Booked
a
family
Christmas
meal
this
evening
at
the
Red
Lion
@
Brafield
and
was
very
disappointed
with
the
service.
When
we
arrived,
we
were
told
that
3
starters,
2
mains
and
1
dessert
weren’t
available.
We
ordered
some
drinks
and
these
sat
on
the
end
of
the
bar
until
we
had
to
ask
for
them
to
brought
to
our
table.
Each
course
took
ages
to
arrive
and
I
had
to
ask
for
the
empty
glasses
to
be
taken
away,
it’s
not
like
the
3
girls
at
the
bar
were
busy
as
they
found
plenty
of
time
to
chat.
We
ordered
desserts
and
were
then
told
they’d
just
sold
out
of
brownie.
Finally,
we
couldn’t
have
a
latte
as
they
had
no
milk!!
I
asked
to
speak
to
the
manager
as
I
didn’t
think
it
was
acceptable
that
so
many
things
were
unavailable.
She
came
over
to
the
table
with
such
an
attitude
and
was
very
defensive
at
everything
I
had
to
say.
She
did
remove
items
from
the
bill,
however
we
won’t
be
rushing
back
if
that’s
how
your
pub
is
managed.
