Love the food here. We had the crab cakes with hollandaise sauce. Spring menu. Million Dollar bacon and fresh fruit. Delicious.

Great place for breakfast. My omelette was the right temperature and tasted delicious. Salad was fresh, bread tasted amazing. My husband loved his breakfast sandwich. Would recommend this place over and over again.

Disappointed. It seems that this First Watch has a problem in the kitchen. When a customer asks for hash brown extra crispy it means extra crispy. Do not bring me undercooked potatoes. But the last three times that is what I got. Sending it back does not help as your meal is now out of sequence with the other people at the table. It is not complicated to cook hash brown. If you like I can show you how.

I love their thick tomato basil soup so much. It’s one of the best tomato soup I ever had. The portion is perfect too. Really fills you up. I am definitely coming back again for more! 🤩

First Watch should be a first choice when looking for a nice breakfast spot. Healthy options and good food. I had very attentive staff during my visit at the Mandarin location. Will def recommend and return.

Food was pretty great. But was told it was a 5 min wait, took over 15. Then after we sat, it still took over 45 mins to get our food. Server did not stop by ONCE to check in and ask how it was or if we needed refills or anything. Sat there with empty glasses most of the meal (I know mine wasn’t refillable, but my boyfriend had a coke.) Had to bother another server to get a box and find out we pay at front. (And could see the server hanging back in the kitchen most of the time, seemed like their table section wasn’t too big.) When we went to pay, was still not asked how our meal was or if we enjoyed it. Left only 18%, first time I’ve left less than 25% in over 2 years.

I tried the harvest hash and Omg, so good. The million dollar bacon, roasted sweet potatoes and eggs were perfect. My mom had eggs, sausage, toast and cheese grits, which she loved. It was a bit crowded and the wait time was a tad bit long. The employees were definitely working hard. Our waiter was Eric and he was a joy. We sat outside which was nice because it was very peopley inside.

Just want to say thank you to a wonderful state at a great restaurant. This is our second visit and it was mouth watering both times. I got the avocado toast with eggs and my husband got the egg tacos. Clean food is my favorite but not many restaurants offer clean foods that are prepared well and worth paying for. So glad to have found this place.

The food was amazing, the staff is so kind and friendly but our waiter kept going away and helping others while we were talking to him. Overall this place is so good I now see why it is packed a lot. I would totally recommend people to eat here.

Super yummy!! I tried a new item on the menu, the croque madame. Highly recommend this option. I usually order the lemon ricotta pancakes. Turkey burger, soup and salad and an omlette. All was soo soo tasty. Everyone enjoyed their food. Service was lovely.

Almost cost me ER visit and 🦷 replacement. While eating avocado toast this caused pain when was chewing my food since the avocado was not prepared properly and safe. The server was busy and didn’t came back to ask How was the food so I had no chance to show them what was inside my breakfast…very disappointing when you paying $30 and food not safe. Glad my kid didnt eat it could have caused him to choke just unacceptable. I just paid and left.

Food was good and the service for a busy place was decent. My wife's salmon was better than my short rib. The short rib had good flavor but wasn't very tender. Our server was super friendly but seemed it have forgotten about us for a minute. Otherwise it was great. I'd definitely go back.

We came from Vermont to visit family and sought the best breakfast. We arrived around 11 AM on a Sunday and our party of 2 were seated immediately to our delighted surprise. The waitress was attentive and came back in a few minutes just as she said with our coffee and OJ after we asked for more time with the menu. I ordered a chili chorizo omelette and my GF ordered a farmhouse potato skillet and we had cinnamon spice churros for a sweet finish. The food came hot and fresh and tasting amazing after a short 5-10 minutes while sipping our coffee and OJ. Will definitely make this a favorite for Everytime we visit FL. 10/10

So this location needs some employee revitalization. Server screwed up everything from the drinks to the food, to not ever checking in with us. The food was mediocre at best. Like nobody even cares here. Wouldn't recommend this location until management retrains their crew to care.

This location is great. Cute decor and nice people. Food was cooked perfectly, although I would say the eggs were put on the plate with more oil than necessary.

Hostess seated us back to back in a small area where we could not even move our chairs without bumping into other customers then got an attitude when we requested another table. At the end of the breakfast she rang out the customers in front of us then left the register to have us wait for someone else to accept the payment. She was extremely rude unlike most employees at this location. The server was great though.

