This location is one of the best, but also busiest in the area! (Avoid Saturday’s if possible) I’ve luckily had the app since they came out with it, so I always order on there, and this place has the speedy drive through exclusive to app users. And of course they have a little play area for the kids inside. The inside is actually less busy than the drive through most of the time. It’s also super convenient for a post Target or Home Depot shopping trip.

Seriously. I realize there is shortages and the world is a little off at the moment. But can I ask what I paid for? No eggs and hardly anything in this bowl! Quality assurance needs to happen. So disappointed in your store today!

Review update: 2023 They are doing a remodel so the drive thru was packed, but the express lane was pretty empty. I'm not sure if there was a mix up, but it took a while to get my order (chicken sandwich, fries, and mac). I will probably go other locations till this one is back fully operational when I'm in the area... My only complaint about this location is the drive-thru express lane. You have to drive around the building to get in the lane and, if you're not familiar with the area, you don't know to turn into the parking lot before the restaurant to skip the normal drive thru madness... On a high note, the new Autumn Spice shake is delicious and was worth the wait!

This is the worst Chick-fil-A I go to by far. The only reason I keep returning is because my daughter loves the play area, but it usually smells horrible. They appear to have like 50 people working the drive thru and 1 person handling business inside. The floors are always messy and tables are rarely wiped down. I even had another mom tell my wife during our recent visit that she rarely brings her kids to this location because of how dirty it is. The managers seem to just ignore customers and let the sole cashier handle everything. I wish corporate would come in and straighten this place out.

My car had broken down in the drive thru and my engine was shot. Luckily the very nice manager Daniel was there to help me out immediately. He took the time out of his day to jump my car and he gave us free food. I highly recommend going to this Chick-Fil-A, thank you Daniel again!

Mobile ordered food while on break for work (I only get 30 min) there were only 3 cars in line when I pulled up. But they told me I had to park while they made my food. I proceeded to wait in my car for 15 minutes in the parking lot. By then 20 mins had already past. I was going to be late waiting for my food so I went inside. THEY LITERALLY HADN’T EVEN MADE IT YET! I was told by a manager that I’d have to wait 7 more minutes while they worked on my food. I mobile ordered breakfast 15 minutes before it was over, yet they were fulfilling lunch ordered at this point. I had no choice but to accept a refund (that I’m still waiting on) and leave the restaurant empty handed. I starved for the rest of my shift. What is the point of mobile ordering if you’re going to keep me waiting? There was no rush. They weren’t busy. This has happened multiple times at this location where I have to wait in the parking lot for a mobile order. But this is the first time I was forced to leave empty handed. This location is just too inconsistent for me.

I’m so disappointed with the quality of this location in the past few months. The sodas I have ordered have been a less than ideal mixture of syrup to CO2 ratio, they have been giving me regular instead of diet soda (this is a big deal at the $2.60 price for it to not be right), I ordered chocolate sauce on the ice cream and that was missing this time, and the quality of chicken nuggets varies greatly. The photo below is of the two 5-piece kids meals I bought, both are in the same order. How can chicken look so different when it’s the same day? The darker chicken has almost 90% breading on it. Nothing like the other chicken from the other meal. I am so frustrated at spending money here and not getting the consistency that I get at other locations.

Not sure if the guy taking our order was new or not but my family and I was excited about trying the new grilled spicy chicken sandwich, however when we got home we received the regular chicken sandwich kind of disappointing. UPDATE: I have been calling this location for the last week to have my issue resolved but I keep getting hung up on. After being told to reach out to them, My very first call someone answered, told me she couldn’t pull up my account and that she would call me back the next day to credit my app or give me a gift card… NEVER CALLED BACK!! at this point I just won’t be going back to this location.

Very disappointed with chick fil a tonight. Got home and was missing 2 sandwiches and got 3 strips instead of 12 and 8 nuggets. Normally spot on with orders but not tonight. Looked like the kids were more interested in holding up the walls instead of checking accuracy of orders.

Great food but service indoors is slow. Still catering to drive thru people, even though dining room is open. I think they are hurting a little by having to hire and train new people. Things should improve soon ( be like they were before the pandemic)

Found a fly in my fries. The last time I went here I got sick after. Not coming back to this location now.

So, this was my first time to a Chick-fil-A and I gotta say, that sandwich lives up to the hype. For fast food (and I do mean fast) I don't know if you can find a better chicken sandwich.

