Typically
I
go
here
and
it
is
great
service.
I
rarely
drink
coffee.
However,
lately
the
staff
has
been
rude
and
attempting
get
customers
to
enter
there
own
card
information
to
try
and
get
tips.
First
of
all,
the
drive
thru
window
is
literally
5
feet
away
from
us.
Secondly,
that
takes
up
entirely
too
much
time
and
we
are
already
waiting
long
enough.
Lastly,
I
can
understand
wanting
to
get
tips
during
the
holiday
season
but
you
can't
force
that
responsibility
on
Starbucks
customers.
Starbucks
is
a
billion
dollar
company.
I'm
tired
of
corporate
companies
attempting
to
put
the
burden
of
higher
wages
on
the
people
rather
than
pay
you
guys
higher
wages.
This
is
unfortunately
happening
everywhere,
even
subway.
I
don't
mind
giving
a
tip
when
I
can
but
every
single
visit
is
obsurd.
This
is
a
poor
practice
regardless.
Please
stop.
Sorry,
I
understand
it
but
you
will
cause
a
bad
environment
if
you
continue
to
use
this
method
of
customer
responsibility.
Just
give
me
my
order
next
time
please.
