It's a long stay area, 3 months minimum stay I believe , background checks for safety and also a very quiet and clean area. It's a nice community also.

This was an easy in and an easy out place for our over night stay. How ever the state was doing construction on I40 which made it hard to get back on the interstate going East but that was no fault of the camp site. This is an older camp ground but was well kept. They have a system that makes it easy for weekend and night arrivals. Easy set up. No cable but was able to get several channels without cable. It is in the middle of a moble home park but it is a nice, clean and well kept place. We will be happy to stay again on our next trip through! Thank you!!

First off, it is marked as "CLOSED" on Google Maps (at time of writing) but it IS OPEN. This is principally a low-rent option for a fairly large number of permanent residents. There are a dozen or so pull-thru's in the center of the park, each of which carries its own unique personality. Varying degrees of level. Water hookups missing. Electrical is strictly a crap-roll. If you're lucky you can get the most level space roughly ten feet from the massive propane tank used to refill others. There is a sketchy pool, but otherwise nothing for families. The office once possessed retail inventory on the now-barren and sad shelves. Given the next option is seven miles away, this may be okay for a night stayover. For those planning on staying longer, a full criminal background check is required including DL#, Social and CC info. If all the park residents have passed that check it's probably better than a 50-50 chance you will survive your stay.

Traveled here to visit relatives. We didn’t know this place was here or we would have come sooner. Quiet little RV park adjacent to a clean quiet mobile home park. Nice pool, lake, laundry, pull through parking. Make a reservation if you know you’re coming because we got the last site on a Monday nite.

Decent price for lot rental. The Lake is awesome. Neighbor RVers are friendly. Great location if you're looking to rent a lot.

Narrow sites and tight maneuvering room. Clean and quiet, lots of long-term residents. Good electrical power, I was just overnighting and didn't hook up to water.

Stayed there 4 months! I had 2 attempted home invasions on my 5th wheel just to to have it broken into while I ran a couple errands in the middle of the day! The place is full of drug addicts looking to get their fix from stealing your belongings! I would rather be homeless living on skid row then ever and I do mean ever staying there ever again! Worsted experience I've ever had at a trailer park if that's what they call that hole in the wall! Very expensive lesson to have learned! Believe me when I say don't go there! You just might lose everything thing you own including your trailer!!!

This place could be so much better if the grounds were taken a little better care of. Unused store room should be converted into a public area with the ability to hold gatherings.

I just called this park to check into a long term stay and the after hours message said the park is for adults only, no children. Just FYI for any famillies looking for a place to stay in this area