It's Chick-fil-A, what else do you need know? A+ If cfa ran the world we would all be in a better place . Drive thru is always fast and crews always friendly , kid Matt at the counter was super helpful. Where do I get one of those robo trash compactors for my house ?

We had the chicken strips and waffle fries, which were excellent as always. But the real treat was the seasonal peppermint shake with chocolate chips which was absolutely delicious!

HANDS DOWN THE BEST SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD!!!!! manager drove the missing food from my order to my house 10 miles away from the store to hand deliver it to me for my daughter. gave me coupons for five free meals. Did all of this without question or hesitation when i called to let me know i was missing the food. Wish all restaurants would take cues from Chick-fil-a on how to take care of customers.

The restaurant is very clean, staff is helpful and courteous, and the best chicken biscuit around! Love this place, thank you to all the people who work there and make it a great experience!!

This is the worst Chik Fil A in the Raleigh/Wake Forest area. The chicken CHEWY and is never CRISPY and the batter is watered down and always taste like it's barely cooked. I don't know if it's because of the terrible location, and their urgency to get people through the line faster to avoid traffic jams, but the chicken here is just not good and it is a last resort for our family when trying to get food in the area. When I have the time I drive past this location to get food from the Rogers Rd. Location despite the 20 minutes of extra travel time.

We enjoy going to chic-fil-A. My son loves the play area. Even though it is a bit of a drive fir us we still enjoy coming there. The employees are genuinely nice and considerate. They are very helpful. They make you feel that they appreciate you coming to their eating establishment. Will always be one of our choice eating places.

I just paid $25. For 2 sandwiches and 2 drinks!!! Left out ranch for wrap, fries, and salt and pepper. 2:40 in the afternoon??? No excuses!! Usually much better

The staff is very kind and friendly! Excellent service! This Chick-fil-A location is fantastic! My order is always correct, the employees remember all of the sauces I want, and the meal is always fresh and hot. No matter how busy the restaurant is, the staff is always polite and patient. I've never had a poor experience at this location. The chicken is always wonderful and cooked to perfection! The crew always works hard to get you through the drive-thru queue as quickly as possible.

Well we decided to eat inside today was very clean not crowded. Good service if you don't like the lines. Park your car and go sit inside. Very nice 🙂

Forgot I was at Chic-Fil-A. Customer service was non-existent. 15 minutes in line to get pushed to park for another 10 minutes. Never got our 2 items. I went inside...section leader Luis looked like a deer in headlights and offered no help. Effectively 30 minutes wasted there for nothing. Frustrating because while the food is mediocre usually the service is top-notch. It also looked like the other folks pushed to park were forgotten as we all took turns walking inside to get our orders settled.

This fast food is excellent. However, the way they expanded the lot to accomodate 3 lanes of traffic, why did they have to put in curbs to keep us from leaving with our meal when the dude on the car in front of us ordered catering for 100 and is taking forever to be served? Two words that make it worthwhile, though... chicken minis.

Very good fries, but the breaded chicken is weird. Kind of doesn’t have a good crunch, if you want crunchy nuggets go to Wendy’s. Other than that it’s really good. Their Polynesian and signature Chick-Fil A sauce is superb.

Always fast and always courteous. This is one of the best Chick-filas I’ve been to and I’ve been to many of them. The very few times I had a problem with a drive thru order they immediately made it right. Outstanding place.

I go at least once a week through the drive thru. The service is always so fast. No matter how long the lines are, there is always plenty of staff to make the line go really smoothly. Food is always great!!

I’ve been on here a lot lately. Today was a little bit slow, but I’m sure that happens every now and then. I tried the breakfast for the first time, and I really got some good help during the ordering because I had no idea what they had. All in all it was a great experience.

New to the area and happy to know this chick fli a is amazing. Staff is on it whether it’s drive through or pick orders. Staff are hustling with customers and making sure the restaurant is clean! And I think the staff have a good time working together!

We stopped during the lunch rush and as expected, our food was hot, freshly made and delicious. The staff was awesome and helpful. Made sure we had everything we needed before we walked out with our food as we were ordering it to go.

Went thru drive-thru Sat afternoon, line moved pretty good, order correct, make sure you request condiments because none were added to the bag like mustard or mayo o/w not bad. They do seem to have a pretty good system worked out.

I'm known for my Reviews and this man was the definition of professional.. even in the rain. I asked him his name and made sure I put the "M" considering there are two of them. Awesome Job!!!
