    First of all booking was in Hotel Delhi 37, but they gave room in International Inn saying better rooms are available. 1. AC not working 2. Fan and room light have combined single switch. Electrician came but had to remove bulb to switch off the light. 3,. Flush not working, buttons broken. 4. Wash basin broken in center half with water flowing everywhere, and tap leaking. 5. Extra mattress was just broken foam covered with bedsheets. 6. Floor tiles missing in whole.

    One of the worst hotels I have ever stayed. Clearly can't understand how the inn got a 4.0 rating. The only benefit is that it is nearby the Delhi airport. The staffs were friendly but the facilities are very bad. Had buffet breakfast provided by the inn which costs Rs.399 per head which is pure waste of money. The quality of food is not good and does not have varieties. No network coverage in the room, and the taxis they provided cost much compared to Uber or any other taxi services. Never recommend! The room smelt of smoke and the size of the room is very small. The images shown in Google are not relevant at all.

    Pathetic Experience - Book at your own risk This hotel is the worst one. Rooms are of the worst quality. Beds have bugs in them and there were a lot of cockroaches. It is a mess in the middle of a messy location. They didn't even have dustbins in the room. Only reason to book is its proximity to Airport. There was a small window, but to my surprise it opened at the plumbing shaft area. The room was dust central, dust had settled everywhere. Under the bed was filthy with dirt and dust. It looked like it had been forgotten for weeks. There were a lot of hairs lying on the floor and bed side tables. Apart from this, there were no lockers or cupboards in rooms where you can keep/hang your clothes. Even after all these things, at the time of check out, the front desk guys try to convince you to give them a 5 star rating. They will start insisting you for a rating before leaving the lobby. (Probably this is why their property has a good rating). Please give your genuine ratings and don't fall into their trap of ratings. I would request you to avoid this hotel and choose something else. This area has more than 100's of hotel.

    I recently stayed at Hotel International Inn and my overall experience was a bit of a mixed bag. While the hotel had its merits, there were some notable issues that affected my stay. Let's start with the positive aspects. The hotel's ambiance and decor were impressive, creating a welcoming atmosphere upon arrival. The staff members were friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with any queries. However, the positives largely end there. One significant drawback was the condition of the room. The duvet provided was shockingly stained, which was not only unsightly but also quite concerning from a hygiene standpoint. The bed, unfortunately, did not provide the comfort one would expect from a hotel of this caliber. It sagged noticeably, resulting in a poor night's sleep and even contributing to back pain. To add to the discomfort, the telephone in the room was not functioning properly. This made communication with the hotel staff and room service inconvenient, as I had to resort to using my mobile phone for any requests or queries. A non-functional telephone is a basic amenity that should be promptly addressed in any hotel. Additionally, I found the cab charges arranged by the hotel for transportation outside the premises to be exorbitant. While I understand that convenience comes at a price, the steep charges for a relatively short distance left me feeling somewhat exploited as a guest. The buffet breakfast left much to be desired. The quality of the food fell short of expectations, with a lack of freshness and variety. It's disheartening when a crucial aspect of the stay, such as breakfast, fails to meet basic standards. What was particularly surprising and disappointing was the revelation that several hotels in the same street shared a common restaurant for their buffet breakfast. A subpar buffet breakfast can significantly impact a guest's perception of the entire stay. In conclusion, while Hotel International Inn has its merits in terms of aesthetics and staff hospitality, the issues with the room's maintenance, the malfunctioning telephone, the buffet breakfast service and the high cab charges significantly impacted the overall quality of my stay. I hope the management takes these concerns seriously and addresses them to ensure a more satisfactory experience for future guests.

    Very basic hotel. Room size was too small. Location wise it is good as you can immediately reach there from the airport. Food was okaish. Breakfast was okay. Overall look for a better hotel. If not then go for this one. One more thing, everywhere it's written that it is a 3 star hotel, it's nowhere even close. It can be given a 1 star.

    Reserved this hotel thru booking.com months in advance for stay during April 2022. I contacted hotel directly thrice (3 times) and they confirmed booking. On day of travel provided flight details for pickup. The hotel confirmed all good. However upon arrival at Delhi, no pickup and when calling hotel they denied room as hotel full. When i stood my ground on booking confirmation and details of calls and email they say you come over we will accommodate. How do they expect to accommodate if no rooms? Booking.com and Hotel International Inn - New Delhi Airport not dependable. Proceed at your own risk.

