Worst Chili's...was served my food which was salad and bowl of chili..my husband ordered a burger. after finishing my meal, my husband's still not ready. We spoke too manager and he acted like it was not an issue . We left and did not pay..thank goodness cause what I experienced with food was terrible, chili was greasy and tasted burnt. Salad was average at best. Guess the best thing was not having too pay. Restaurant could use a good cleaning and retraining of all staff.

Their customer service is simply one thing of the most terrible ones I’ve experienced in my whole life. We stood at the front desk for 20 minutes (the restaurant was empty by the way), one of the servers passed by us FOUR times and didn’t even have the decency of at least asking if we could wait a couple minutes before she could seat us. If you can, AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL.

Ordered for curbside pickup. Waited 10 minutes past time the order should be ready. App said my order would be right out. Had to go in and get it myself. Got home and found that items were missing. Stirred my side salad and found a live fly in it. I should sue. This place is disgusting. I never eat inside as it is because it is far from clean, the seats, tables, and walls are gross and sticky. I will never return and surely won't recommend.

Been waiting for over 10 minutes no one brought the order. Went inside and waited another 5 minutes until finally saw an employee and order was ready. Don’t believe the sign, just go inside to get your order. Awful service!

I’m floored by the molten chocolate cake I received through take out. You literally never heated it up. The cake itself was completely cold & the “lava” part of the cake was ice cold & solid. It was clearly not a situation where the lava/cake had cooled down, it was just honestly never heated up. You took it out of the refrigerator/freezer put it in a box & sent it my way.

Attempted calling order in several times in route to this location, no answer. I go in once there while still calling, I see the phone ringing that I’m calling! Asked to speak with manager to be told phone doesn’t work. While parked in to go pick up, manager is all of a sudden on the exact same phone I was told did not work. I guess they were upset and took it out on my corn.

Went for lunch yesterday,2/3.walked in front door the smell of day old garbage greeted us. We were seated in one of a few clean tables,hostess was doing nothing btw. Waited,waited along with other guests,no one not even water. Went to bar to see if better,no bartender. All in all about 20 or so minutes so we left. Went across parking lot and in the span of 10 min,had a table,water and food. Downhill..what a shame.

Yesterday February 18;Waitress was the best . Host ,The face of the restaurant apparently she didn’t have any manners , didn’t greet any customers and would just look at you dumb , was on her phone the whole time , doesn’t have patients. As an host you’re the head of the whole restaurant, the person who represents chilles , she needs more experience & also tells customers it’s 10 min even though it was a wait time about 30-40 mins . I love chilles n never experienced anything like that .

The bacon cheeseburger was great. The fries were great. The salad was great. My server Jonathan was about the best I have ever seen anywhere. Awesome.

Around noon on Saturday I walk in to this chillis and there is exactly TWO tables sat and eating their food. I wait for more than 5 minutes waiting for a hostess and I was told it would be a 30 minute wait. I said 30 minute wait for an empty restaurant. The hostess replied yeah there’s only one waitress and she’s about to get off. Who runs a business like this? 3 parties were turned away which must have equated to hundreds of dollars. I will never go here again

We ordered the fajitas. Neither platter was "sizzling."Cast iron was not hot.The green peppers and onions were raw not cooked. We told our waitress and she said "People like them crunchy " A manager didn't come out. I am sure she told him. Totally disappointed. We have eaten at many Chili's before. This was the worst Experience.

Server David took great care of my son and I during lunch time. The food was delicious and served to us within 15-minutes. Always have a great experience at the “15-501 Chili’s” restaurant. However, the restaurant can tidy up more by cleaning the interior window seal of the booths; double check AND clean food from floor under tables when small children are done eating.

Our waitress was really nice and good. She was the only one working everyone else pretty much hid in the back while she worked. Food was ok but the cooks/kitchen staff need to change the oil cause you could taste the old oil they used to fix the chips. Salsa was runny hardly any consistency. While there 2 people walked in sat at the bar and no one came to speak with them or anything they left after waiting at least 5 minutes. They even got their own menus.

Were we supposed to ourselves? Because my hungry daughter, fresh out of diving practice, and I, stood at the hostess stand for over 5 minutes while the 2 bartenders and assorted wait staff looked at us and never seated us. We are taking our business down the street to Red Robin, where we are always seated promptly and the food is hot and fresh. Your loss, Chili's.

I stopped in to this Chilis restaurant after a long day at the Doctor's office. When I first walked in I had to wait a little bit for the server but the reason I left a five star review was due to my fantastic waitress. Sadly, I cannot remember her name but she was very kind and knowledgeable concerning the menu. She exhibits awesome customer service.

