I know this is going to sound crazy. I ate there yesterday with my fiancé and ordered onion rings as an appetizer, he got A pastrami burger, and I got the mushroom burger. We didn't eat all of it yesterday so we took it home and today about 10 minutes ago I was eating the rest of it and took a bite out of my burger and bit down and felt a hard flat piece in my mouth that freaked me out and hurt so I took it out and it looks like it's the best buy clamp used for the buns!!!! We have never had a bad customer service experience here or any issues with their food but this was disgusting

Waited over 45 minutes from my food and my Salmon Burger was lukewarm at best and my House Potato Chips were cold & limp!!! SMH This was the worst I’ve had here! The waitresses were all just standing in the kitchen area I guess waiting on the orders. It wasn’t even as busy as it’s been before but kitchen was terrible!!

Great place to grab a yummy bacon burger. Good service as well. I also tried the fried pickles and banana pudding, super good! 2 floors ( we were seat upstairs as requested) and outside seating available.

We had dinner here. It was okay. Service was okay. Burgers were good. Chicken Sandwich was good. Drinks were good. But we the Philly stand which came and it was terrible. It looked like it was made with one once of meat. Terrible.

This is such a nice burger bar! It’s got a cute and relaxing vibe and the food came out fast and was delicious! I got the Sam I Am burger and it was amazing! My friend got the Chunky Elvis shake and let me try it and I really liked it. It’s a peanut butter, chocolate, and banana shake and I was surprised that I liked it cause I’m not really a fan of banana things. It was a perfect balance of all the flavors and rich and creamy in texture. The staff were friendly and super helpful. It was a great lunch experience with great friends today!

Ordered a smokehouse burger, with 2 patties cooked medium rare, with a side of mac n cheese. Upon arrival, what I received was a burger with one single patty, that was (barely) cooked blue rare. It was still cool in the center and was falling apart. Tried my best to eat it, but it just wasn’t edible. The potato chips were a bit over cooked, which gave them a bitter aftertaste as well, but I’m not going to make a fuss about that…mistakes happen. But it’s upsetting that a restaurant would send out food that was inedible like this, especially seeing that I paid nearly $21 for this! And for the mac n cheese…it never came!

I've never been disappointed here; the burgers and sandwiches are great - and huge! Definitely makes a meal. If you're looking for a "craft burger" experience (as opposed to quick basic fast food) I can't think of a better place in the area.

Had a great evening with family and friends. Food was good and service was great. We were a bigger group and I only wish they would work on the checks a little better. Told them everyone who was gonna be on my receipt but they went based on seats instead of writing it down the way we said. Ended up having to redo the tickets twice and still had it wrong. But other then that I highly recommend it

These burgers are HUGE and delicious. First time trying this restaurant and will definitely be back to try the rest of the menu.

Nice. Clean. Great staff and food. I ordered the bean burger and it was delicious... The sweet potato fries were nice and crispy.. The place very cozy with tv's to watch different channels.. Love the place. Food is GREAT.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Parking lot was a little close but maneuverable. Restrooms were clean but I think the walls might need to be cleaned to make them look better. Cheeseburger was great and so were the fries. They have sweet and unsweetened tea available as well as fountain drinks. They have indoor and outdoor seating.

The food was awesome and they have gluten free options! Their sweet potato fries are absolutely the best sweet potato fries I've ever had!!

I had a delightful experience enjoying buffalo chicken paired with craft beer at this pub. Situated in the trendy suburban and retail setting of Birkdale Village, the atmosphere was inviting and pleasant. A great spot for those seeking good food in a fashionable locale.

The food was good, service was great. I got the regular burger cooked perfect. I would've gave 4 stars but my buddy caught a hair in his fries. I'm curious if there's a direct correlation with the 4 or so servers I seen with their long hair down.....

Have been to bad daddys burger place twice. First time was in mooresville and the truffle fries had no truffle flavoring. Decided to give them another go. Food was meh. I ordered a philly sub and added a few extra add ons. One item was forgotten by the waiter and not added. I will have to say that the mac and cheese was actually really good and the highlight of the meals. We ordered the bbq nachos and it came out pretty flat and not worth the price (the pic was taken after we started eating). The service was subpar with our waiter playing on his cell phone as i looked at him repeatedly to get a drink. The black bean burger actually looked pretty good too but I didnt try it. All in all, it was an average experience and not worth the price we paid. The vanilla beer they had was actually really good too. I would recommend going to get beer and mac and cheese if you go.

We went here for the first time today and it was pretty good. We came here in the afternoon and had no issues. There was enough room to bring the stroller inside. The staff was friendly and courteous. We had the bacon cheeseburger, the sliders, a salad, and a couple kids hotdogs. They have pepsi products, and a decent kids menu. They have patio seating, and family seating, and a bar on the other side as well.

