Underground
service
My
assessment
after
1.5
years
(training
3-4x/week):
Nice
studio,
terrible
service.
There
is
a
lack
in
every
corner
and
it
is
continually
getting
worse.
Here
are
a
few
excerpts:
-
Sauna:
The
second
sauna
is
closed
90%
of
the
time,
when
it
is
on
this
does
not
follow
any
pattern.
The
bar
there
is
occupied
a
maximum
of
once
a
week
for
a
few
hours.
The
scents
for
the
infusions
are
constantly
empty
and
are
only
refilled
after
repeated
requests
from
customers.
Some
magazines
are
6
months
old
or
older.
Generally
extremely
neglectful
treatment
of
the
sauna.
-
Courses
are
regularly
canceled
(Functional,
Hyrox
weights).
Crossfit
(which
costs
extra)
is
now
the
expensive
alternative.
To
book
courses,
you
have
to
set
your
alarm
(no
exaggeration),
as
they
are
fully
booked
within
a
few
minutes
5
days
in
advance.
-
Equipment
such
as
Terra
bands,
which
you
use
to
train
regularly,
suddenly
disappear
and
are
only
used
for
personal
training,
out
of
fear
of
theft
(deposits
would
also
be
possible,
but
instead
you
are
indirectly
accused
of
stealing
them).
-
Dumbbells
and
plates
are
never
in
order
-
Cleanliness
and
dust
are
clearly
in
need
of
improvement.
The
mills
paint
slowly
anyway:
a
water
bottle
that
someone
forgot
was
once
left
around
for
over
8
weeks
before
it
was
put
away.
A
shower
was
broken
for
at
least
6
months.
-
Drinks
included:
crane
water,
that's
it.
-
Opening
hours:
Arbitrary
changes
to
opening
hours
on
public
holidays
that
are
not
even
published
on
the
website.
If
you're
lucky,
you'll
find
them
on
social
media.
-
Agreements:
You
have
the
feeling
that
no
one
in
the
team
talks
to
each
other.
While
one
says
this,
the
other
says
something
different.
For
example,
I
was
always
able
to
pay
for
my
drinks
by
direct
debit,
but
suddenly
they
say
this
option
has
been
"forbidden"
by
the
boss
for
a
long
time.
-
Music:
Individual
songs
often
play
in
a
continuous
loop,
sometimes
you
can
listen
to
advertising
clips
on
YouTube.
Music
often
stops
playing
until
customers
point
it
out.
-
There
is
never
a
trainer
on
the
area
who
would,
for
example,
give
feedback
or
be
approachable
in
case
of
incorrect
execution.
There
is
only
one
person
at
reception.
-
Something
is
always
going
on:
sauna
infusion
is
broken,
turnstiles
are
broken,
treadmills
keep
turning
off,
showers
are
broken
-
With
the
exception
of
two
personal
training
sessions,
no
fitness
services
are
included
that
are
a
given
in
other
studios
in
this
price
range
(training
diagnostics,
etc.).

Friendliness
mixed:
Some
employees
are
friendly,
others
don't
even
say
hello.
-
Resistance
to
criticism:
Criticisms
are
not
really
taken
into
account,
as
can
be
seen
in
the
sloppy
responses
to
negative
reviews
here
on
Google.

Opening
hours:
The
doors
are
locked
1
hour
before
the
end
of
the
opening
hours.
It
doesn’t
matter
if
you
just
want
to
jog
for
10
minutes
or
something
else.
If
you
knock
and
are
very
lucky,
you
will
be
warned
by
the
staff
and
may
be
allowed
in
as
an
exception
-
maybe.
But
also
not.
The
worst
thing
about
it
is
that
despite
the
high
price
(90
euros
per
month)
you
are
treated
like
a
supplicant.
Advantages
of
this
studio:
It
is
quiet
and
cozy.
The
studio
has
enormous
potential,
but
unfortunately
it
is
run
in
such
a
way
that
I
cannot
recommend
it
to
anyone.
Especially
with
the
high
price
of
90
euros
per
month,
service
MUST
be
scored,
but
unfortunately
this
is
no
different
from
that
of
FitX.
The
entire
dissatisfaction
is
also
spreading
among
other
customers.
The
only
thing
that
speaks
for
me
in
favor
of
this
studio
is
its
proximity
to
my
home.
