    Very clean and busy. Manager seems to be multitasking while others look around. Co worker did not know dunkin does more than donuts. Plenty parking most busy at drive thru

    In the drive through the employee gave my food to the car ahead of me, customer gave it back. The employee then gave me the same food she had given to the previous customer. The hash browns were in an open bag that had clearly been rummaged through. I said I can’t take the food you have just given to someone else. Then the employee argued with me - “she didn’t touch the donuts.” Like that makes it okay. Sadly we won’t be visiting this location again.

    I asked for medium ice Carmel latte one sugar this is what I got this is second time it happened same young lady she don’t listen and then she will blame you and say it’s your fault if you have seen me three days back to back it’s not hard to get my order right don’t give me what you want me to have so disappointed

    I’ve been going to this location for many years everyday paying ten dollars for drink and tip well the customer service has gone way down and won’t returning I’ll take my ten dollars a day somewhere else I didn’t even want to give this a one star.. and for those new young employees that think I get freebies your wrong I have the Dunkin’ app and earned my points .. I’ll be taking this app off my phone and will download Starbucks they have better customer service and appreciate my business..#need to learn how to make drinks, all the good drink makers gone😞

    The employees are bringing their young sub 3 year old children to the dunkin interior and they are just running around out of control. I loved this location and frequented here before all the new employees were hired. Drive thru now takes 20-30 minutes per car because the morning shift employees are busy taking care of their children.

    It’s absolute garbage of a donut shop there’s never anybody working behind the counter that’s polite they don’t ever have any donuts they give you frozen food twice and it’s always L prepared understaffed and no donuts on the shelves. He wants to go to a shop like that. Using speech to text because I refuse to mandate perfect punctuation when it comes to reviews. Who actually sits down to write a perfectly punctuated review. No donuts 3hrs from closing time has me a little worked up. Happy Valentine’s Day, DD.

    I hardly ever write reviews on chain restaurants but I'm making an exception in this case. This the worst DD I have ever been to. Twice in the past week, I went there and both times they had an incompetent, disinterested worker standing in the drive thru order area taking orders because their head sets weren't working. I can understand that being a problem one time but twice in one week? Come on, guys. Get new equipment. Today, the dude who took my order didn't listen to me, wasn't friendly and he broke the kiosk thing by leaning against it. I had to laugh. When I got to the pick up window, the greeter there couldn't get my order right either. I counted 5 workers inside all running around, bumping into each other. It was chaos. Not a good look. And they were out of butter AGAIN. What's up with that folks? Is there a shortage? I didn't get an answer to that. This place needs to shut down and start over with new management.

    I love coming here the staff are so nice , it's clean, and they know how to make the coffee right ! thank God ohhh and they don't add on extra stuff like the rest of the dunkins do. I will always come to this location !!!

    I am absolutely the biggest fan of this Dunkin’ Donuts they always treat you like family they’re always professional and they Make every drink I have from them exactly how I want it. Other Dunkin’ Donuts will tell me they can’t or it’s against some kind of policy 🤦🏻‍♀️ This Dunkin’ Donuts and it’s employees are a true professional representation of the Dunkin’ Donuts name

    I had to get a full refund for both of my drinks here.. We ordered two Medium Iced Caramel Macchiatos w/less ice. First off the less ice wasn't on the ticket and the drinks were made by a different employee than the one taking the order so the less ice was looked over. I was prepared to accept as this is a common issue at most Dunkins. When the drinks were stirred in the store by my wife and I we noticed they were almost Pure White due to the small amount of espresso poured into them. I then politely asked the employee for more espresso. He sighed loudly and told his assuming manager/shift leader that we wanted more espresso. Here's the cherry on top!! I drank a few sips of mine so there was room for the added espresso but my wife did not so I said hers needs to be dumped out some for the added espresso.. completely ignored me so I said it again before watching the inevitable happen.. and he poured the cup of espresso into a Completely Full cup of milk and needless to say it spilled all over the counter and made a huge mess, he didn't even stop pouring when it started overflowing and finished pouring the cup of espresso into the now huge mess on the counter... Check this.. the poured espresso was also very weak and didn't make the drink what it should have been. My wife at this point wanted a refund and gave up trying to get her coffee she used to love so much. The manager/shift leader gave me a refund with no problem, I also informed him why we wanted the refund and he told us that they have been having problems with their espresso machine making weak espresso (We assumed it's because the espresso machine is not properly cleaned, we assumed this because of the lack of competence by the employees we encountered) We also watched MANY orders leave via Door Dash and other services and I could also assume all their drinks were made incorrectly too. This was my wife's last straw with Dunkin and we bought ourselves an espresso maker ourselves. Our coffees have been perfect ever since at a fraction of the cost.

