We always liked coming here to play badminton, but we have now looked for an alternative because the parking lot is no longer free. It has to be said that the badminton prices are €22/hour. are already quite high, you can actually expect a free parking space (at least for guests who play with you and pay money)!

Unfortunately, the bowling alley is getting old. Saturday night disco bowling is really fun when the alley is working properly. Our track failed several times and we lost time and our games. Of course, our colleagues gave us a little more time, which was very good. We were there with several people and had a lot of fun. The selection of drinks is OK and the prices are OK for such an evening (in a slightly higher price segment). The bowling balls are heavy balls. They could also provide light bullets, which would be better for some players. The service is mostly nice. It's a shame that the railway has never been renewed for so many years. It might be time for an upgrade if prices like that take place. Shortcoming: The bowling alleys are in old lanes. That's why the trains break down every now and then. Conclusion: If you want to spend a fun evening with the group, you're in good hands here. The service is nice. The prices are in a high segment. As well as food and drinks and the train. An hour of bowling costs €38 without shoes. The shoes are priced at €3 a pair.

Very bad experince We ordered a tennis place online but found someone else booked that place as well. Then i went to the reception for help. The lady came to us 15mins later and confirm ed that its was a system bug which means there were 2 places double booked. She and her manager did a huge apologize to another group and rude to us even we asked help firstly. I didnt hear any sorry from them Such a rasist. I really see what the difference is. If i recorded it. Will ask my lawyer to do somthing All the anwers from the team is like all wrong from the customer 😃

Sports World Cosmo. This sports facility is huge and offers countless activities. From a fitness studio, indoor/outdoor tennis courts, padel tennis, laser tag, squash, mini golf, VR experience, billiards, darts, badminton, bowling, cage football, beach volleyball, climbing and much more. everything is there. So everyone can find a good activity here. There is also a large free parking lot and an outdoor terrace to sit comfortably and have a drink. Great place for adventure and sports enthusiasts.

It’s inside sport facility. It’s easy to book online. I sometimes play the football with friends. And you also can play the bowling. Parking lot is enough. It’s good place to go with your family and friends

we come here to bowl from time to time. The general experience is okay. Last time when we booked the bowling from the website, at the check-out, we selected the breakfast, the bowling and paid online. When we got there on time for bowling, we were informed that we are not allow to have our breakfast with bowling.(although the buffet was in the same location and eating was not forbidden in the bowling area) And the breakfast buffet won't open until the time when we finished. We suggested to exchange the breakfast to price equivalent snacks, got refused. Staff and managers offered no help, no refund, no compensation, most importantly they were just clarifying how they are not in the fault and did not even try to come up with a solution with us. The mood for bowling was of course ruined. It was very disappointed.

It is a nice place but very far from the city center. It is appreciated they accept Urban Sports.

All activities are quite sufficient and the employees are helpful. they just definitely need to do something about the ventilation. There is a serious ventilation problem, especially in the lasertag area.

Lovely place to spend sometime when it’s raining and wet outdoors. Kids enjoyed bowling, air hockey and some video games. Some employees could do with being a little bit nicer. Toilets needs some attention and cleaning.

Very nice facility. We played bowling here. You can also use VR, billiards or various slot machines there. We got our own drinks as we were a very large group. The pizza there was also great. We will be back

The facility is not the most modern, there was no bowling ball that suited me (8L). The fun wasn't neglected, the service was super friendly. We will definitely test the other offers as well. Parking is now chargeable.

Astonished by very low prove for Laser tags. Super place to send kids for 2-3 hours. No need to be in the group. Kids playing with random people. Bowling also in same building. Fun for while family guaranteed 🤣. One is bad. Artifical light mke bit tired after a while. They also have dining options. No parking problems.

Went Bowling with a group of friends and we made a reservation online. Since it was during the week, it wasn’t crowded and we had a great time. Also ordered drinks during the Bowling Session. Overall had a good time.

We had ordered the train and mentioned when ordering that we might want to extend it. Now we were here, ordered food, which of course takes time to finish and now we wanted to extend it. But it didn't work because people were already standing and wanted to play. We were still playing! When it was over we were literally chased away with our drinks and food because the next game was already starting. Absolutely unprofessionally planned. You should plan at least a 15 minute buffer so that you can pack your things, pay and the seats can be cleaned by the staff. Doesn't work at all. Neither for the customers who are there, nor for those who booked next, nor for the staff who can't keep up with their work. So 2 stars. Because quick service doesn't happen quickly because people are completely overwhelmed

The place itself is amazing, a lot of choices, and all clean But im afraid that i have to leave only 1 star, since the lady at the frontdesk ( Monday, from 5 pm to 10 pm at least) is not a person who should take care of greeting customers and do customer service. She was not able to say proper hi from the beginning. Happens, when someone is exhausted with work But I forgot my stuff after using the place, and i had to call center 4 times to talk And when i asked her if she found anything by badminton place her answer was „ we dont check every single corner . No „ Thats it. It takes 3 min to get to badminton spot. I had to come myself cuz she was not someone i could expect to look for stuff from customer I hope director of this place checks this review and make a new instruction to the worker :)

It does have quite a big selection of sports. Could be better maintained but best option around Dusseldorf.

