One
of
the
very
few
"sand
beach"
in
Düsseldorf.
The
ticket
of
4.5€/day
grants
access
to
the
area,
too
expensive
for
the
place
imo.
There's
plenty
of
space
on
the
grass,
but
very
limited
on
the
sand;
after
noon
it
will
be
almost
impossible
to
find
a
spot
near
the
water.
There
are
two
restaurants
and
chairs
to
hire,
plus
beach
volley
court
and
ping
pong
table.
The
bathrooms
are
clean,
at
least
during
the
morning.
The
main
drawback
is
that
it
will
get
very
loud
and
messy,
so
a
great
place
to
go
for
fun
with
kids
or
friends,
not
that
good
for
relax.
If
you
want
relax
then
better
go
just
at
10am
when
it
opens.
Buying
the
ticket
online
is
advisable
to
go
through
the
quick
queue.