This restaurant is delicious. We go almost every Sunday. Not only for the food and atmosphere. But our waiter Chris. He's awesome. Very knowledgeable about their menu. He's funny. And always smiling. Never have to worry about our drinks being low, our food is always on point, he is definitely a big reason we keep going back.

Every single time I go to first watch I love it! There are two young waitresses there that always take fantastic care of you. Lauren has recommended several things on the menu. So I've been able to try different things that I never would have. And they have been absolutely delicious. And of course I love their specialty drinks.

I drive from SC to meet my sis in law and we always eat at first watch. They have great food, service and the atmosphere is good too. They are also in a great shopping location to walk it off 😀 😄

Paid $30 for breakfast almost got BROKEN TOOTH from food they served me. Avocado had nuts when was eating the avocado with toast hurt my tooth and look at it saw this. Not properly and safe made this could have caused me ER visit and $$$ dental care cost. They got to do better at kitchen. The server was busy so didn’t really check and ask how was the food so I can show what I found middle on my food so just left after paid for the food. Very disappointing!

Had breakfast on Christmas eve around 9am and the service and food was horrible, unlike any experience I've had a First Watch. Our server was never to be found after we ordered, food came out COLD and when asked for syrup for my waffle, I got a "sure" but never brought it until my wife got up and went to the kitchen window to asked for it. Never got Coffee refills, never got any service! Seemed all staff was to busy preparing online orders.. I guess that's the way its going nowadays order online because restaurant sit down service is a burden. When cashing, the manager (male) asked how was my food and if it came out warm. I just looked at him and shook my head. If you have to ask then you know you have a problem, its not for me to report to you... Its was by far the worst service and food I had in 2023. I have my receipt and plan to contact their head office since this locations needs attention, until them and until they respond, they will not get my money.

First Watch is a great spot for Breakfast/Lunch/Brunch. They have a nice menu and have many items that are fairly healthy. One of my favorite items is the Ham and Gruyere Melt, and my wife loves the BLTE (Bacon, Lettuce, Tomato and Egg). On this particular trip, I tried the breakfast tacos. They tasted great and came with 3, so it was a nice sized portion. This place tends to get busy on Saturday/Sunday mornings, so come early or be prepared for a wait.

Food at First Watch is always solid and consistent. The coffee is some of the best in town. I recommend the kale tonic. You will not go wrong with the avocado toast. The service on last visit was a little spotty but not horrible.

This is one of those fancy breakfast places most would call it. But I have gone several times and am never impressed. This time the onions were undercooked in the omelette the bacon I am never a fan of. The service usually takes a while. At a different location, but same restaurant our meal was paid for because of the wait. We keep going because my dad likes it. In my opinion the best part of the meal was the lemon juice salad that came with the omelette. Yes I have also tries other things on the menu. Nothing has impressed me. If your familiar with kekes breakfast cafe, this place similar to that.

I come from Fleming Island and the food that is a custom too here at this location is very disturbing, the food comes out burnt all the time from the bacon 🥓 Avocado omelette also the potatoes. If you send it back they mix fresh with the burnt so you end up still not getting the quality of food yet still you have too pay for this even though you haven’t eaten it. The management could really careless after something gets sent back due too not being edible unless you like burnt blackened food! You would think they’d come out and touch the table and speak too the guest however it falls on deaf ears. My service was great I told her I will not be back this is a Frequent issue!! I am a regular guest that will take my business elsewhere.

The morning meditation is a winner! The juice has tumeric, ginger and beet. Love the mix.

I have been waiting half an hour for an order that has been paid for and was supposed to be ready 30 minutes ago. I have watched multiple orders be served, numerous parties be seated, and whenever I inquire about my order, I am told it will "be a few minutes." This location is worse than Riverside and I will never waste my time placing a "quick" to go order from here again. If you value your time and quality service, it is probably best you go elsewhere.

Brunch with my family was everything I expected and more. The service was smooth respectful and calming. The menu and the quality of the food and drink? Out of this world. You have to try this place. Jacksonville. ,💗💕💞

We were a party of 6, arriving 3 at a time within 5 minutes apart. The first 3, got our drinks within that 5 minutes, then we waited for 15 more minutes, no server came back, 3 made the decision to leave because they had not yet even got water, and had to get to the airport. So 3 set for another 10 minute and still no server. The clock was right on the wall in front of us. So we spent 30 minutes waiting to order our food, and no one ever came back to take our orders. Very disappointed, we even try to call our server over to our table, but that didn't help!