Then when you are closing, if there is anyone whos checking up before close can you ask the person to check it?“ „Ok“ —- „ when do you close?“ „ 1 actually but its possible to close at 12 because there isnt much going on“ Yeah and? We reserved 2 bowling alleys because we were 7, but they only reserved one for us and when we got there they said they didn't have another one free even though at the telephone they said our reservation was completed.. The thing is that the limit for players per alley is 6, so one of us didn't get to play.. Also later we asked for a little bit more time, about 15 minutes in order to finish our game but they said that the alley was reserved for the next group so we didn't finish it.. We were regulars there but I don't think we will go again.. Also the service experience is not really good at general..

DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME BY GOING HERE !! at the entrance it was already a red flag we waited a long time at the service counter while employees just stand there. an employee joined but immediately walks towards other customers while we have not yet been helped and we were there before. finally helped employee asks for qr code, we had all been tested but the man made it difficult and so unfriendly and demanded a vaccination certificate while it is literally indicated that we can enter with test. very bad and unfriendly people!! Never again not worth a star

I kniw this place for almost twenty years, always something new, pretty OK restaurant, all kinds of Sport...football, tennis, badminton, climbing...and many more. Obviously also Bowling....

Good sporting options but the lights need to improve

Good place to hang out with friends and play sports as a group. They have 12 different sports including football, badminton, squash, bowling, snooker etc.

I go there regularly to play indoor soccer and always leave happily. Indoor courts are always well-maintained, and the changing rooms are pretty clean. You can also go there for bowling or playing laser tag. At the end, you can chill in the bar while getting a couple of drinks with the view of the soccer fields.

Visited the bowling lane with friends. It was a great experience. Location wise, only bus connectivity is there from hbf. Car owners can find ample parking though.

A nice place for plaing Bowling and Billiard 🎱 there are also possibilities for playing tennis if you book the field before. The price was good, but equipments were a bit old! Since we were there at weekend, it was a bit crowded.

Terrible service of the bar. Unfriendly and emotional react. Destroyed our holiday and kids were all confused why the Mr was so Unfriendly.... 😕 Terrible!

Its fun but beware! If you come with a group of more than 10 you cant order the normal menu food. Only limited options. Even if there is no one else there. If you are a larger group, pretend to be 2 separate and you can order. Makes sense right? *facepalm*

I loved the place, has many activities. I did not like the indoor football fields, there is no space for corner or out. So if you run too fast you can hit a wall.

Service in the catering industry is zero. Friends of ours planned a children's birthday party with 6 children and 6 adults. It was overlooked that you can actually only book 10 places online. After consulting over the phone that we needed two more places, we were told that there was no problem and that we could make an exception. After bowling, we went to the snack bar, where the restaurant manager greeted us rudely and said that he only had a reservation for 10 seats and that he would only take one order for 10 people. After we explained that it had been clarified over the phone, he slapped the reservation slip on the table and said there were only 10 on it and that we should be considerate of the kitchen because there were supposedly over 200 people still waiting for their food. Instead of saying that maybe something went wrong internally when it was passed on, he let us show up and only 10 people could actually order. Two children only had one fries, but were also counted as 2 people. The bad thing about the whole thing is that it was already around 2 p.m., it was getting emptier and at some point we saw this manager sitting at the bar and watching a bit of TV. When there are supposedly 200 people still waiting for their food, as a manager you can't have that much time, can you? He just wanted to insist on his rights and let two people look into the matter instead of making everything possible for his guests because of two people who also pay his salary. This means that not only will we no longer go out to eat there, but we will no longer be able to enter the entire sports area. The catering industry still seems to be doing well if you behave like this towards your guests. We couldn't go anywhere else with the children now. And that was shamelessly exploited. So be careful where and with how many people you celebrate. I wouldn't do it here again until you're standing there with your children. It should be a nice and relaxing day for everyone. You should keep in mind the following: In this case, only two people were rejected, but the damage that results is much greater.

After one of my fantastic throws our lane was canceled. After I relayed this information to the staff, we still had to wait 9 minutes, 25 seconds and 45 milliseconds for just that. Our lost time was not reimbursed. Otherwise, our experience was actually stable!
