Was very excited to get established with them as my new doctor. Had a great experience at the first visit with the doctor that I saw but when it came time for my 2nd appointment, I had a last minute situation come up and called to let them know I couldn’t make it and the receptionist was very mean and not understanding at all. I understand no shows can be annoying but I am human. A $75 fee is such a warm welcome. When asked if it could be waived just one time nicely, I was given more attitude. It’s not what you say, it’s how you say it. Thanks a lot.

I had an issue with a tooth and called to setup an appointment. When I came in they schedule me for a very expensive root canal without confirming what tooth was the issue. Macy was inconsiderate and very rude about the situation. No one even looked in my mouth, they assumed what the problem was and demanded $800 or I could leave. Needless to say me and my family will be visiting a new dentist. Shame on you Hanosh & Hunter!!

I had an absolutely wonderful dental experience. I have a lot of anxiety surrounding my teeth and was nervous for my appointment. I'm so glad Kelly was my hygienist today. She was kind, informative, and gentle on my teeth. Dr. Scott was friendly and knowledgeable. I feel so much more comfortable knowing that I'll be taken care of here! The receptionists were all sweet and helpful. So happy I finally made an appointment!

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!! Horrible dentist. My wife has had several procedures that cost us a fortune that had to be redone due to them not doing an adequate job. Switched dentist and my daughter had to have teeth resealed as that wasn’t done properly either in less than a years time. Not sure if they do the poor work to create more revenue or if it’s simply incompetence? On top of that they are always canceling appointments due to double booking etc. We switched to Kremer Dental in Chico and couldn’t be happier. I just wish I could recoup my time and money wasted.

Roxana is the best hygienist I’ve ever had since my long-time favorite, Joni, retired from the other dental group I used to go to. The docs at H&H are great too. And I must mention Cindy, their front manager, who is the icing on the cake, so to speak. Pleasant, thorough, professional and so friendly! I am very grateful. Thank you!

Process is not very customer friendly, have to go online and fill out several pages of way too much information. Costs are extremely high, had a crown done and had to have it redone by someone else.
