If
I
had
“things
to
do
before
getting
30”
list,
this
experience
would
be
the
number
one.
I’ve
been
dreaming
since
years
to
visit
India,
finish
yoga
teacher
training
and
spend
a
month
doing
yoga,
meditation
and
enjoying
vegetarian
food
all
day.
I
gave
my
body
and
mind
this
present
and
I
can
say
that
the
experience
on
the
way
is
so
much
worth
it
without
even
the
final
destination
-
a
piece
of
paper.
But
I
suppose
I
would
not
allow
myself
this
break
without
having
a
certificate
as
a
goal.
And
I
had
to
overcome
many
fears
-
first
solo
trip
and
on
top
of
that
-
for
a
month
in
another
continent.
Now
I
am
happy
to
have
this
done
and
to
share
the
final
result
-
reconnecting
with
my
inner
self,
embracing
the
fears,
being
aware
of
the
thoughts
and
enjoying
the
life
in
the
present
moment.
I
was
googling
a
lot
before
taking
the
final
decision
-
which
ashram
to
choose.
My
main
concerns
were
food
and
hygiene
level.
At
the
end
I
decided
to
trust
the
recommendations
from
my
friends
who
visited
Shiva
Yoga
Peeth
and
I
am
happy
I
did.
Best
food
in
my
life
-
vegetarian,
satvic,
always
fresh
and
diverse
meals,
fresh
fruits,
variety
of
cooked
and
raw
vegetables.
Better
for
me
cannot
be.
(I
just
enjoy
simple,
healthy
meals
more
than
fancy,
snobbish
restaurants.)
It
was
always
clean,
the
yoga
shala
is
well
equipped
and
big
enough.
Located
directly
by
river
Ganga,
in
the
foothills
of
Himalaya.
Nothing
to
wish
more.
I
am
also
more
than
happy
with
the
provided
accommodation
(after
initially
being
put
in
a
basement-like
moldy
room
for
few
days,
was
able
to
change).
Rooms
facing
the
river
I
can
highly
recommend-
they
are
bright,
dry
and
very
nice.
The
course
is
very
well
balanced.
Authentic
Ashtanga,
Hatha,
meditation,
pranayama,
chanting,
philosophy
and
anatomy
classes.
In
our
group
there
were
both
beginners
and
experienced
teachers
and
I
think
all
of
us
were
more
than
satisfied
with
the
course.
Cause
we
had
amazing,
uplifting,
teachers
who
were
teaching
adequate
and
giving
variations
for
everybody
according
to
the
level.
They
erased
my
doubts
if
I
can
teach
yoga
and
placed
a
lot
of
knowledge
instead.
Only
thing
that
didn’t
work
for
me
-
the
gap
between
breakfast
and
lunch
-
only
3
hours.
So
I
was
still
full
by
lunch
but
if
I
skip
it
-
then
till
dinner
starving.
And
I
was
not
so
happy
with
the
books
we
had.
There
are
so
many
spelling
mistakes.
It
just
doesn’t
look
professional.
And
in
general
-
I
find
the
explanation
of
asanas
alignment
insufficient
and
sometimes
a
bit
confusing.
And
for
the
whole
Ashtanga
primary
series
we
only
had
a
flier
peace
of
paper.
It’s
just
not
serious.
But
anyway
I
bought
a
lot
of
yoga
books,
so
it’s
not
a
big
deal.
I
am
just
saying
that
as
feedback
to
keep
improving.
I
am
more
than
happy
with
Shiva
Yoga
Peeth
and
I
am
already
looking
forward
to
return
for
300Hrs.
