Stumbled upon this little treasure. The food and service were great and the atmosphere is for train lovers. Can't wait to bring my grandkids when they visit. Sit at the counter and your food is delivered by train. There's an arcade too!

Food was really good and service was friendly and quick. Very important when you have a toddler. The trains are fun. Given the size of the place, though there is not as much seating as you would think. Trains take up space :) Very well worth going for adults and kids. Food is excellent and lots of fun trains to watch.

I have children ranging in age from 1.5-13 and they all love Tyler's Tender! Kids, teens, and adults can all find something they like on the menu. Sitting at the counter so the train could deliver the food was the highlight! The little ones loved riding on the train, and dad and the big kids had tons of fun in the arcade room.

This place is awesome!! All the other train restaurants closed anywhere near us and my son has to go to a train restaurant on his birthday so thank God for Tyler’s Tender. This is by far the best one we have been to too so I’m glad we found it, puts All-Aboard and Choo Choo Johnny’s to same, not even close. The staff was friendly and energetic, the food was good, and the trains and arcade are a huge step up. They have train rides every 15 minutes which was the biggest win of the day for our little guys. The arcade has plenty of games and unlike other previous train restaurants these all worked. Tickets for prizes was also a nice touch. They have model trains kids can turn on and off. If you sit at the counter the train brings your food as well. Biggest advice I can give is go early. We were there at open and within 2 hours the tables and counter were full and there was a decent waitlist. As for food I thought the Pastrami Reuben was really good. My wife enjoyed the Turkey Reuben as well. The cheese quesadilla, burger and pizza were all enjoyed by my boys as well.

The staff is amazing, the food is always good, and my kiddo LOVES riding the train! There's also an arcade that the kids LOVE to go play in and redeem their tickets for prizes at the counter.

Let's be honest...this is for kids. Thankfully the food is actually decent. It's actually pretty roomy and clean. Sit at the counter and a train delivers your food! They have an arcade room that's basic but can easily wrestle another $20 out of your wallet. The staff is nice and usually pretty on top of service.

Great place, have a few gluten-free items, arcade, cool layout, and train to ride!

The place is cute and good for toddlers and young children. The food was pricey for the quality but our server was great and served with a smile. Remember to bring cash for the train ride and arcade machines that are also available for the older kids/adults. Was Very glad it wasn't crowded when we went.

Not a bad place to bring your little ones. Food is mediocre, reminds you of high school cafeteria food, so not my thing. The kids had fun playing with the train set that the kids can press buttons to light up and move the train. Kids enjoy the train ride and in the back was a small arcade. Definitely a great place for the little ones. Also would like to mention and give props to the owner, they have a small working toilet for the kids, it was very cool!

This is what they send home for a $7 bowl of soup. Container isn’t even half full. I tried calling them and after explaining to the first person what I was calling for they asked me if they could put me on hold. Out of no where someone picks up the phone saying that’s 2 laddels worth that that’s what we give…. We spent a hundred just on our take out order, not even counting the other hundred we dropped in the arcade. The $15 container of their “dinner entree Mac n cheese” is just big of a joke as there 2 drops of liquid for soup is. Don’t do here if you want to actually have something to eat

Very cool place for younger kids (maybe 10 and younger). They have a train they can ride on (adults too!), a cool mini train display, food train at the bar counter and the food was surprisingly delicious. Great value as well.

Nice place to bring the kids. Especially for those who love trains. There is a model train that rides through tunnels and through a miniature town under plexiglass. The kids can ride a little train that goes around a track for $1. The food was okay. Nothing that blew me away. The best part of the dining experience is a miniature train that brings your food to you. Great little arcade in the back. Very small prizes. Single pieces of candy, plastic rings, Chinese finger traps. Nothing extra special. There's a little photo booth there to capture the memory. I had a fun time there.

Sense I've been a mom going out to eat has always been a struggle. The staff here are so understanding and patient and helpful and happy to help all at the same time. I've never in my entire life had such a positive experience at a restaurant. My son had a blast on the train and the food came to us on a train and they waited for me to get my son who was with his uncle so my two year old could see the food come out and they were not slow. Everybody was having fun and the service was great these waitresses work really well under stress and still make you feel important all at the same time! I don't know how you guys do it but KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK!

Such a neat little place! The staff was quick and friendly, and the restaurant was very clean. If you sit at the counter your food is served via train car (why sit anywhere else) the food was good and fairly cheap. Their train layout had our son entertained for quite some time. We decided to buy a train whistle while we were there and they delivered that by train too! Everytime we are in town we will be stopping here for sure!

We have loved this restaurant for over a year now since the first time we took our daughter. Their food is great, the arcade and ride on train are a lot of fun for the kids and the service is prompt and polite. Yesterday we had our daughter’s third birthday party in their party room. From the day we booked Katie was so helpful with any questions or requests I had. On the day of the party she kept an eye on everything and made everything flow smoothly. The pizza they serve for parties is delicious and both children and adults had a great time. Katie is a valuable asset to Tyler’s Tender and we sincerely appreciate all she did to make our daughter’s party perfect!

Our first time here and it was a great experience. Clean, friendly and a relaxing atmosphere. They have booths where you can see the train set and when you sit at the counter, your food etc will be served by a passing train. They have some vending machines for toys and a photo booth. The kids can even ride a kiddie train by purchasing a token. My grandson loved it and can't wait to go again.

Our family of 5 stopped through on our way home from a cross country trip and it was great! The food was excellent - you could taste the fresh ingredients in the wrap and salad. Service was great and they even had a high chair that attached to the bar top where the train delivers your food. Our 3 kiddos loved the train ride and the interactive miniature trains. Such a great place for kids. We highly recommend it!

My kids love this place and always pick to go here for any special occasion. As an adult, it’s even kind of fun to feel like a kid again and watch your food get delivered to you by a train. There are also some games and quarter machines in back of the restaurant. As an adult, the food is decent enough and very affordable. The employees are always friendly enough (especially being as I’m guessing it’s none of their dream jobs to wait on a table full of loud kids for what I imagine is a low paying job). I would never go there by myself or on a date, but for what is is, a train themed restaurant catering to young kids, it accomplishes its goal.

Great family restaurant. My girls are always so excited to dine here. Neat 3 room arcade located in the rear of the restaurant is among the highlight of every trip which also includes riding the train, the photo booth and we have to get gumball from the fun little machine on our way out to complete our visit.

We had our Christmas party here on 12/19/21..Can't say enough good things about the day! Emily, the owner, you have a real gem here! Such a unique place and nothing like it in the area. The place is clean, food is very good, so many activities for the kids to enjoy and they serve beer for the adults👍 The kids were between the ages 5 and 9. We rented the party room for 5 hours. We played some of our own games in our room, rode the train ride multiple times, and definitely enjoyed the arcade most of all!! Our waitress Anna was AMAZING!!! The party was perfect and could not have had a better time... THANK YOU TO ALL!!

This is the perfect place to take your kids. The food is actually really good. Try the homemade chips. The kids will love the train ride and arcade. If you sit at the counter you can get your food delivered via train service. They also serve beer for the adults!

Took our grandson there . Recommend before 12pm. Very clean place and polite servers. Food came out hot and fast. Katie was our server and was very attentive. Our grandson loved the mini train track and took a ride on your kiddie train. We will definitely be back.
