Pizza and apps are good.. but these chicken wings are the best in Durham! This was my dinner spot every Wednesday when I lived in downtown. I was in town this weekend and grabbed an order of baked wings and habanero BBQ; both with double ranch dressing.

I've been coming here for almost 3 years and have NEVER had a bad slice. As a New Yorker and NC transplant this spot SLAPS. The beer selection is great, the soda selection is fantastic, the variety of pizza is wonderful. The garlic knots are delicious and super crispy super garlicky. The view from the restaurant being above the pinhook is really cool. I love looking down the street while I'm eating. Staff are so friendly and awesome. When nights are hella busy you can grab a slice and take it downstairs to the pinhook when they do game night or take it across the street to eat at the oak House while grabbing some nice boozy coffee. I love that these places all work together.

We were walking around Durham and came upon Pie Pushers. We loved it! It was really delicious thin crust pizza. We got their pie sticks which was flatbread with cheese and basil and sauce for dipping which our kids loved. The prices were reasonable and they have cups where you can get free water. Staff was very friendly and it was very clean. Will definitely be back!

Never knew about this place until Offline sent us! Great pizza place. Definitely has all the weird toppings you can't get most other places.

A pretty good NY slice and they have a decent number of "standard" and special by-the-slice options. Wings (with Alabama sauce) were really good. And with fast service, this place came through in a pinch for us when we had to bail on a nearby restaurant after waiting for an hour only to have received 1/2 of our drinks (and no food). And the prices are very reasonable! Ambience is nothing special but they have adequate seating for a quick bite and drink. Great place to go if you are in a hurry or don't want anything fancy. Would definitely go back!

Nothing beats wing Wednesday, half priced wings, and fried hard with buffalo sauce and ranch is the way to go! I think the pizza is pretty good, but not my favorite style, I like more Neopolitan than New York, but it still solid and they have a bunch of fun flavors. I would say the biggest downside is the general attitude of the staff… It’s usually neutral to negative, and very rarely have I seen them be positive over 5+ years of visiting.

    Great pizza and subs.

Just OK. I ordered a Sicilian slice. It was pretty flavorless and the bread was just OK. I also had the Mama Mia. The crust was very very thin. I like my crust a little bit thicker and this too was mostly bland. And last there was a pepperoni slice, and that was decent but I am guessing it was the flavor of the meat. So, overall it was disappointing. Located downtown, parking can be difficult.

Really wanted to love this place but it let me down. First, the atmosphere was not my favorite. It is very cramped, loud, and I’m not sure if there was any heat. Secondly, the pizza was underwhelming. We got half Queen Anne’s and half 1243 and both were just meh. We also tried the fried sausage which was pretty good but still nothing special. Staff was friendly though!

It was okay. I tried a Sicilian slice — it tasted simply like bread, tomato sauce, and cheese. Almost no seasoning. I could count the number of oregano flakes on less than two hands. Very plain. I’m willing to try this place again — perhaps the chef I had wasn’t paying attention when adding seasoning. Besides the food, the staff are nice And it has a nice view of downtown since the restaurant is upstairs.

Great little spot in the heart of downtown Durham. Great menu and fun atmosphere. Food was good and the service was top notch.

Love Pie Pushers-such unique toppings and vegetable based sides. The house salad with the creamy balsamic is a great option for making a larger meal. We also really like the Brussel sprouts-delicious! My go to pie is the Queen Anne with goat cheese and my husband likes the Jerry (sausage and pepperoni) and add green olives. I would suggest ordering half or whole pizzas. Sometimes ordering singles means a burnt/harder crust. The cheese slice my toddler got was over done-but he preferred our crust and toppings from our pizza. Customer service is great in house and easy to pick up if we eat out!

Love the atmosphere in this restaurant. Big windows with a good view. The pizza is good, not great, but good and big enough to make it a good value for the price. If you’re looking for a fun, relaxed spot to have some pizza this is a great choice, just don’t expect to be blown away by the pie

Tracy with Offline - Excellent wings and pizza. Love the half pizza option. For 2 people, one pie is too much. Half a pie and 10 wings made for a perfect dinner.

I visited in March while traveling on alone business. The place has an indie feel to it and has some great taste in music. The staff were friendly and helped me order a breakfast pizza and salad. The salad came out quick and pizza followed a little later. It came out really hot and was delicious. I would happily go back.

