So over priced! My other half ordered us salads for lunch, knowing how huge a typical restaurant salad is I asked for a half size one. At over 7$ I received a tiny side salad that was one handful of lettuce, a sprinkle of parmesean cheese and a few croutons with a tiny cup of dressing and an apple on the side. No meat, not a salad that takes more than 10 seconds to throw together. The ingredients were fresh. I know prices are rising but next time I'll just pay the same price and get a seafood Louie salad that's literally 3 times the size from Raleys.

Very overpriced. Ordered a full Caesar salad and it was a tiny portion with a very small amount of chicken and a lot of the greens were brown & wilted. The new chicken sandwich tastes extremely processed and very boring - would not recommend.

Corporate but one of my favorites, it actually earns 5 stars because of its menu. Plenty of healthy choices like salads, interesting sandwiches and beverages (coffee and teas that rivals another chain 🤔, at least in quality) and varied seating arrangements. Good parking, ADA compliant, Yada Yada Yada.

I ordered a bowl of soup (served in a carboard cup) and half sandwich on white bread. Total came to 17.00!! I will probably not be going back as there are so many cheaper places to eat. At Chillis, you can get a large cheeseburger, fries, salad or soup (served in real dining ware), and drink for 10.99. Why would i spend more for so much less?

This was my second time eating here, and i was kind of not expecting it to be very good. I was surprised though the food was actually really good, they recommended the soup and sandwich because i wanted to try both and i was not disappointed. The soup was delicious and a perfect serving along with the half sandwich. I ordered the broccoli and cheddar along with the chicken avocado sandwich and i couldn't put it down it was done in minutes. The bread was perfectly crunchy on the sandwich and the soup was nice and hot when i got it. The ladies working that day were very nice and explained the menu to me because i honestly had no clue about what i was going to order. The atmosphere is very quiet and dark and just overall nice to eat in. They have a cute little fireplace inside and a cool setup for ordering at machines.

We ate inside this time and it was fairly clean and not too busy. We got our food pretty quickly too. There's a lot of sandwhich options, I got a Chipotle chicken melt and it was very good! The cinnamon roll is a bit too sweet for my liking. But overall a good experience.

Came here for a writers meeting and the atmosphere was great! Enjoyed the seating, music, and interior design! Heard the food is amazing, I'll have to get something next time! Everything smelled wonderful though!

It was my first time at Panera. The staff was helpful and efficient. I had the Fuji Apple chicken salad, and a charged Lemonade. The salad had dried apples instead of fresh, which disappointed me. Maybe that's how they're supposed to be served. I'm not sure, but I would have liked the apples fresh. The charged lemonade was sour. I'd still go back tho. Try something different.

Waited 20 minute for a curbside pickup. Watched manager on duty stare us in the eyes waiting and close the blinds on us. Had to go in to pick it up only for it to not only be wrong but they forgot stuff. Unacceptable. Do not go here, they do not value your time or clearly their customers. The overweight older lady manager needs an attitude shape up badly too.

New to Panera love the atmosphere in the place. I didn't try the food but my daughter was hungry and so she wanted to try Panera Bread and she liked it. She ordered the flatbread cheese pizza, chicken noodle soup and mango smoothie. This Panera Bread cafe is in the Chico Square Marketplace. It was 730ish pm when ordered and they close at 9 the dining area/seating place was not clean which was disappointing because we dined in probably short staffed or something but we dined in anyway. The customer service was great they were very friendly and had good vibes you know...anyway thank you Panera my daughter enjoyed the food!😊👏

Picked up dinner for the family. Everyone enjoyed it. A less than 10 min wait. I marked four stars because there was no bicycle parking out front. I also gave it 3 stars for atmosphere because I am still confused whether this place is supposed to be a fast food, cafe or a sit and dine restaurant. For the price of $16 per person and nice indoor and outdoor seating it feels like a restaurant. But the drive thru makes it feel like a fast food joint.