Service & Food quality varies greatly depending on who is staffed at the current time. Overall, the food is okay, but some days the food is not great. For instance, in one of my visits, I ordered their chili.. it's Chili's, right? You would expect to get a nice bowl of chili. However, the chili will sit in their kitchen hot for quite a while, which lets it condense to the point where it's incredibly strong; each bite being a mouthful of salt. Service quality is usually great, and every server has been polite, and attentive to my needs. Atmosphere isn't the greatest, with their restaurant and bathrooms being unclean often. However, I visually see the staff are putting in the effort to at least clean and sanitize the seats and tables between guests.

We going 15-501 restaurant in Durham a lot empty tables and they said we need wait 15-30 minutes for a table … no sense. Good bye

On September 22,2023 When we were ( my son , and his girlfriend) seated, we had waited like 10 minutes before anyone came and take our drink and food order. I needed to use the restroom, when I open the restroom door the smell could knock you over, it was horrible. It smelled like urine it was not clean very well. It was a big turn off. We finally got our food. While waiting on our food, we never got our chips and salsa. When our food arrive it looked good, But how ever my son’s girlfriends food was burnt and smelled bad. Her rice was burnt so bad it was hard and black, was not fit to eat. The witness never came back to refill our drinks. The cleanliness was not good. There were dirty window sills, dirty windows . Under our table was a spill. I assume it was soda. My shoes were sticking to the floor. We could hear people cussing in the kitchen. The atmosphere was not pleasant. And felt like we were bothering them, to get them to do the job, they were hired to do. I was so disappointed at this restaurant. I love chilis, however this particular one, I will not be visiting again. I absolutely love the one in apex. It’s nice and clean! Polite waitresses and waiters and host. The food is delicious! I did take a picture of the burnt food, however it will not let me post the picture. If I could give them a zero on everything for the ratings I would.

We wondered why this restaurant was almost empty on a Sunday afternoon around 130 pm…figured it out! Hostess was sitting by the restrooms when we walked in. Asked us if we minded if she cleaned a table for us. Something she should have/could have done before we walked in. No problem, a clean table is always nice. Food was ok, nothing to rave about. Bathrooms were disgusting. I will give them a half a star for the entertainment value of the employees screaming at each other as we stood up to leave. Folks were scared to even walk out the door on the side where they were parked. Unprofessional isn’t a strong enough word for what we witnessed and heard! This was BY FAR the worst Chili’s I’ve ever seen. Definitely will not go back and encourage others to avoid this place. Our waiter was awesome though!

Very bad service. Servers are rude! They told me 20 minutes, 20 minutes went by. I asked one of servers why she couldn't sit us since they had plenty of tables. Her replied was: "we don't have enough servers if you don't like it, you can leave" I was like: "Really"? The only reason why I didn't leave was because my 6 year old graduated from kindergarten and she wanted Chillis. But never, ever coming back to this place.

Worst experience ever. Me and my boyfriend walked in and we didn’t get sat or treated until almost 10 minutes later. After we had gotten seated a guy came up to us after awhile he didn’t speak clearly and asked us what drinks we wanted and walked away.(he was very nice and helpful) we never got our drinks nor our appetizers that we asked for when the guy came to take our order we finally got our food and we had to ask a different server for napkins and silverware and our drinks and appetizers that we had never gotten. She brought out our drinks and only one of our appetizers. We were sitting there for about 45 minutes waiting for someone to pass by and had to track a server down and ask for refills and our check, when we looked at our check the guy that served us rung up the wrong thing and charged us for the other appetizer we never got. We then had to get up and ask for a manager and tell him we never got the appetizers and why he charged us for something we didn’t get. Then as we were walking out the door a big piece of the door fell off and almost hit me and my boyfriend in the head. Will most definitely never be coming back.

We arrived at 10:30pm to get take out. One of the servers took us to the side where take our was located. 5 minutes later, we were informed that take our close at 10:30. No sign says 10:30. A gentleman came in behind us. The same server started to bring him around and I had to inform him that take our closed when we walked up, so he needed to turn around and like us, find something else. Both employees spoke English. That is not racist, it just shows a complete lack of communication. The next time you want to close early, let the rest of your staff know what you are doing. What really upsets me is knowing chili's is one of my favorites and now everyone I go there, I will always have a moment of hesitation when I enter.

The bar was dirty. The bartender was not very pleasant and didn't really seem to want to be there. The food was good but just over lukewarm but my boyfriend said his food was hot. I probably wouldn't go to this location again

The restaurant was mostly empty but we still had to wait for a table because they were short staffed. We were only given one drink and no refills even after we asked only one drink was ever refilled. The pasta dish we ordered was cold and the chicken was crusty. We ordered a $25 meal for two that comes with a desert but never received our dessert and grew tired of waiting and just left. Our waitress was very sweet just overwhelmed taking care of all the tables by herself.

