Extremely slow service, to start with. It took them all of 15-17 minutes to get ONE frappe that we had ordered! Also, for some reason, they serve coffee in the take away glasses. When asked, their reasoning was, all the glasses had broken or were damaged. I understand, but then, they can raise a request for fresh glasses from CCD, right? The actual experience of drinking coffee inside the coffee-shop is completely marred by these 2 reasons. Not worth your time, frankly. On a side note, I did notice a few small cockroaches roaming around on the floor and the walls. It wasn't a pleasant sight. 🤦

CCD is one those cafes which initiated n promoted coffee culture in india. With time they hav seen their peak n down fall as well.. i wish they improve their services. All the best!!

Bad experience. Staff not friendly and polite. Will not visit again. There are two more ccd outlets nearby on the same road and they are very customer friendly.

Good place in between busy area, much time can be spent working or relaxing. Great coffee aroma inside

Amazing CCD outlet in Janakpuri and west Delhi. The outdoor seating makes it perfect specially in pleasant weather and moreover atmosphere and Ambience is Good. Sometimes parking becomes issue over this outlet but overall its great.

Ambience of cafe is really nice, you will get good space inside and outside. Insode is very cozy during winters. Parking might be an issue during busy days.

Nice ambience but its self service. So you get the order sir, but you have to go to the counter to order. They don’t collect your order from your table. Shoe rest is good. People are good crowd is good.

It is always very nice to visit CCD. There coffee is the best and the best part is I got to know that in Janakpuri they have 24/7 branch
