I was heading home to New Jersey and stopped here for the night. The hotel recommended that I get dinner here. It was nice since I could walk to it. It is a very busy place, but I got right in. Lots of TVs if you want to watch sports. The food was good and the service was fine. There are two bar areas, one inside and one outside.

Stopped by the old stomping grounds to see my girls Makayla & Kirstin. Makayla provided us with great service, even when she was busy with a large party. I have to give the girl credit. Fantastic job!! The bathroom was clean & the atmosphere was good. I enjoy sitting outside. Lots of tv’s so you will never miss out on a the games.

It was very busy and packed, but the food was delivered within minutes of arrival. I ordered fried pickles as the appetizer, and seafood platter as the meal. The food was delicious and waitress was Ashley. She provided awesome customer service. The wait was 45 minutes, but we were seated eat before that time. The atmosphere was cozy with several televisions portraying sports-related events all around the restaurant. A family-oriented restaurant with a pleasant experience.

The experience was great. The food surprised me with how good it was. I wasn’t expecting too much out of it, to be honest, but when they brought out those wings, the wings did hit, and they were also really juicy and crispy, and the flavor was there. I have had better spicy garlic wings, but they weren’t too shabby. And as far as their fries, they remind you of Wingstop fries, but just a tad bit not as good. Regarding service, the waitress was attentive, and my woman did grab a burger. And she said it was one of the best burgers she’s ever had, so I recommend the burger. I did try a bite. It was delicious. I would recommend stopping at this place. The food is good. The atmosphere is excellent. ☻

I was very happy with the Ribeye steak dinner! Nice place, and my waitress, Hollywood, was outstanding! She surprised me with a birthday dessert! Great personality and service!

Service was on point. Large bar and even outdoor seating. Very clean, you can tell they take pride in their establishment. And the wings were fantastic. Oh and the beer was ice cold. Recommended if you're in the area.

Southern was our server. Very attentive. Courteous & friendly. She kept a smile on her face. It was my birthday; she instantly told me happy birthday when she found out. Our food came out in a timely manner. The manager walked by & spoke. Everything was hot and fresh. We did experience a situation with 1 of the entrées. The manager, Alex, came over immediately. Lol. Oh my goodness! He was so silly but professional & polite. We, my table & Alex, ended up laughing at the error. He apologized several times. It was the look on his face when he approached our table that softened the mood. I appreciate managers like that. He didn’t have an attitude or act like WE were the problem. That stands out a lot to me. I’m so big on customer service. I told Alex that I loved his demeanor & how he handled it. He corrected the situation. We enjoyed our entrées and celebrated my birthday. I would return again for lunch. The restaurant was clean. Plenty of TVs. Great covered outdoor seating. A nice beer selection. The bathrooms were clean (I only saw the women’s bathroom). Plenty of parking.

The food was great, the price too. Been here twice and both times have been awesome. Recommend.

The service was great, and beer was ice cold. I walked here from the Hampton Inn, which is super convenient! Ordered the salmon yesterday and the cheese burger today(special) with french fries. The prices were very good. The food was good, hot and fast, no complaints. Indoor and outdoor bar and table seating. It has a clean sports bar type atmosphere. Plenty of parking. I would come again.

Everything was delicious, not one thing tasted bad. Bacon jam burger is definitely a must try!!🤞🏽💯 mixed drinks taste like juice and they don’t do refund

Food was 110% spot on delicious. Service was a little slow. My waitress was either nowhere to be found or very chatty with 1 particular table, otherwise this would have a been a 5 star review. Will definitely go back again. Cocktail from the bar was good too!

I have sports team of about 30 people wanting to eat dinner at 9pm. (They close at 11pm) I asked the manager if they could handle the group, even if it takes a while to serve them. They apparently don't want the business, as she said no, and hung up on me. Good to know when we are back in town again in 2 weeks. We will give the business to another restaurant.

You absolutely must try the strawberry mango bucket 😍😍😍 the eggrolls were a miss for me, but I always love to visit kickback Jack's.

We thought it might be a regular run of the mill bar with okay food. We were wrong! The food was excellent!!! We ordered the chicken Philly, the bacon jam burger, the new corn side, Mac and cheese, and my sister got the drink in a bucket. Everything was GREAT! Our hostess ended up being our waitress too (her name was Nay), she was amazing and deserves a raise for her positive attitude and excellent service. We will be back.

Really surprised for a chain establishment. The wings were big, cooked right, and the honey BBQ flavor was superb. The loaded bacon cheese fries outstanding! My burger was cooked a perfect med-rare, which I was surprised about! Beer was a refreshing House Kolsche, and priced good! Bar tender was attentive, and very keen to my needs! Definitely don't think of this as a " chain" established sports bar! GREAT PLACE to catch SPORTS events. Tons of TVs, super clean, and well divided so you don't feel cramped. The two bar tops offer ample room if you're alone and don't want to take up a tabletop!

