Bought a lovely expensive ring service was excellent until I collected it. Presentation of my new ring very poor the guy that dealt with me started ripping apart a rolled up bubble wrap only to discover my ring was in there, it should have been put in its box and then presented to me last impressions are really important

I ordered wedding rings and the order been canceled without letting me know so i have to get married with no RINGS!!!! NEVER BUY AGAIN!!!!!

They do not have qualities, prices are very high and the quality is similar with those of £ 30. And I asked within 2 days to change my wedding ring and it tells me that it is useful to change, I did not have to put it on. It turns out that he lost the money ..

I stopped using Ernest Jones 14 years ago due to appaling service, and poor quality jewellery. My 18 year son went into the Northampton branch without me knowing and was hard sold a £250 watch. Decided after a couple of hours that he did like the watch and wanted to exchange for a different one. Well, you now have another generation that wont be using your store. Point blank, no, we will not exchange or refund. You were caught out a few years ago selling cheap diamonds as fine diamonds. Its just a matter of time before bust. This service will not be tollerated by paying customers.

Came here and funnily bumped into my Dad looking for the same gifts. Janine was so helpful with my Dad I really appreciate it and Sam also took her time assisting both of us. We ended up buying several diamond items from them without looking anywhere else as Sam & Jannine helped us pick the perfect items and helping us match the rings with pendants and bracelets etc. Thankyou for both of your excellent customer service and we will be coming back soon to see you guys for more!

Genuinely the sign of a great store sometimes is not how they deal with everything going to plan, but how they deal with issues. I twice had quite bad issues with a Longines watch and I have to say the way the store, and specifically Paige, dealt with this was exemplary. Nothing was too much work, and they never asked me to be without the watch when it was purchased faulty, just swapped it over. I heartily recommend shopping here as you can trust you will be well looked after, Paige is a total Legend!
