1st of all: this is NOT a hotel. It is an OLD house in the residential street and it does NOT have a free parking, since you can just park on the street (IF there is space). Money wise-NOT worth it! Like 1 commenter before already said-if you have a few extra euros, just go and book an *actual* hotel! To top it off-the person who "greeted" us, was the rudest person we have ever met. We left and checked into a real hotel. DON'T DO IT!

The owner was a bit confused as soon as we tried change a double bed room for a single person to use a double bed room for two people with shower. Yes, there is a possibility to get a room without a shower and toilet. In case you can't get one... Don't worry there are lockable bathrooms and restrooms in the corridor. The hotel has aged badly, at least the room I was in. The walls are thin as japanese rice paper and it's kinda funny to join in on conversations of the neighbor rooms. The beds are okay. But this is mainly subjective because I like harder mattresses. Most rooms have a balcony where smokers can go out. There is WiFi. But sadly the hotelowners handwriting was so unidentifiable that I can't say anything about speeds or if it works. In a nutshell: 49€ a night Mid to low tier cleaness An old tv WiFi Towels are things you will get.

The host was very hostile towards us from the beginning. It was cold in the hotel and we found heating turned off in our room every time we came back. Bathroom is not very clean looking and shower is broken. Breakfast were horrible. The host also shouted on me for asking to let me in at half past ten.

Very strange hotel, no reception, not clean and the stuff in the room are very old. But quiet! 😀

Very convenient location near to D-rath and rather broich stations. The owner was very helpful, and accommodating and changed our room to downstairs as we had bikes that needed to be stored inside. The rooms are relatively basic, but for the best price I could find we had a TV, our own bathroom and direct access to the garden. We enjoyed our stay very much!

Its OK but you can barely call it a hotel, also the bathroom is for share and even using the shower costs extra

I'm disappointed, I waited half an hour to get in, because they weren't clear who I and my girlfriend were. She came at 6 o'clock and woke me up because the car wasn't parked properly, even though it was in front of the hotel, I wasn't blocking it nothing. She is an old woman with many gender problems

IT IS A SCAM! You pay via credit card in advance and they demand additional cash payment when you arrive. The reception looks like an old living room and everything smells disgusting. The receptionist speaks no German or English and is very unfriendly and scary and refuses to find any solution when there is a problem. The most rotten place I have ever seen in my entire life. You will regret booking there. Unfortunately I cannot rate 0 stars.