Chilli's is a nice spot for a quick meal out. It has a good menu, but the menu has trimmed down a bit, the stars of the show are the $10.99 special and two for $25 deals. They are now featuring so custom burgers which are delicious and the teas & lemonades are legendary. The restaurant seems to be constantly under staffed both now and pre COVID. Parking is kinda tight if you park at the restaurant. I suggest parking across the way in the greater shopping center parking lot.

After a long day at work, it was a quick bite to eat with a friend. Server was very nice, but never offered another drink, did not offer dessert. We had to ask for wet naps, while eating ribs. Maybe these are things not offered anymore.

Our waitress was awesome, it was her first day and she rocked it and the welcome girl was great too. However the restaurant itself sucks. We ordered two drinks with an extra shot in both but only one drink had a shot. When the waitress went and tried to fix the issue, the manager didn’t even come over she sent a waitress who came with a raggedy attitude that matched her lifting hair…she told us we could buy a shot or give it back because the bartender said that she put it in the drink. Like huntttiii you could clearly tell the difference in the drinks that should’ve been identical. That other waitress that came had a horrible attitude that has no tact or customer service. We have the drink right back. Her attitude sucked. Not to mention that it was nasty panties in the bathroom floor, like what the heck. Just avoid that darn place. It’s not worth it.

Food was great but service needs work our waitress barely even did her job. Buss boy and another worker had to get our drinks, silverware and even our bill. If not for those 2 our dinner would have been a complete mess!!

Atmosphere wasn’t the best but it didn’t take away from the food exploding my taste buds. Has Chillis always been this good. Food was amazing, service was great and the price… babbbby the price was on point! Definitely going back! Gotta try the wings

5 stars is for the lady that seated us, our waitress and a helper in the kitchen that brought some of our food out! Best service all around. The food was ok on what I got but I have had it at other locations and it was much better.. not sure what was off in the quality or preparation of food... it was just off.

First, the host sat us down at a dirty table. (She didn’t even fully walk us to the table. She just pointed and then got back to her phone). They were short staffed but our waitress was wonderful. She is truly great, sweet and she waited on everyone that walked through those doors. She kindly wiped off the table, got our drinks and kept them full. She took our order and got everything right. Food came out within 20 mins later. She is the reason I’m giving 5 stars. She is one of the best waitresses I’ve had in a long time!

The food was average and the service was poor. I will look past an average product if the service is excellent. However, when I spend money in a service industry, that is exactly what I expect. Otherwise, I can purchase ingredients and make food myself.

Don't waste your money or your time. This is the most unprofessional 'restaurant' I've ever encountered. I'm sure it won't be in business much longer...if all customers are treated the way I was; it can't stay open without returning customers and they don't seem interested in having customers at all.

Good food great service drinks was meh. We got the 3 appetizer sampler with southwestern rolls, chicken wings and mini burgers, got the smoked brisket and smoked jalapeno cheese sausage for our entree and a mini pepperoni pizza and Mandarin oranges for the kiddo. Everything arrived in a not too long of a wait time, food was fresh and everything was just as we expected from our favorite food chain restaurant. Even though it was busy for a Friday night and Margarita day, it didn't hinder service time at all. Keep it up Chili's as always.

We went there pretty late, however they were able to accommodate us. It was a different vibe. I ordered a drink special for $5 ,I didn't realize it was so sour. I ended returning the drink and they were nice enough to take it off my bill. The waitress was nice I can't remember her name.

I initially went to the chillis on 55, but they locked the doors at 9pm even though they aren't supposed to close until 11pm. They didn't have a sign up or acknowledged any of us in the parking lot or in knocking on the door. So I called myself calling to see what was going on, but I called this location instead, and the manager was nice he gave me the address/directions to this location. We were able to be seated promptly and received our food in a timely manner as well. My only issues were the fact that I asked for no bacon and it was on some of the food anyway. Also, our waitress was great initially, but she kept carrying long conversations at different tables. We never got refills until I flagged down the manager, and he brought it out to us. She missed a few other things as well due to the long conversations. Which I would have absolutely no issue with as long as you make sure your tables are all taken care of first. Aside from that, I was just glad to get in there. It was late we were tired and there was no time to cook!

New management (at least manager) and staff. All friendly. Best meal I’ve had their in a long time. Perfectly prepared and presented. Well done!

I had the brisket burger and OMG it was absolutely delicious! I got the bbq sauce, pickles and onions. I got the slaw on the side and I didn't get the cheddar on the burger and it was wonderful. My dad and I had dinner and we went in to catch the last half of the Duke football game. It wasn't on one of the TV's but all we had to do was ask and they turned it right on for us! Great dinner!

Dinner run and orders placed by phone through app. Although, restaurant was short staffed orders were almost readied and the cashier was very apologetic. The food was good. Hence, we will probably visit again.