    I recently had a stay and unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired.The overall condition of the hotel was subpar. The bathroom seemed to lack proper cleaning, and amenities were not restocked adequately. It gave an overall impression of a place in need of thorough maintenance and renovation. Considering the price paid for the stay, I expected a higher standard of quality. I hope this feedback helps the management address these issues for future guests.

    We turned up to unhelpful staff. We were required to pay for the room before going in and once we were shown the room we immediately wanted to leave, it was filthy. They offered an upgrade but that room smelt of wee. We booked another hotel and requested the money back. They said they would cancel the transaction but it still went through from my account. I have tried to follow up several times to get a refund but I think it's unlikely I will see that money again.

    horrible experience. I booked one night with pick up at the airport. no one came to pick me up at the airport and when we arrived paying for a taxi at the hotel we found the facility almost closed. only in the back we found a person who nervously gave us a very dirty room, without towels and without toilet paper. a shame

    I stayed here for one night with my wife. Arrival at 10:30pm, the reception staff were so rude. they assigned us a room that was like a dark room. Linen was good, bathroom was clean, TV not working, no setup box. There was no drinking water in the room so when I called reception they sent me tap water in a jug and I was charged for tap water as well. I ordered breakfast in the morning. It was good. Total cost for breakfast was 450 rupees according to menu, but when i checked out i was charged 600 rupees no bill provided by staff. They ask me to give to phone and unlock it so they cen put rating. That's why this hotel is rated good despite being a terrible hotel

    Cons 1. All the nearby hotels are owned by a single owner..so these 5 -8 hotels have SHARED STAFF . Which means if you ask for an extra towel ...bedsheets you will have to wait for hours 2. Phone was not working. 3. Wifi was not working 4. It is better to book online as you would have to bargain a lot to get the right price . 5. Small rooms for the given price 6. Very few ammenities....even water bottle is paid . Pros 1. Even though staff is shared among nearby hotels they are extremely helpful 2. Rooms were clean . 3. Close to the airport. Overall feedback :- Plan ahead and take a hotel a bit far from the airport . It is better to travel an extra 15-20 minutes than to spend a night in this awful place .

    Don't fall for the self-inflated paid reviews. The only good thing about this hotel is it's proximity to the DEL airport. The service is slow and miserable, the food is awful yet unreasonably expensive. Avoid this hotel (and Mahipalpur altogether), if possible.

    Highly overrated hotel. Worst experience. The rooms are dingy with faulty bathrooms. Had to change multiple rooms as there were issues with all of them one way or the other. The cupboards were broken. Switches weren't working. The pictures depicted online and on site are in no match to the real ones. Staff and receptionist were welcoming and helpful which was thr only advantage.. Does not do justice to the prices of the room... maintenance of the hotel is pathetic.

    Worst hotel experience ever. The rooms are not spacious. You can Find lizerds, Cockroaches and so on.. The electric connections are also in very dengerous condition. Just check the photos I have shared The rooms are dirty and the food is also pathetic. I wont recommend this hotel. This hotel is a complete waste of money.

    I’ll never ever recommend hotel International Inn to anyone. I had horrible experience. I had booked the family room in this hotel but, after reaching there the receptionist moved us in different hotel beside it called ( Delhi 37.) and said we are same. We got the family room but, no AC was working. We called staff twice but, nothing happened. Worst thing is we had paid 1900 Rs. for 3 people for the dinner during hotel booking, however when we went for the dinner there was no buffet and they said there is only selected items for your booking (Rice, Roti, Daal, and 1paneer ka sabji) after half an hour one of the worst waiter got 1 Saucepan of tasteless Yellow Daal, 1 Saucepan of Paneer ki sabji without salt and at lest 15 dried roties without Butter. My husband asked for the butter roties and waiter didn’t reply so, he went to the reception and complained about him and then after 15 mints we got the same roties with butter where butter was not melted since roties were cold and dried. We were not able to eat them. Thus, I asked for 2 soft roties and rice for my kid And guess how was the one bad person (waiter) behaviour, he kept the new roti basket on top the old basket instead of removing it. Also, he got the watery thick rice to eat which was intolerable. I complained at the reception but, got no response, no apologies. Super bad experience.

    I stayed in this hotel for 2 nights. International Inn is horrible. I was given room 002. In the evening, shower was not working. So i took bath with a bucket. At 7 am, when I used toilet, there was no running water. When approached reception in person, I was told that no running water on the ground floor. Was given another room for shower. At 11 am, still no water in my room then I was given room no 007.

