I had a wonderful experience my first time dining out at Olive Garden with my family. I give the restaurant we ate at in Yuba City 5 stars! Everything was delicious from the free salad and bread sticks to the meal I ordered . It was all perfect! Not to mention the customer service was spectacular.

4-6-19 - The service was great today. I had one of the specials they had, chicken parmigiana (chicken was literally about 12 inches long), and my husband had the streak and Alfredo. I tasted the steak, and the seasonings were nothing to die for but was good, but the chicken was great. Service was wonderful, and the waitress/server (Amanda) made sure we had a free dessert to share for our anniversary. For an appetizer, we had the loaded pasta chips. They were pretty good as well. Kinda larger than I expected. I could have used that as a dinner plate, lol. 4-13-23 - Today's service was excellent. Our server was great about everything. He made sure our drinks were filled at all times. He came frequently to make sure everything was up to standards. He packaged up our leftovers perfectly. It was a great visit.

The olive garden restaurant is one of my favorite meals. I love pasta and white sauce, especially their fresh bread, you will really like it if you eat it. Not my favorite experience. The seaters were mocking a particular religious woman who came in to ask the wait time. Everything took forever. We finally got our drinks right before the food came out. Some of the food was a little cold, the salad was soggy. Just not what you'd expect from such a large chain.

Good food and excellent service. The only gripe was the room temperature. There was a draft and I was escorting two elderly friends. For them it was nippy. I would suggest asking for a table that is more towards the interior of the building or the bar area. They serve in the bar.

Chicken Marsala was delicious. Salad was nice and fresh. I was a little disappointed by the breadsticks. None of the three baskets we got were soft and warm. They were busy but our server did a fantastic job.

I had not been here in a long while, but it’s one of those places thats always the same, you know? I’m giving this place 5 stars mostly because of the service. Our waitress was so cool, she was a pretty person with a big smile and good energy. The kinda people I LOVE. We were kindly greeted and seated as soon as we walked through the door. As soon as we sat down we ordered our drinks and they were brought to us at the speed of light along with a salad and bread sticks. We ordered the Shrimp Fritto Misto for an appetizer and they came out HOT. I even told the girl, like wow are you guys always this fast? I was impressed. The salad was fresh, the bread was hot, and the appetizer was hot and crispy. I recommend you give that appetizer a try next time because it was good…. okay and the food came out quick and hot as well but at that point I was too stuffed to eat it and had to ask for a little box and take it home. I’m guilty of going HAM with the appetizers. Overall I give this visit a 10/10. If I end up going back in the future and they let me down I will update my review accordingly.

Ate here today with my GF and the food was superb! Our server was very professional and super nice! The food is awesome!

Friendly staff, took a bit to get a glass of water. Had to ask for service. We were greeted when we walked in, but not at bar area. We sat for about 10 min got served and it was not even crowded. At least the waiter was friendly. Clean location, soup and salad good, the dishes were very good. All in all very nice.

The endless soup, salad & breadsticks won me over! It's been at least 10 years, and it felt like it was the same. Consistency is so hard to find these days. Thank you for being the best!

Went there for a friend's birthday celebration and a week later with a big group of friends. Both times were wonderful. Our servers were great and the food was so worth the price. Can't wait to go back.

Tonight I was accidentally given the wrong order to go. Even though the receipt was correct, the food inside the bag was not. Which I did not discover until I got home. I went back to the restaurant and said what happened. Not only did the manager Vicky apologize for the mistake, she quickly got the correct order, but then went above and beyond! She also refunded the cost of the meal and gave us a $20 gift card!! I was blown away by the gesture. All I wanted was the correct order. Thank you so much!! ☺️☺️☺️☺️

I just had the soup n salad dish. I was real impressed by how good the Kale, sausage n potatoe soup was, wonderful flavor! The salad n bread sticks were good as always. I've always like the salad dressing, red onions and croutons. The bread sticks complement the meal off. My waitress was so sweet, her smell was my dessert.

The Olive Garden sure saved the day! I didn't much want to go all the way to Chico, but my old pal Blaster Irongate's daughter was having problems with one of her professors there at the Chico State. There's nothing I like better than being able to lend a hand to a struggling student, so I went all in. I'll tell you, nobody can top the Olive Garden for consistently great pasta, and no matter which location you dine at the food is always a 5 star item. Oh, and we set that professor straight, believe me because we put the fear of God into him, he'll be teaching his coarse and no longer teaching his viewpoints, that's for sure.

