I appreciated having access to this YMCA since they opened their doors at this location but have since decided it's no longer a good fit with my schedule. Over the last year I've made multiple attempts to cancel my membership. I've taken the time to visit the location just to fill out their cancellation form twice (2), the last of which was 7/22. I still continue to receive charges for a membership I've cancelled and clearly isn't using. Speaking with someone on the phone is impossible as their phone tree either directs you to a VM box or disconnects. I'm utterly disgusted by the lack of service and fraudulent practices.

Been a member since they open but haven't been there in a while, since we had our first baby. Went to the fall festival and it was well done.

The facilities are clean and staff friendly, attentive and helpful. My wife really enjoys going to the yoga and other classes this location provides and I love working out in the gym. The size of the gym is perfect and I have only had to wait for equipment once or twice. Dorie teaches the yoga classes at night and has been very encouraging to my wife. We get to workout and the kids are watched which is really nice and opens up our ability to really take advantage of the amenities. Bring a towel and soap, etc for showering.

Awesome gym! Janet is at the front desk and she is super nice and helpful! Cici is one of the trainers and she is very helpful and always keeps an eye out if you need help or a spotter. The members at the gym are very welcoming and they have a great atmosphere there. I only came here for two months because I’m visiting some family over here and I’m so happy I picked this gym over the others nearby.

It's in a really good location. Easy to locate and staff was friendly. Cardio machines were separated by a plastic barrier. Plenty of free weights, machines, and a yoga area. On a Friday afternoon, 5 people including myself were in the facility.

I would not recommend this facility. Family night was a nightmare. No schedule, They used an unfinished room with no seating for demonstration classes, the membership team has no clue, and the Executive Director is not knowledgeable about her position or the YMCA mission.

I came there because my pressure 235/117. Very bad headache, eyeballs hurting and fever. Scared a vessel would burst in my head. They did xray, ct scan, covid test gave me meds to lower pressure and headache. Released me after 4 hrs with pressure down to 155/90. Seems to me they ran up a lot of bills without solving problem. I'm disappointed for the first time. My insurance is with Baptist. Still don't know the cause

I go to see my heart doctor which is in the same building and attached to the YMCA.

The facility is always clean. The staff is always pleasnt! I love all the programs they have available for my children to get involved in. My kids really love it there. The gym has lots of different equipment thats always available to use. The Winston Y may just be the best!