In past years, I have had bad experiences at this location. But the last few visits I've had here in the last year were all good experiences. Both service and food have been good. 👍

Server was very aloof (probably intoxicated of some sort). Also observed staff drinking liquor behind the bar while trying to order drinks since we haven’t seen our server long since getting our food. Was instructed to wait for the bartender outside instead of helping me. They didn’t give us an option to order a drink when given our food. We were in a big party with separate orders (kids were sitting at a separate table) and kids didn’t not receive any drinks for over 30 minutes after ordering. We followed servers orders to have separate checks and it was still messed up. At the end, the manager on duty helped make it right, but we waited so long to get checked out. Found one server that helped get some sauces (that we ordered with our server) who was helpful, but had to physically walk up to someone to get their help. There is honestly so much I could say. I’m very disappointed. I’m just here visiting, but makes me mad enough to leave a review for people to be aware, especially if you aren’t a regular or alone with something super simple. They’ll probably mess something up and not offer to help in any way.

Awesome atmosphere with good food at a reasonable price. The manager went above and beyond in helping me acquire receipts I forgot to get previously. I had the classic burger, fish and chips and the carnivore flatbread over the course of my three visits and all were very good. I’m not a fan of flounder being used in fish and chips, but it pretty good. I also knew when I ordered, so it wasn’t a surprise. Well deserved 5/5 from me. Would definitely eat here a gmail.

Good to spot for lunch, if you’re in the area. They have lunch combos that hit the spot- We always sit at the bar outside, and Kristen (bartender) is the best! Very attentive, and helpful if unsure what to get. My first and last time here. We were Seated, only a few people and not one water/waitress came to our table so we left ( 3yr old and myself). I will never go there again. As we were Seated you could see all of the cooks in the back laughing and giggling. Don't waste your time or money!

Kickback Jack's in Durham, NC We visited this location for a quick snack and a few beers. On our way in, we were not greeted by the hosts. They didn't say anything to us. Kinda like blank stares, so we seated ourselves at an open table. Several wait staff walked by us and never said a thing to us. We moved to the outside bar area where we were welcomed and seated quickly. The staff outside was great. The waitress was very friendly, funny and helpful. She quickly got our order and had a small conversation with us. Our food came out hot, fresh, and tasty. The waitress and staff were so nice outside that we stayed a little longer than planned, and we quickly forgot about our first impression. I would recommend this place for sure. Just remember that the hosts may not be as trained as they need to be.

I can not believe this place has any good reviews every time I’ve been here it’s been a problem with the staff or food or ability to host and cater to our party, it seems as though some people and there parties are treated way better than others. The management doesn’t care and neither does corporate long as they are making some money. There are better restaurants with way better food prices and customer service they really act like it’s a big privilege to come eat there! We work hard for our money never again will I try this place.

We have been to this chain before in other markets and felt that we would have a good experience. We were not disappointed, Janaya was behind the bar and did a wonderful job, attentive, hardworking and knowledgeable of the menu and specials. We ordered the boneless wings and a fresh berry salad, very little wait and both are delicious. It was surprisingly crowded for a Monday but didn’t seem to slow things down. This chain has been great and we will continue supporting for sure.

The food was good and there were great specials which was nice. That being said, the only vegetarian 'options' on the menu are the Caesar side salad and the spinach artichoke dip- no vegetarian entrees. There is not even a vegetarian substitute for the burgers or any entrees that could effectively be modified for a vegetarian diet. If there were better vegetarian options, my partner and I would come here about once every two weeks but given that the menu is not accommodating (it's the 21st century!) there is no reason for us to return.

This was good. The buffalo chicken dip with awesome 😊 however the service was slow. We definitely set for a minute and watched other tables be set and served before someone even came to our table and I had to get up and say something. But the food was good in the end.

I wanted to see deGrom's first pitch in 13 months. The hostesses were wonderful in making sure I would see my game.i had a seat with the game in front if me. Mets list but Jacob deGrom pitched very well. I had to have fish and chips - $12.19 + tax. I rarely eat fried foods. I'm no connosieur but the food tasted great to me. Their salads looked good 'going by:. The beer on draft and in bottles was totally run of the mill. PBR...Bud Light, Dos Equis, Heineken are a few off the nenu. They serve a variety of Red Bull. Wine about the same, uneventful. The cocktail list had some interesting drinks. I think I was the only one watching sports. I would definitely go back to watch a game.

This place was very good. I was there late on a Friday night and it was empty. Food was awesome. Service was good as well.

First time at Kickback Jack's and would recommend to everyone!! The atmosphere was perfect and the wait staff were excellent!! My husband true the pizza and thought it was pretty good. I had boneless wings with sweet Thai chili sauce and onion petals. So good! Definitely will be going back!!