The absolute WORST service that I have ever had at a Panera bread. First the attitude of the person at the register was absolutely atrocious and somehow it we were imposing upon them by coming in almost 40 minutes before they closed and we’re ordering food. We were told that they were out of just about everything. But I think the actual reason was is that they were trying to clean up and leave by 9 o’clock not shut down the store by 9 o’clock. Then someone else told us that they didn’t want to make us feel rushed but that they were closing in 20 minutes so they packed our stuff in a bag because they wanted to leave again at 9 o’clock rather than stop serving food at 9 o’clock. I haven’t reviewed a restaurant since I had Covid because it wouldn’t be fair to give out bad reviews when my tastebuds are messed up. However, I went to this Panera with two people whose tastebuds were working fine and they agreed with me that the food wasn’t good. The chicken sandwich and mac and cheese tasted bad. It was all cold because the wait took forever—and the place wasn’t busy by any means. This was a disappointing experience.

This was my 1st and very last time that I will ever come to Panera Bread. Not only are the prices outrageous, I ended up just ordering a bowl of chicken noodle soup ($9.00). On my second spoon full, I pull out a curly hair. So I take it up to the counter and I'm told to go up front for my refund. The team manager asks me what it was and then she hands me my $9.00. She never apologized, asked if there might be something else that I would like to have or anything else. The tables were dirty and it wasn't even that busy.

Not Great.. On my last and only visit, the person who took my order seemed annoyed and not at all welcoming. I had the macaroni and cheese and the new chicken sandwich. They were out of lettuce so it was just the sauce.. some cheese crouton things and the very dry chicken. Additionally, we ordered 2 cups of Mac and cheese, 2 drinks and a croissant.. it came up to over $30. Seems very expensive and overall not great for the quality (tastes very processed and like it just came out of the microwave after being in a freezer for months) the only positive was the croissant which I loved, hence, two stars.

Delicious food! I love the broccoli cheese soup. Their roll that comes with it is yummy. Napa Valley sandwich I can recommend, and also the passion flower green tea. Everything I have had there is good!

Some of the food I enjoyed was dropped from there menu. I also couldn't get the bagel I wanted to save my life. I went 3 times in a row and they were always out. There were times I ordered there soup (which I love) drive all the way home, which is the next town over, and find out the bread and stuff that comes with the soup, was not on the bag. They never told me anything. So all that was in my bag was soup. No sides, no spoon, napkins, no nothing. I have not been back. Add that to the fact that the lady taking my order was VERY rude, I doubt that I will ever go back. Which is sad to me because I'm going through treatment right now and there soup really helps my stomach. But oh well, I will have to find somewhere else to go.

I’ve held out posting this as long as I could but my last order of a CHICKEN sesame salad was missing the chicken… It’s literally a 50/50 chance if my order is going to be missing something, a dressing, a topping of the salad, butter for the bread. I think it’s likely they’re understaffed or something and I really want them to be legit but they’re just not, a lot of the time. Not legit, so I’m gonna have to quit.

Honestly, panera is very hit and miss. There are times where the food is good and I usually am OK afterwards. But then there have been a few times where I've had their food or coffee and within a few hours was not feeling very well. Also it's disappointing how expensive they are and how little portions they give you. Up in Redding, they have a place that's comparable called from the hearth. And I would say the portions and quality of food is little better. I really wish chico would get a from the hearth

The food is really fresh and good. If you haven't been to a Pantera for a while, you order on the computers near the front door. Hopefully you won't have any questions as no staff is around . On my order, they were out of chocolate chip cookies. I accepted a substitute rather than have the inconvenience of getting a refund. Now that I know the process of ordering, it's not an issue, and if you are under 30 years old, it's routine I'm sure 😉

The lady in the drive-through was very rude didn’t respond to anything or listen when we were ordering. For the past month.also been out of almost anything to include bacon bread all of it and it’s been very inconveniencing for everybody. I come here all the time and the past month. I’ve been very disappointing to the point where I feel like I just shouldn’t come back if it is very expensive and I understand that but for the price I’m paying I expect a good customer service and that is not what I’ve been receiving.

My kids and I were celebrating, so my son offered to buy us lunch. We all had great, healthy food and drinks to satisfy us.(Went through the pay kiosk inside.)
