

Ambience, food, service are top class. Avocado egg roles, Chicken pot stickers, Tomato basil chicken pasta . Tasted delicious. Service was fast.

Came in for dinner. Was seated right away. Was excited to try the cheeseburger spring roll. They were ok. I wouldn’t recommend. Ordered a alcoholic beverage the server never brung it to the table so I guess she forgot. Overall the food and experience was mediocre.

We had a Familly dinner and it was our first time in The Cheesecake Factory. The dish from the picture Steak Diane on the right and Shrimp Scampi was so good that I almost asked waiter for the recipe. My wife had beef medallions and she was super satisfied. They have nice selection for kids not like most of the restaurants.

Fantastic experience. Delicious cheesecake as always. Get the black bean burger with their wheat bread, makes for a great combo. Minimal wait time and very attentive service. Also provided olive oil with the butter for the bread.

No complaints ever!! Food is quick and service is impeccable. Any food option is ALWAYS amazing. Can't go wrong with Cheesecake Factory. They open at 11 now, but used to open at 10 am. The espresso martini is Soo good and I highly recommend the Koren Fried Chicken outside of Louisiana Chicken Pasta (with sundried tomatoes).

The food on Mother’s Day was disgusting so we gave it a second opportunity, yesterday I ordered the Pinapple Shrimp and a chicken Burnt/ over cooked and in comparison of what I was suppose to get compared to what I got. Sauce was disgusting it’s like they mixed a bunch of stuff together and threw it in the Togo box. Now my husbands order on the other hand was a joke he ordered the white bean chicken chili no beans, barely any chicken & the sauce was off then 1 teaspoon of rice idk who is working in this location kitchen but some retraining would be nice also when a customer tries to explain what was wrong with the food it would be nice to be listened to for input & feedback based on multiple experiences at this location Food just not being right compared to other locations. It had nothing to do with the service but everything to do with the taste of the food and how it was cooked. Been to different locations of the Cheesecake Factory…Cary, NC, Vegas NV, Kuwait, GA, VA, & other city’s & countries this one by far food is the worse mixing all kinds of sauces with foods or over cooking items is just something that can be fixed with retraining staff in the kitchen, simple solution, but when management doesn’t want to really listen to customers input just shows no improvement will be made especially after us giving this location multiple opportunities to see if the food improves.

The food was great and the our waiter was great. They did not have shrimp for the shrimp plater or ingredients for Thai wraps or Thai salad. All and all everything was good

Why you always arguing with me at Cheesecake?? Well maybe it's because there's a million items on the menu. Food is mostly average, but there are a couple items on the menu with almost 3,000 calories... which is quite nice if you just want a bunch of chicken and pasta. 4 stars.

Complementary multigrain and white bread was served upon seating! I thought, ‘No!’ because I love carbs and wanted only my dessert to be high in carbs. 😆 Ha! Anyway, my date and I ordered Chicken Madeira- chicken breasts topped with Mozzarella cheese in addition to mushrooms, complemented with sides asparagus and mashed potatoes; I substituted the latter with broccoli. It was delicious! For dessert, we shared the White Chocolate Raspberry Truffle, crust being dark chocolate, topped with whipped cream. Great selection indeed, not too sweet, being my favorite part of the meal! ☺️ We were served by Jordan. She did great, was patient and calm, did not make us feel rushed as we took time to view the various menu options, even recommended a few desserts. The wait time wasn’t bad this Thursday evening, 10 minutes. The atmosphere and location were both of our liking; we enjoyed our time here. 😊

The variety of cheesecakes never disappoints! The banana cream cheesecake is light and very satisfying. It does not seem like you are indulging at all! Even though the wait to be seated is sometimes long, it is definitely worth the wait. I have been to this location several times and each time I have tried a different meal. The salmon was delicious and mildly seasoned which is perfect for me. The sliders were freshly cooked and nothing like that of any of the local fast-food restaurants. The chicken alfredo was creamy and the chicken was soft and definitely not dried out or overcooked. The pizza was a treat for an appetizer as was the pot stickers, a bit heavily oiled, but otherwise a nice treat. A definite must stop if you have some time to sit and enjoy a delicious relaxing meal with family or friends. If you want a quick in and out meal, then you may want to bypass this location or opt- out for take-out.

I loved the whole experience!! The atmosphere was great.. The waiter was super nice and the food was incredible!! Yes, it can be a bit pricey, but I still recommend it, I will definitely go back!!

The place is super nice and cozy. The food is delicious. Perhaps the menu is a bit long and that makes it very difficult to choose what you want to eat. That's why as soon as I saw something that I liked, I should review the menu so as not to complicate myself further. From the entrance I savored the desserts, but I was so satisfied that I had to stay with the desire to try any of them. The service was great, a lady named Michelle attended us, and she was super helpful and pleasant. Overall it was a very good experience! 😊

The food was amazing and quick, and the customer service was the best I have ever had, no doubt about it. We had Alex as our server, and he was awesome. He was funny and made sure our experience at The Cheesecake Factory was memorable. He engaged with our table and made sure to check up on us frequently, making sure we had everything we needed. Alex was incredibly organized, and knew the ins and outs of every item on the menu. Again, the best food and customer service I've ever had, and I definitely will come back for more!

The atmosphere was great and the hostess had a bright personality. The server, however, was nice but was hard to understand and was very hurried in her explanations. The food was different and tasty on an upper scale but was extremely over priced! Because of this reason, I did not even try the cheesecake. What a pity. 4 stars for atmosphere and warm, inviting decorations.

I ordered a pineapple shrimp dish which was very good and a slice of lemon raspberry cheesecake which was even better. Wait staff was very pleasant and helpful. Did feel the entry prices and the cheesecake price were on the high side but I guess that's what's happening across the country.

My eldest daughter met me in Durham to celebrate a special relative’s birthday and we chose the Cheesecake Factory to share a monumental birthday dinner. It was a great decision! Each course was simply delicious! We had an excellent server, Cole, and he made our stay absolutely unforgettable for all the right reasons! Not only is that true, entire staff worked together to accommodate each customer in a safe, friendly, fair and expeditious manner! Oh and one last great fact about the Cheesecake Factory located in Durham, NC, is that it is located in a clean, ascetically astute and prime location! It had serious curb appeal!

Pretty good pasta! I've always gotten the chicken sliders, but this time I went with pasta after not going here for a pretty long time. It's your basic corporate chain restaurant. Pretty good though! They were able to accommodate my weird order of "fettuccine with cheese sauce, chicken, onions, spinach, tomatoes, and mushrooms," which I appreciated. The family was satisfied :)

My husband took me for my birthday. It was absolutely amazing. The inside was elegant and had a romantic setting. From start to end the meal was fantastic. Our server was extremely polite and knowledgeable about the food. I would recommend this place 100 times and more. Just be prepared to wait.
