Excellent place. The rooms are 5 stars quality, the food and the service fall short from excellent. The easy access to crack, cocaine and meth by either the bystanders or the tenants make you feel appreciated and well taken cared off. If you are feeling lonely and want to spend time , the hookers nearby would offer you the best bj or less than 10$ no teeth do. Strongly recommend family friendly and child tested.

Had room 105 bottom floor in front. Got there around 6pm and construction started around late evening when rode was closed off and didn't stop at all. $55 for room $5 key deposit for room unclean and noisy as all creations all night long. Best part was no bedbugs this time.

Trash. Sounded like someone was try to get into the room all night. Needless to say I didn't really fall asleep till ab.4 I the morning.

The curly haired guy who runs it is very rude... If you smoke crack this is a good choice, otherwise I recommend paying 10$ more to stay somewhere else. Roaches and bedbugs. If you take your shoes off your feet will turn black from the dirty floors.

Very reasonably priced and they also do weekly payments of $300. Very professional and friendly staff..clean and quiet. Only con is no wifi.

To be honest I think the budget inn has improved on so many levels including services rooms definitely price above all. Please give the hotel the chance to see they have truly improved on services! Thank u budget inn I appreciate the service.

Front desk clerk wasn't totally rude yet a bit unkind lacked customer service skills.

This place looks and feels like a prison. The mean Guy at the counter will yell at you if you need him to repeat himself due to the noise of 3 loud but empty out of order soda machines at the entrance next to the bullet proof metal slot in the cinder block wall you have to talk through. he will take forever with your ID in a back room . Prison like setting !! I'll attach photos . There's a cop 24 /7 in parking lot probably secretly running the license of those who check in . Why did the cleak take so long with my ID. I'm clean This place is criminally depressing. The owner should be sued for the blight in Durham this place creates . Not a single effort to make this place appealing visually. Let's all vote to have this place torn down. The owner never updated it since its hideous conception in the 60's . Just sickening experience this atmosphere . So many other nice beautiful hotels costing even cheaper then this one. Why I came here is because I didn't do the simple Google search to see the plethora of other hotel options in Durham .

Definably an hood hotel. If you are looking for cheap, this is the way to go. Otherwise than that its worth the money to stay elsewhere.

The lady at the desk was nice and the staff was nice but I saw 3 stink bugs the remote don’t work and had prob with my shower for a min but for a quick room it won’t to bad