We went there for an early dinner on a weeknight. The place was empty but we were told it'd be a half hour wait for a table by the windows and only at the bar would we be able to sit right away. Because they had no servers. What?? UNBELIEVABLE. But we didn't want to wait so sat by the bar. A chicken pasta meal was 23 dollars!!!!! (Plus rax/tip) I mean we were not at the Ritz. We ordered it and shared it. It was pretty good. The chicken strips tasted kinda weird, sort of rubbery. The pasta was good though and the gal who served us was really good. In 1019 I learned olive garden removed my favorite dish from their menu and nothing else even comes close. So we hadn't been there since. I had hoped to see it back on the menu but no. So I won't go back.

Tonight we celebrated moms 74th birthday dinner at Olive Garden and we had Brandon A. As our server, he was excellent from the start, we couldn’t have asked for a better waiter! Thank you for making moms dinner more special and thanks for all you do! Thank you from your party of 7 that sat in the corner! You are greatly appreciated!

Love to eat here when I'm in Chico. The salad and bread sticks are the best. All their pastas are amazing and reasonably priced. The only thing that tops that is the service.

All of us Cousins there after a funeral for our 104 year old Aunt Tena. 11 of us showing up at 7:20pm with NO reservation. Only had to wait for a table large enough for our party approximately 5 minutes, enough time to wash our hands for dinner. GREAT service, as we were probably a bit confusing to the server. He was GREAT!!! AND we all needed that time at Olive Garden to sit down, have some wine & a delicious dinner. Thank you!!!

We found ourselves here recently for a family members birthday celebration. We were seated right away and the server was friendly, but they seemed a bit short staffed. I say this because it seemed like we had to wait a bit longer than usual in-between visits from our server. So drink glasses got a low, sometimes empty, and the endless pasta and bread sticks we ordered almost seemed inappropriately named. However, the company, the food, and the friendliness of our server all combined made it all worth the wait. The bread sticks were hot, the salad was cold and fresh, and the pasta was done just right. Overall it was a good experience and I would recommend a visit if you're in the neighborhood and mood for Italian inspired cuisine.

I eat here a few times a year. Everytime I do I receive great service and delicious food. Shout out to Arturo and Seth my past two servers who were informative on the drink and food selections, friendly plus they both serviced the table frequently. The pics of my food hardly convey how delicious they were.

Great waiter. The sauce for my chicken and shrimp carbonara was soupy. This used to be my favorite dish here, but the last several times I've been very disappointed. Great gnocchi soup!

We went to Olive Garden to celebrate my daughter's birthday. We haven't eaten out often since the covid lockdown. But, the meal here was great! Great food, great service, and happy we went there!

Some day I will remember to take a picture before we start eating. We had the best service!!. The food was fantastic. Don't forget to have the soups. Soup was so good we had seconds. We wanted more but then we would have been to full to eat the main dish.

The best all around. The food was awesome I havnt had good food like that in a very long time. The atmosphere was calm and quiet and the server was the best, he kept up on our drinks and lunch came fast. I couldn't ask for a better place to eat

Always a great experience every time. My family and I were seating quickly, and we're given a great table with a high chair for baby girl 🙏🏽👶🏼 best part is, we had a phenomenal server who was very polite and prompt with us throughout our entire meal. My Son came over to take me out to dinner & we decided on Italian but all the local places were about to close so we hit up the OG & it was pretty good.I got angel hair pasta,meat sauce, meatballs & Italian sausage.Don't get why people hate on this place; It's not "authentic" but still pretty damn good.And our server Christina was amazing

A great menu. The soup is excellent. I had a veggie meatball soup of some sort. My Shrimp Scampi was delicious. My girlfriend enjoyed her Shrimp Fettuccine Alfredo. Her salad was a family style portion served with tongs. The portions are very generous all around. The service was excellent, speedy and efficient. We had at least four different people visit our table, each of them providing quick and efficient service, ensuring we were never lacking and everything seemed to arrive as quickly as possible.