    Not profesional. I needed some place to stay for a few hours as I was to pick someone from airport. I booked so called "SUPER DELUXE ROOM with living area" as mentioned on Make my Trip(MMT) instead of an economical option titled "Compact Room". When we reached there, they handed over Compact Room saying this is super deluxe only. MMT explicitly mentioned living area and size of 228 Sq. Feet but they allocated a room of 100 square feet. Room was clean but top blocked. My initial plan was to stay for 6-7 hours and take some rest before going to airport but i ended up leaving the hotel within 2-3 hours. I strongly feel the hotel is unprofessional and does not follow ethics.

    The staff at the reception asks you to show your mobile for seeing the confirmation and then posted review from our phone just like that without even telling us. That's how they are getting this much reviews. It's not at all worth to stay for 4000 rs. Very bad and disappointed with staff actually. This is disgusting.

    It will surely fit in your budget. Location is very close to Delhi airport and you can reach airport within 15 to 20 mins. Room size are pretty small but one can not ask for more at the price they are offering. Overall a nice hotel.

    Very bad experience. Due to hotel staff's incapability to understand online booking I had to wait at reception for more than an hour and only after when easytrip called them to clear their doubts they let me check in. Linen was also dirty.

    Worst hotel in Mahipalpur, New Delhi, never book this dirty hotel. Very rude reception staff and not given towel after request. No room lock for safety purpose. No water in flush. Don’t go this so called hotel. This is not equivalent to Dharamshala.

    I stayed in hotel international inn for 2nd time. Staff are very professional and helpful. Reception staff named Surendra and Shyam were amazing. Restaurants provide excellent food service with various options. I will definitely come back and refer to friends and family about it.

    TERRIBLE STAY AT HOTEL INTERNATIONAL INN, MAHIPALPUR, AEROCITY Two Rooms were booked through MakeMyTrip in Hotel International Inn, but on arrival we were shifted to Hotel Transit, under the same management. Rooms were Shabby, Furniture Fittings were poor, TV was not functioning, Brush/Paste related toileteries were not provided, which though assured at Reception. Bathroom Fittings were awful. Shower jets were improper, Taps even was not functioning. Our Request and Plea were not entertained. Getting GST Bill from Reception was tough task and communication between their staffs were very poor. NOT AT ALL RECOMMENDED. WASTE OF MONEY.

    Worst hotel. It's Iike Paharganj type hotel. They don't care when you have online booking as money is prepaid. I booked through Goibibo (Another worst App based looter). The hotel was closed when I reached to check in at night. Somehow checkin was possible in some other hotel nearby Hotel Transit (their group hotel) So you pay for what is shown in app or website but they will offer accommodation in other hotel. Washrooms were bad, breakfast is for namesake. Do not book this hotel.. else you have to only face issues, money and peace both will go and you can't do anything as Goibibo will not even register complaint.

    Room was not cleaned, cockroaches were roaming around near the bed area. AC was very noisy, they didn't changed the room despite of seeing the acs condition. Breakfast was not good. All over I won't recommend this to anyone. I am sure the other 5star rating are paid.

    This hotel was run down, with walls falling apart, and had a healthy layer of crime and dirt covering most services. The air was laden with the heavyweight of cooking oil and unpleasant smells. And this was just in the lobby and stairwell. The rooms were dirty. The towels were stained yellow all over. And there were little cockroaches inside the bathroom. The window shades didn't work, and the noise of the streets came right through the single paned window. The front desk manager was reasonably friendly, but he tried to overcharges for a taxi to the airport. What

    I would give minus stars to this hotel. WORST. Hi we went to this hotel yesterday and we asked for a room. They said that they don’t have any room. Then we checked online rooms were available so we booked super deluxe room online from make my trip. We entered again in the hotel and we talked with receptionist that we booked online.. he was making bad and rude faces. He sent someone with us to check the room…. OMG room was worst along with washrooms…. We asked receptionist that we booked super deluxe room and in ur rooms even lights r not working washroom is so bad… he said that we don’t have rooms now then we said why u r showing rooms online on apps as well if everything sold out. He said u can cancel…. But our booking was non refundable. So we said it’s not possible…. But however we called on make my trip customer service, described the situation and got refund….. but this hotel is worst and receptionist is also very bad

    This hotel is very Ideally located near Delhi airport. Rooms are good and clean. They also provide double room option for families which is unique. Food is good. Service prompt and cordial. Very good value for money option for transit stay.