I bought pizza for friends. I don't eat it. They had pepperoni and mushroom and a thin crust and they said it gave them life. I had the salad salad that started with a M, not sure of the name exactly, but it was a nice mix of arugula, almonds, and carrots. It was what I needed. The large salad is perfect for one hungry person.

This is one of my go to spots for lunch. I like the variety of the menu, the pizza/food is always hot and fresh and it is just close enough to the office. I LOVE the wings, I think some of the best in town. Unfortunately I ordered the garlic knots and they were literally whole soft garlic cloves wrapped in pizza dough. Not my thing at all, no flavor and too much garlic to take back to the office. I’m looking forward to trying some new on my next visit.

No AC and the floors are slippery on the way to the restroom. First time coming to this establishment but I was very impressed by the quality of the food and the time it took to order food, eat and leave. (30-40 minutes) Got the appetizer before I could finish my 1st beer and the entree came shortly after! I will for sure be coming back here anytime I’m in Durham! Order: 2 - Anderson Valley Goses The Jerry (Whole Pie) Crinkle Cut Fries W/ Habanero BBQ sauce

Parking accessibility was not great and we ended up having to drive around the block several times. I was also quoted a 20-30 wait for my online order, we arrived about 40-45 minutes after the order was placed and it still wasn’t ready. We were told it’d only be a couple minutes yet it took 10-15 additional minutes. Someone had even came in, placed an order for pizza, and left with said pizza before we got our food. We got a their version of a meat lovers pizza, and it was pretty good but it certainly wasn’t the best I’ve had. I wanted to try the Sicilian Pie but it would’ve been 42 or more dollars for a meat lovers version which is outrageous in pricing.

My "create-your-own" pizza was perfectly made. I like a thin crust, and it did not disappoint! Service was wonderful. Although I ordered online and was unable to enter a code for the Offliners discount, it was properly awarded at the restaurant upon pick up. You might have to circle the block a few times to find parking downtown, but it was well worth it.

They don't have or offer straws to drink your beverage. Small quaint place, enjoyed the view from above while watching downtown traffic. There should be a sign that says, "Watch your step" when exiting because there is a step down when you open the door to exit.

What a lovely pizza place! Hot, fresh, and such a hit! We hosted a small party with 10 pies, delivery was on time, super smooth, and as we brought the food down this stuff was gone in under 30 minutes while folks asked if there was anymore as they made second rounds.

This was my first time eating here. The ambience, staff and food were exceptional. Our family really enjoyed ourselves here. If you are a local or visitor to Durham, please stop here. You won't regret it

Excellent pizza place downtown for to-go, or dine-in, or delivery. Its upstairs but it's cozy when you get up there. They have good salads and other stuff too. Nice people. Great pizza.

Ordered a whole pie with Canadian bacon and Italian sausage and I was not at all disappointed!! Was my first time trying Pie Pushers and I’m sad I didn’t try them sooner!! Pizza is so freaking amazing (eating it as I type) and it was not greasy like the chain pizza places. They were not stingy with my toppings either!! Very happy and soon to be very full guy here!! Thanks! Great customer service too!! Didn’t wait long after ordering!!

The food was really good. We ordered a 2 custom half pizzas and a chicken parm sub. The half pizzas were huge, next time definitely going to get a single slice. **They kicked in a free brownie because we arrived before the order was ready and they probably wanted to avoid a vengeful 1 star review. It was also good, more like cake instead of fudge (for those who care)…I almost want to drive back and pay for it bc they didn’t have to do that.

I have been a consistent customer for 2 years now. The service and pizza is exceptional every single time.

Had very high expectations prior to visiting, which fell a bit short this time (I plan to revisit very soon). I got a few slices during the lunch rush in a timely manner. Customer service was 10/10 - super nice lady. The Sicilian slice was amazing and made the trip worth it. My pepperoni slice was a bit too crispy/lightly burnt on the bottom and the crust. Next time I want to try a whole or half pie to give a truly fresh pizza a go and I'm looking forward to it!

The food was absolutely delicious. Since we didn't want to order 2 pizzas we ordered half pepperoni & half cheesy chorizo. I'll definitely visit this restaurant again.