    I frequent this location for convenience but I promise you there is an issue almost every time visit. They get my order wrong, don’t make the drinks right, or they’re out of everything. I am very much over this location after today and I won’t be back. Some of the worker’s act like they don’t have a clue of what’s going on at all. If I place an order online why not tell me at the speaker you’re out of everything I ordered instead of having me wait almost 20 mins to get to the window?! Im done with this place!

    What a joke. I use the app and save up rewards points and when I go to go use them they don’t have what I ordered and told me there was nothing they could do about getting my reward points back. So now I’m just out the 1000 points I saved. Terrible service, the manager is a joke and obviously has no idea what she’s doing (she literally told me she didn’t know what she was doing). I will be choosing another location moving forward.

    I ordered a drink and a box of munchkins. They packaged up the drink in a huge box within a bag, but the food was simply not included. Waste of a delivery fee. Based on other reviews, this place is obviously garbage. Won’t be back or order from here again.

    This place really got ran into the ground. Filthy inside. I got a black coffee but skipped breakfast. Management should not allow that amount of trash being in there and lack of clean up. Hate to see what the kitchen looks like. Do better

    I go there every morning for coffee. They make a perfect Cappuccino, exactly as I like it! They see my car coming —it’s orange—down the street, and they start making my order, so it’s always fast. The guys and gals are great. Professional and friendly. It’s the best way to start the day. Shout out to the crew!!!!!

    The crew is a friendly bunch. They didn't have 12 of the Bavarian donut I had ordered ahead with the app, so they helped me with a couple of other choices, all shaped like hearts (already ate one of the pink ones out of the photo below)

    The Duncan on Hedricks Blvd south of San Marco is the best, a neighborhood fav. Great, caring employees and of course... delicious breakfast sandwiches!! Also, awesome deals and earn points using the easy Duncan APP! Food is ready when you get there.

    I ordered a large sweet tea with light ice and because they didn’t have the croissants like I originally wanted I changed my order to two orders of bagel minis (with the sweet tea still). When I got to the window, they only gave and charged me for the bagel minis. They didn’t get my drink, so I had to pay again separately for that. Then on top of it all they charged me for a large sweet tea and gave me a medium size with regular ice not lite even. Very annoyed with this experience.

    The at this Dunkin’ is abysmal for mobile pickup orders. This review covers the last 3 times I’ve visited. Each time I visit, they’re either out of something or forget to include an item. The last two weeks it was the donut they didn’t include, and I had to ask for it. Today they were “out of hashbrowns”, and therefore didn’t make my meal. They waited for me to arrive to ask me what I wanted to do. Each time I visit, their Caramel Craze Iced Coffee is improperly made. It seems as though they’re under the impression it should be half coffee / half milk. Think I’ll give them about 6 months to replace their workforce with some competent employees.

    We ordered eight dozen donuts on Monday for pick up on Tuesday afternoon. We arrived at the store on Tuesday afternoon, and the employees admitted that they had received the order but they had failed to prepare the order. They did not have enough donuts on hand to fill the order. There were three employees in the store, and none of them showed any concern whatsoever. In addition, it looked dirty behind the counter, and there were bugs buzzing the few remaining donuts. This location is very poorly run. I walked out without a purchase, and vowed never to return to the store.
