I have always seen Dr. Carl Friddle, who has since retired, and seen Dr. Amin Nasehi today 5/1/23!! I’m so impressed with him! His bed/seat side manor is amazing and really tells you everything in Layman terms! Even someone really young could understand. I know EXACTLY what needs to be done including a plan to do these things! The assistants, hygienist and the receptionist is ALSO AMAZING! Win Win all the way around! He is now MY NEW DENTIST! 😁

They are an extremely friendly, knowledgeable and professional staff. As a person that is very nervous about going to the dentist, they made me feel comfortable and confident in their procedures. I had a periodontal scaling and root planing done. I felt no pain what so ever. My hygienist would constantly ask if I felt any pain to let her know. I found a dentist for life. Highly recommend.

I am new to Fort Smith area and finding a dentist is scary, I have to tell you from the moment I called to the first appointment and cleaning, everyone here has been the absolute best. Kind, sweet, caring and extremely professional and helpful, especially when going over treatment plans, etc. Dr. Steininger is very professional and gentle (I am petrified of dentists due to past experiences) I had 3 crowns done yesterday, didn't even feel the shots and feeling no pain today. That is everything. Thankful to have found this office.

My hygienist, Rachel, is outstanding! She takes her time, doesn’t hurt, and answers any and all questions! She’s the sweetest! I did NOT like their new patient room layout since they changed names. You are placed two patients in a room with a small divided section. You can hear everything being said to the other person and vice versa. I had to talk over them at times to communicate with my hygienist. Not a very well thought out plan!

It was great there is no better place in my book. My hygienist Rachel is the best around..!!! The ladies always take good care of me anytime I go in for anything.

Everyone was very friendly and my tooth was fixed perfectly. I want to add that I called and was worked in the same day, I got to the office and no waiting. It was so good to be able to have my tooth fixed so quickly.

The dentist and her helpers talked to each other and totally ignored me the patient. It was thoughtless and offensive. In addition the dentist made no attempt to explain what she was doing or why. Simply stated it was a miserable experience.

My visit was fantastic. I absolutely love going to the dentist. I've had in the past years 3 root canals. Not even a little pain. The staff is top notch. All smiles, friendly and professional. All while enjoying their jobs.