It's a nice place to grab a bite close to the airport. Stopped before my flight out and had the Bistro Burger and the Red Oak Bavarian Amber. The bartenders were friendly and recommended a wonderful amber ale. The fries came with this delicious spicy sauce for dipping, and the burger was overall delicious. I have had better meat patties, which is why I gave it 4 out of 5, but all in all, a great meal.

Slow service. The burger looks good, but the only flavor was the bacon. By way, they put al lots of it. No flavor on the patty. Chicken sandwich was ok .

Our work team ordered from here though DoorDash and we’re really impressed. Very delicious and I ordered nachos and they go the extra mile to separate the chips and toppings so it’s not soggy.

It was overall pretty good! The interior design to me is. Pretty ugly with metal pipe scaffolding (? I have no clue how to describe it lol) as semi wall/decorations and a biker American aesthetic overall. Personally I just don’t vibe with that particular aesthetic and it was hard to focus on the food with all of that going on visually around us lol The service was okay! It took a little while to get everything, but it was nothing horrible, and the actual server was perfectly nice Food was also okay! I REALLY like the customizable burgers (a notepad where you literally select every option you want then hand the server the paper), and the Elvis shake was SO good. The sides were pretty bland (truffle fries and mac and cheese)

Lunch outing with the family, good drinks and food, super friendly service. Will definitely be back!

I absolutely love this location- the staff is friendly…. The food is yummy. Our waitress was Lauren and that girl ran circles with a smile on her face. We will be back soon no doubt!

Just had a wonderful experience at Bad Daddy’s! Food was great and our server Brittany was so awesome! She was fun, attentive and just an all around delight! We come to this location often and will keep coming back and now we will ask for Brittany every time!

Today I visited the Bad Daddys in Huntersville. The service was good once someone came over to the table to wait on me. But once that happened, the service was stellar. To start, I had the Berry Spiked Lemonade...Yum! Today I had the BD All American with American cheese. It was cooked to perfection, medium well like I like it. I will definitely come back and visit this location.

The best place I have ever visited for a burger. Service was fast, competent and friendly. The bacon cheeseburger on steroids was cooked perfectly. It tasted great. The beer was ice cold. Atmosphere was also great. Outside table. Listening to the band on the plaza and people watching finished up the evening perfectly.

Drove by this place a few times and finally got around to trying it with a coworker. Food arrived to our table relatively quick. The noise level was not too bad and typical of a bar/restaurant. I got a Buffalo western burger but without onion rings. I should have not made any modifications because the burger arrived rather plain. Despite lacking appearance, the flavor was there! Our server was prompt and courteous, being readily available for us. Pretty good spot to hang out and eat!

Used to love this place… Have been doing more takeout then dine in now. They used to pack it good as much as possible but the quality is decreasing. Burger looks like just a mess of when you open box even thou handled carefully. Bun gets wet from heat and liquid from tomatoes. They used to put paper under burger but not anymore .. just lost 2 regular customers…

We started out with the Amber Ale Queso and Chips! The Queso was a bit spicy but very good! I had a Trophy Wife IPA to put out the fire in my mouth! I ordered a Bistro Burger without bacon with hand cut fries! I wasn’t crazy about the sauce that came with the burger so I had them bring me some ranch dressing! On a scale of 5.0 I gave this burger a 3.75 because it was a bit dry and needed more toppings after not having bacon on it. My wife said her CYO salad was good and was a very nice portion for a small salad! We’ll come back and I will try a different burger next time!

My friend, this burgers are another level, they are amazing, The Sauce, the meat, everything, they are really good, I had the "Bacon on Steroids" that thing,OMG is delicious, and the other big thing that you see right there are the Nachos, they are so big and are really good, if you guys need some nice burgers, you guys should go at this place!!!

The staff and food we fabulous. Great bugers high quality meat. We will definitely be back. I would highly recommend for anyone looking for a good burger spot.

Very good dinner. I had the Smokehouse Burger and was pleasantly surprised at the balance of flavors. I could distinctly taste the burger, BBQ pork, cheese and onion straws in each and every bite.

Absolutely the worst service I’ve ever had!!!! Worst!!! I love Bad Daddy’s but this place gives them a bad name. This place must not have a manager. If they do. They need to be replaced. Will not be back to this location. They got a lot of work to do. And spare me the generic response. Do something about this place. Food wasn’t good either. Bread was hard. Sad restaurant!!!

The appetizer “Not Your Momma’s Deviled Eggs” were fabulous. The customized burger was delicious. We got ours on Texas Toast, which made it resemble something you could make at home. One sandwich had onion straws, which were not fresh nor crispy and cold. The Bad Daddy sauce is a good side condiment. The service was great. Our waitress was prompt and friendly.
