Sehr chic ! Gepflegt, sauber und schön angelegt! Einige exotische Bäume und Skulpturen. Es ist immer wieder ein Highlight, hierher zu kommen. Gut geeignet für Footaufnahmen oder einfach nur zum Verweilen. Es gibt einige Parkbänke und auch einige schattige Plätze. Immer gut besucht, aber es findet sich innerhalb des Parks immer noch eine ruhige Ecke.

Wir waren dort Jetzt im Dezember und es war zwar schön aber ich denke im Sommer wäre das noch viel schöner gewesen. Der Japanische Garten befindet sich in einem Park mit mehreren Abschnitten.

This place is a must visit if passing in the area! Everything about this place is so beautiful. I’ve been to a lot of gardens in Europe but this is something else. Perfect for an evening stroll & plentiful of space/benches to sit down around the garden. Highly recommend! 👍

This is a lovely park to relax, make a picnic or just go for a stroll. They have pretty bonsai(less, but very pretty) and also a mini version of waterfall. A pond which has fishes(I think it was the Japanese fish 'Koi'. You might also find some groups of youngsters dressed up for cosplay,.which I loved. This park is internally connected to Nord park which is also a huge one and has small interesting areas.

Lovely area within Düsseldorf's otherwise uninspiring Nord Park. Japanese maples and a small lake with some big Koi Carp make this a spot where one could happily spend some time (if it's not raining!).

It is very nice park to visit. You can enjoy with your children or pets for playing. Also there are Japanese taste garden so you can enjoy the atmosphere as well.

The garden is on the small side and seems dropped there because it must have been placed somewhere. Also, because of the size and placement, it can be easily missed. The place is pretty quiet and calm. At the time of my visit, the waterfall was not working, breaking a bit the whole theme of the garden, which says that it is a place where humans can reconnect with nature. Except some nicely trimmed trees, the main attraction seem to be the ducks and the koi fishes.

Das ist ja echt ein kleines Juwel in Düsseldorf. War auf der Messe und durch Zufall den kleinen Garten entdeckt. Schön gepflegt und ruhig um etwas zu entspannen. Nicht so toll fand ich das jugendliche mittags mit lauter Musik Pause machten ... und sehr laut waren. Ein solcher Garten sollte dann doch zur Erholung dienen für alle ...

Not enough areas to cover. Frankly speaking, if I had read the reviews before I went, I wouldn't have wasted my time in the park. There is a aqua park which closes at 6pm and the ticket is around 10euros per adult. We weren't on time to go inside so we just roamed in the park. Half of the google pics are fake so you are going to be disappointed.

The Japanese Garden is gorgeous. Please consider though, that it isn't very spacious. It is a small pond with Japanese stone lanterns and various bushes and trees. Outside of the Japanese Garden but within the Nordpark, some magnolia and cherry blossom trees are to be found and worth a short detour.

Extra nach Düsseldorf gefahren um den japanischen Garten zu sehen. Möglicherweise war es die falsche Jahreszeit, dennoch habe ich viel mehr Merkmale bezogen auf "traditionell" Japanisch gehofft. Mehr als ein paar Bonsaibäume sowie ein Teich mit entsprechender Dekoration ist leider nicht vorhanden. Das Highlight war der über jahrhundert alte Nuckel, der vermutlich nicht ansatzweise so viel Anerkennung bekommt wie er verdient. Nächstes Mal flieg ich direkt nach Japan. Aber ohne Witz, sehr klein und lumbig gehalten :(

Beautiful garden with lots of walking trails. We were really disappointed that there weren’t more displays or a Torii gate. It was impossible to find the shrine that we saw on the Google images. We walked around so much of the park and never saw it or any signs leading to it. Very well maintained and clean so it was a beautiful walk.

I love it here. All the cosplayers and the great atmosphere is just phenomenal. Even tho, these people sometimes can be a bummer.