    First thing to note is that this is not just one hotel, there are 6 hotels under the same group and they might give you a room in any of those 6 hotels. There were some minor and some major issues in the rooms. There were some issues related to cleanliness. The worst part was the bathroom window was broken. The best part was room service and they were always attending to queries and requests. Thrre were very less options in breakfast buffet. Overall, it's a budget hotel, if you get good offers and you have to stay at a budget hotel near the airport, you can probably think about it.

    Worst experience ever We booked 2 rooms with breakfast Firstly, the rooms shown in the pictures are not the same. The rooms are very small nd untidy. The rooms literally smell like cigarettes and the sheets are very dirty. The washroom is not hygienic at all. The breakfast experience was worst as well..dont book breakfast here, you can easily eat from some place nice outside of this hotel. If there was a negative rating, i would have given -10 stars to this unhygienic place.

    Stayed here from Feb 19-20, 2022 with my wife. Room no 202, ground floor. 1. Absolutely fake reviews everywhere-they lure you and then loot you. 2. Bathroom had some problems with wiring, mild current shock when I touched water and taps. PLEASE CHECK YOUR ROOM IF YOU DONT WANT TO DIE BEFORE YOU PAY AT THE COUNTER FOR YOUR BOOKING. 3. AC vintage 1954, just 0.5feet away from the bed and howls like a train. 4. Phone not working. 5. Fake photographs of the hotel rooms that 'look nice' 6. Rooms are so small that you can't fit in more than 2 trolley bags. 7. No cupboard. 8. Room service was okayish. 9. Food was tasty but costly. 10. Overall worst experience ever.

    The hotel looks amazing from the outside but the rooms are not well maintained. The telephone was not working and the loud noise was coming from the bathroom. The breakfast was awesome. Overall average hotel.

    Rooms are not exactly clean. Hotel isn't checking for temperature/vaccination status. Fake reviews on booking.com. I was shifted to a different room where the shower and commod was broken. No window in the express suite. Decent but expensive food. Will just book an Oyo next time.

    Sad experience, please do not book. We were on a road trip, tired to the core and had a booking for 2 rooms. Now ideally check ins are at 12 pm, we reached at 11pm! All we needed was just comfortable sleep, the whole day had passed and guess what- they did not have the rooms ready! Not only this- the manager tried proposing 1 family room instead of two because that was ready and when we refused, they made us wait 30 minutes to clean it. No dustbin in the room, some room have shady green toilets and non uniform structure. I have given 2 stars only for the food- amazing food!

    A budget hotel in mahipalpur. Rooms are clean but small, good for someone to spend the night for cheap near the airport. I got it for 1700 from MMT. Surprisingly if you go and book it offline, it will cost you around 2500 so book online. No swiggy and Zomato are allowed and you need to order from their inhouse restaurant which is okay not great. Free parking is available here.

    One great thing about this hotel is that it is located midway between Delhi and Gurgaon. Therefore, it provides a good connectivity. Airport is close by. Staff is nice and their food is also good. They need to improve their rooms. If you're looking for a one night stay for work purposes in Delhi or gurgaon, then go for it as the prices are fine here.

    Hotel is good and most convenient to and from the IGI airport. Rooms are small in size but according the price it's fine. 24*7 room service is a plus point for the property. Staff is very helpful and cooperative, specialy Mr. Surendra at reception is fantastic at all times.

    Welcome to the world of disappointment.. Booked a room through Ibibo after paying ₹2800 Got a room which was 8*8 sqfeet hardly any space to walk let alone keep your luggage no space at all. Got a room with faulty AC , the room was changed but however no consideration was made and a smaller room was given. Not recommended honestly

    It’s so disappointing,never expect things will turn out like this,just for two night I paid 6000(six thousand)including all they taxes and when my husband were about to leave the hotel early in the morning they charged him extra 1500 saying that it’s for the taxes,what the heck?why are we so crazy about the foreigners money and he paid for the hotel cab 400 and when he reached airport the cab driver charged him another 1000 rs.People let’s not treat people differently whether it’s black or white we should love and treat equally. Very bad service that my husband have experienced,I got super discouraged.

    Worst experience of my life. No watter bottles in the room. You have to pay before check in. A person is tired when he enters inside but they just want payment first. No towel in the room. From evening to morning called so many times but didn't get a dental kit. Room is very conjusted feels like some one has trapped you
